Cozy apartment near the center
Just 5 metro stops from the center of Athens Beautiful large apartment located on the top floor of the complex. Accessible by stairs or a small lift. Upon entering a small hall from which you have access to the living room with sofa bed. This sofa bed is definitely suitable for 2 people and is more comfortable than most sofa beds. From the living room you have access to the terrace where you can have breakfast if you wish. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a good double bed. There is a very well working air conditioner in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is not very well equipped with enough utensils. We rented an apartment with family and attendants for a maximum of 8 people (including 2 children aged 10). Please note that children are not included in the stay and therefore cannot accommodate a cot. The sofa bed was big enough for my husband and I and one of our younger children. At the last moment, one of our older children did not come due to obligations in the Netherlands, but then the apartment would have been really too small. Also given the fact that there are only 4 chairs inside and only 4 outside (outside chairs brought in) and limited kitchen utensils. The bathroom is quite small but we didn't find that a problem. The presence of a washing machine. The shower has a shower wall that can't close completely so the floor gets wet. Towel on and decided. There were no sheets and clean towels on arrival, but we only needed to send a message via the app and it was taken care of immediately. During their stay, they contacted regularly to see if everything was okay. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from a metro station, a bakery with delicious coffee and a supermarket. In the metro, you can get a 5-day card for the Athens metro for 8.60 euros per person.

Disappointment with the facilities and the actual condition of the accommodation!
There was no provision for the 5th member of the family, i.e. we lacked bed linen, towels, hygiene items, etc. even though a request was made for this by phone! The reservation was for 5 people!

Recommended with minor drawbacks
Nice big and clean apartment. So far well equipped. In addition to the balcony there is a small exit from the kitchen and one bedroom. The bathroom, although very small, is tidy and has a good shower.
The apartment is very noisy. Every elevator ride can be followed from the bed, and when she doesn't move, the cats in the yard scream. The balcony does not quite match the photos in the description and needs to be repaired. Unfortunately Tassimo was out of service and after several messages we received the missing bed linen at 11pm.

Very good apartment
Ergonomic apartment, in a very good location, renovated, nice and clean, with plenty of amenities and modern decoration.
With small interventions it can become excellent. It would be convenient to have a small TV in the bedrooms. Also the bathroom door needs adjustment. Finally, some small things are missing such as a coffee beater and an oven.

It is an excellent choice for its price, I can only recommend it to everyone.
I liked the accommodation itself, it's quiet, the pictures on bookong.com completely cover the reality, so I didn't even post pictures of it, just the terrace and the view from there. The location is also very good, a few minutes' walk from the metro, four stops from the center syntagma. Shops milk, bakeries, large grocery stores, restaurants within 150-850 meters. Neither mosquitoes nor flies interfered with eating and drinking beer on the terrace. Everything was very clean, the rooms, bed linen, towels. We had a great time, although we didn't meet the hosts. Therefore, we would like to thank them for the accommodation, I hope we didn't leave a big mess behind.
The view from the terrace is the roofs of the other houses. The sea or the view of the acropolis would have been nicer, but I think that would have raised the price significantly. The other thing I wouldn't say I didn't like. I have never seen such a cute little elevator. It's true that it's three-person, but you can only go up twice with luggage. My wife didn't like the condition of the iron, because something the size of a ping pong ball was burned into it, pitch black, and it wouldn't have been necessary if we hadn't gone to a wedding and the shirts and pants didn't have to be ironed. But I think this is one in a thousand who needs an iron.

A very convenient choice
A beautiful large apartment with a terrace in an excellent location near the metro station, with good access to the center and the airport. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped and with air conditioning in all rooms. Communication went without problems, we took the keys from the locked cabinet. I recommend.

Perfect
Very nice apartment, quiet and beautiful area, well connected to the public. The apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.) and has a very nice roof terrace.
At first, the kitchen smelled like mold.

Pleasant stay, comfortable house and functional.
The house is close to the center, there are transports nearby for commuting, (metro, buses, taxi stand) and you can find everything you want nearby for shopping or entertainment. Large comfortable house for a family of four equipped with everything necessary and clean.
The only negative, not of the house but of the area, is the great difficulty in finding a parking space.

Comfortable accommodation! suitable for a family of five.
Very clean apartment. Suitable for a family of up to 3 children. The kitchen has everything you need. The living room is beautiful and modern with a large TV. I was personally relieved that there was an iron and a small ironing board in the house. and in general the owner was kind and willing to help us deliver the room even earlier.

Comfortable apartment with nice mattresses and large TV in a central location next to a Metro stop
Neat and quiet (penthouse gar) with new furniture and electrical, with comfortable mattresses, large TV, nice bathroom. Ideal for a family. Access to a metro stop quite close.
It would be nice to have a second TV in one of the bedrooms.

Spotlessly clean. Cheap, and although we did not have any contact with the owner, he very clearly understood how to pick up the keys and where to leave them. Always available.
