Very good accommodation, very difficult access by car.
Very good location, almost on the beach of Agios Gordios. The house is comfortable, with all necessary accessories, and cleaning every two days. Garden with deckchairs and umbrella.
There is a tavern between the house and the beach so there is no direct access or visual contact. The real disadvantage, however, for those traveling by car, is access. The nearest parking lot (paid, 4 euros per day) is about 150 meters away and to get to it (or leave it) you need about 50 meters of steep uphill/downhill where only one car passes. A welcome gesture from the business would be paying for parking or even helping with things upon arrival or departure.

Not only for couples, but especially suitable for families with small children
every 2 days our apartment was cleaned. The location is perfect, great (the beach couldn't be better)
The apartment was absolutely clean. Unfortunately, there is a musty smell, although no mold was visible.

absolute relaxation
overlooking the sea and close to all restaurants, it has a beautiful outdoor area where you can eat and relax in absolute relaxation. Simple apartments but equipped with every comfort, recommended for those with children, this is a safe place!

The best place in this region
The room is not deluxe, but everything you need was (hairdryer, kettle, toaster). All cooking utensils. Removed constantly. The yard is very clean and comfortable. We took a studio apartment. Everything was simple and comfortable. I was especially struck by the territory of the hotel, everything is green, cozy gazebos are located so that you do not interfere with your neighbors. But the icing on the cake was the accessibility to the beach. You pass through the tavern and immediately a beautiful beach with sun loungers, bars and showers. We liked this place the most and plan to come back next year.
the studio is basic but worth the price. If you want more comfort. then you need to take an improved bungalow

perfect location
Clean, nicely decorated little apartment with everything you need for self catering, even coffee maker, ironing board and above all mosquito nets on all windows and doors. There is also a small veranda for breakfast and a large table with a gazebo outside. The whole area is in very good condition and ideal location right on the beach. Communication via Booking.com chat was great too. We had a problem with payment, but it was resolved very quickly. In principle, we felt very comfortable, but, unfortunately, the terribly hard mattresses spoiled the pleasure, otherwise I would have liked to give 9 points.
The mattresses were unfortunately hard as a rock, for the winter we had to put thick blankets under the paint to make this possible. It is not clear, because a good mattress is necessary for a good sleep and, therefore, a good rest. (@hosts Change mattresses, they are rock hard)

Excellent location, quality services.
Location: room 40 m from the sea, tavern 20 m from the sea. Cleaning: sheets + towels changed every 2 days. Inner courtyard: with umbrellas, tables and a fig tree with ripe fruit! Kitchen equipment: coffee filter, sandwich maker, kettle, stove+electric oven.
Lack of basic ingredients: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea bags, sugar, etc. The entrance door that locks automatically. Switch (hidden) for the electric hob OR household appliance socket (they did NOT work simultaneously) Slightly noisy refrigerator and not very efficient

Very nice bungalow with perfect location
Better than the photos, I found the bungalow very well equipped and quite modern compared to other rooms in the area. Great location, next to a great tavern (Green Stone) and a few meters from the beach. Little sea view from the bungalow we had and quite a large open space. In my opinion, it is more suitable for a family holiday than for a group of friends. Municipal parking is about 3-4 minutes on foot, there is no direct access by car.

Great location right on the beach, very friendly staff, the apartment has been lovingly furnished and is set in a very nice garden with an additional terrace.

A successful stay
The accommodation was impeccable. Furnished with good taste, cleanliness, all the necessary facilities to feel perfect. Perfect location down to the last detail. Aimilia was an extraordinary host, discreet so as not to disturb but helped us with any information and support when we needed it.
The attitude of the boy from the tavern and the one who took care of the sunbeds on the beach. Although the conditions and food were excellent, both seemed disturbed by our presence, so we avoided going here again during the last days of our stay.

Comfortable and simple accommodation right on the beach
A full assessment is not possible because the renovation was carried out after Corona. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are simple but fully equipped, showers are a little small. In addition to the beautiful garden, you have direct access to the beach. The associated tavern has not yet been opened, but we highly recommend the nearby Blue Stone Taverns. (Tavene is Greek, the name is borrowed from the novel "Alexis Zarbos").

Large bungalow in a fantastic location with nice hosts
You cannot defeat the location. Just a few meters from the beach and taverns with delicious food. Beautiful garden and outdoor seating area. The bungalow was very large with two separate bedrooms. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Our son spontaneously received a delicious dessert for his birthday. We were allowed to check out late which was very helpful as we only flew out in the afternoon.
The Wi-Fi network is very unstable. Cleaning was announced for two days. The first cleaning took place immediately after the first night, but only after 3 days. This can be optimized.

For those who want to live right next to the beach
Ideal location. Nice tavern with delicious food. Room cleaning every two days. Having your own kitchen in the room.
Dishes in the kitchen are not very good, there are no normal frying pans. A couple of times we tried to cook breakfast, which was quite problematic. Sunbeds on the beach from the hotel are free of charge when ordering drinks.

I liked the location because the house is right on the beach. I also really liked the big garden with all the flowers.
The first small store was far away.

Beautiful again
The location is great!! The hosts are skeptical at first, but then very friendly. Shower cubicle with regular doors, not with a curtain. Pretty tight for three, but not bad for two.
The parking lot is quite wide and often full. There is no market nearby, buy water in a tavern is expensive or go far away. We didn’t have breakfast in our own tavern, but it’s also good

An ideal quiet place for a relaxing family holiday. Lots of great taverns!
Great location right on a beautiful sandy beach, showers on the beach for Elena's guests, for a small consumption of drinks, sun loungers and umbrellas for free. Still completely untouched, no annoying jet skis, no vendors on the beach, not overcrowded, there is still room for beachgoers who don't need sun loungers and umbrellas. Very accommodating, friendly hosts who immediately respond to complaints and take steps to eliminate them. Spacious, well equipped apartment
The kitchen is in urgent need of refurbishment but otherwise well equipped with a large fridge and ample pots and utensils.

Exceeded expectations!
Great location - right on the beach. A comfortable room with everything you need, a cozy and blooming yard. Friendly owners are always ready to help. I really want to go back!
Sometimes there are problems with parking. There is not much space for parking, and in the evenings there were situations when there was nowhere to leave the car.
