Incredibly warm and family welcome. The hosts take care of us throughout the stay. The location of the hotel is perfect (between Rethymnon and Chania) which allowed us to go around Crete easily. The view of the sea and the mountain is breathtaking; all for unbeatable value for money. We were delighted with our stay on this magnificent island of Crete, which offers a multitude of breathtaking panoramas. We highly recommend this hotel and its hosts who deserve to be known.

The couple of hosts who run the study are charming and attentive. The location is top, 8 minutes from the beach on foot and at the same time quiet away.

The young hosts were very friendly, always ready to answer any request and also happy to find special requests such as our question about village festivals on the internet. The rooms were clean, spacious and the large balcony has a fantastic view of the fields, reeds, flocks of sheep, sea and mountains. The value for money is good.

The best stay at the Palladion hotel! Relaxing environment by the sea, with just great hosts. Samuel and his companion (and their granddaughter) are incredibly kind and do everything to make the holiday perfect. Available, approachable, smiling and caring, they will be able to give you the best tips for exploring the area, bars and restaurants. A family atmosphere that brings many benefits. A small number of places to stay and really only a few families who meet by the pool in the afternoon or evening after a pleasant excursion to Elafonissi or the Samaria Gorge. In short, a great stay, and thanks again to Samuel and his companion for their good humor and their kindness of heart. It is likely that we will return one of these days. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Staff are fantastic, very smiling and very welcoming, spacious room with small terrace, close to beaches and restaurants. Solid breakfast. Very good value for money, our stay was perfect. I recommend it.

Breakfast (bookable) was very varied and freshly prepared. All staff are very warm and accommodating. The beach is 10 minutes walk. A beautiful and wide beach with taverns can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The hotel is conveniently located for excursions.

this is a family institution, we had a good time there with the children; the rooms are not stacked on top of each other from our balcony we had a view of the sea and the mountains with a magnificent sunset TOP pool, with a children's play pool and swimming area, with plenty of sun loungers to relax and a nice bar to relax overlooking the pool and sea , this is the perfect hotel for a family stay, quiet, no noise. The administrators are friendly and helpful, but not too "real" you have a 10-minute walk: beaches, bars, taverns, shops...

The hospitality of the owners Samuel and Lena with their daughter Matilda is touching. They are really with you all day long. The location is great and the rooms are very clean with bed and bath linen cleaned regularly. The pool is lovely and especially the cappuccino they bring if you ask 🌊🌊. TOP HOLIDAY!

Samuel and his wife are very nice always here to help or solve a very good family place you feel very comfortable rooms not many (small apartments with room and terrace) but better much better than a grand hotel

Lovely breakfast was served at our table at the agreed time every single day, but freshly squeezed juice, coffee, eggs, toast etc. The location of the hotel was in a quiet, pleasant area with a view out to sea and only a 5-minute walk from the beach and the center with a good selection of restaurants. The owners who ran the hotel themselves were absolutely outstanding and provided fantastic service.

The Palladion is a really beautiful building. We had a nice apartment with a big balcony. We could see both the sea and the mountains. From here you can quickly reach Georgioupolis Beach and its associated chapel, which can be reached via a "rocky" path. Preveli palm beach can also be reached in 1 hour. Lake Kournas is also nearby. The owner was very friendly. If you want to clean your room, put a sign on the door: clean my room. In a word: value for money is right! We were there 4 nights.

The best choice we could make, clean room, beautiful view, easy parking, big and quiet pool. But what is worth more is the people! The lady at the reception from the first moment guided us on what is worth visiting, where to eat, etc. The owner Mr. Stelios was there every day making us feel "at home"! The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so it was mostly quiet and peaceful, there were no crowds in July 2021 (although of course this could be the result of a pandemic). A very pleasant owner who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible and was always there to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is very nice. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are also taverns and shops nearby. We highly recommend!

Great location !!

To give you some advice, in Kavros we mostly ate at the Asteri tavern. Very inexpensive and good. But you shouldn't ignore the taverns in the side streets. We didn't like the other taverns on the main street of Kavros. We preferred Ékkentron as a bar. We've known the Olympos Cafe cocktail bar for years, back in the early days of Kavros. You may or may not like it. MYTH TAVERN was an absolute surprise for us in Georgioupolis this year. A bit more expensive but still inexpensive. The meat dishes, really nothing else, were great.

Small family hotel very close to the sea (approx. 500 to 600 m), but not on the beach (therefore quieter) The owners live on site and are available for any information. Standard breakfast, correct and plentiful (squeezed orange juice). Nice pool.
