super great location...very nice view, right on the beach
old equipment very casually furnished. The bathroom needs urgent repairs, if you touch the shower head with wet hands, you can get small electric shocks. The terrace cannot be used. the terrace does not invite you to linger, as there is rubbish all around. The price for this apartment is absolutely overpriced.

Incredible sunset view
I hesitated after the comments, but I enjoyed my stay here. The house is literally on the beach, and the sunsets are simply mesmerizing. On the other hand, it is true that it deserves a big update, especially the bathroom and the terrace, but it's worth it for the location and the view, if you don't have too many expectations for the rest, in any case, you will spend your time on the beach . The big plus of this beach are restaurants and nightlife. I recommend the restaurants Green Stone Taverna (on the beach) and Sebastian (in the city) with my eyes closed. For nightlife, lemon tree for cocktails, and for late nights, it comes alive some nights at the Pink Palace Hostel. It is a 5 minute walk from the municipal car park, direct access by car is not possible. To find out the address, put on the map the Ortholithi tavern, this is the house next to the restaurant. Good wifi connection and in my opinion good value for money.
Bathroom and terrace to cool off. It would also be nice to add a sofa on the veranda

The place is beautiful.
The apartment is really overpriced. It is unattractive, poorly furnished, with small beds and a bit old. You cannot sit comfortably anywhere. Not recommended.

Only disappointing location of our stay in Corfu. Very poor quality / price ratio
The coast is near.
House with old appliances (old wooden beds, creaking with every movement). No mosquito outlets, although there are plenty of them here. The customer can be sure that he will wake up at dawn, because there are no shutters or curtains, only transparent decorative veils. There are electrical wires in the shower that can cause mild electric shock. View photo. The value for money is really bad and the standard is far from the price paid.

Very relaxing stay
The view from the small terrace was amazing, the view of the bay during the day and the unique sunset in the evening. The house was thoroughly cleaned every day except Sunday - many thanks to the lovely fairy cleaning lady, and the air conditioner could be adjusted individually. Although the Ortholithi restaurant is downstairs, there was no noise - it is very quiet. It is very pleasant to go down a few steps to eat at Ortoliti and it is excellent.
The furniture is very sparse. It would be nice if you could retire in an armchair or sofa and appropriate light in the conservatory. However, it only has a very wobbly dining table and 4 chairs. One could add one or another kitchen utensils.
