Very good stop in Barbati
The quality of the welcome from the hosts, the very caring attitude to the basic foodstuffs and fruits, the cleanliness and the perfect layout of the house and exterior. The pool is quite small and shallow but perfectly laid out and very clean.
Annoying buses waiting for passengers from nearby hotels and an annoying beach bar soundtrack.

Fantastic garden with swimming pool
The private pool was amazing for the whole family, we had so much fun. In the evening the lights come on and the pool lights up in all colors. The garden draws attention. The beach is right around the corner a few steps away.

Shaded dream villa next to the beach is ideal for two couples.
Location next to the beach, exceptional location. greeting with a smile, something for breakfast and a drink upon arrival and availability in case of questions. Layout with large open and fresh dining area, terrace protected by a cool tiled pergola, private tree garden shaded by centuries old olive trees, palm tree, swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with outdoor shower, en-suite bathrooms on each floor, direct access from bedrooms on the ground floor facing outward, mosquito nets on every window. Efficient Wi-Fi for remote work. Reserved and shaded parking, double entrance through the main door and one to the garden. Proximity to grocery stores. Remoteness from transport, regular maintenance of the pool by a professional, no vis-a-vis. sea view from above.
Capricious household appliances, lack of secondary utensils (tray, salad bowls, vegetable knives.) Lack of blinds or blackout curtains for the 5th or even 6th person in the living room. Outside, the proximity of beach establishments with loud noise on Saturdays and the bus staying in the parking lot, fortunately, on the second line.

We had a very good stay, Alice, the local correspondent, is very attentive.
We liked the location (close to the beach), the tranquility and the kids pool.
Appliances need to be improved: washing machine (broke down mid-stay and couldn't be used), dishwasher we couldn't use, and no oven instructions. A vacuum cleaner wouldn't hurt either. Bathrooms are a bit small and dated. wifi connection problem

Great stay in this well located house
Very nice house and very well located on the second line of the big beach of Barbati, with clear water and not too crowded. The terrace with a large table is very beautiful and the pool is ideal for both young and old people. Someone came to clean it every other day. From this point we were able to travel around the island and get to many places within a reasonable distance. Alice and her family were lovely and did everything to please us. You could find basic groceries in the cupboard, something for breakfast and a few beers in the fridge. Thanks to Alice and her family for their welcome

Clean and welcoming villa, close to the sea and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
