poor food, outdated decor

In contrast to the other hotel staff, the staff at the bar made a "unfunny" impression. As usual, the morning and unfortunately also all-day towel and lounger reservers were out and about at the pool. Partially occupied before breakfast time! But they weren’t just Germans :-) In the bathroom (which was otherwise OK) there was no cosmetic mirror. There was no "operating manual for the air conditioning and the fan. The fan could only be switched off on request.

Noise from cleaning - furniture in the rooms without protection in the feet, they are moved / pushed sometimes from 7 a.m., a noise not possible. Well soundproofed bedroom walls but not the hallway door. Bedroom door slams easily, it also wakes up easily. Bedroom - in the bathroom there is a drain on the floor in case of flooding > the water stagnates in the pipes and there was a constant smell of sewage. Meals - When crowded - sometimes waiting for drinks, poorly organised, one person brings water, another wine, another coca cola, instead of bringing everything at the same time . Staff not too smiling, not very attentive, some move quickly with their trays cutting the way to customers. Small space for all customers, tables too close to each other, creating a fairly large noise not pleasant. Breakfast- no fresh juice, drinks too sweet in the self-service machine, I asked for water (at meals they serve the bottles at the table on request). Beach - in the sea a huge rock present all along the beach in front of the hotel. Provide shoes to go in the water. Bar - for the all-inclusive formula, it is only so-called "local" alcohol (local whiskey, local brandy, local rum, etc.), mediocre quality. The rest of the known alcohols are paid for, at a lower price than for someone without the all-inclusive formula. Linen change service from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. only at the SPA. Restricted schedule taking into account that some people want to arrive earlier at the beach and leave later. Many of these observations do not go for a team and hotel that claims to be 5 stars, if they are ignored, the hotel is quite standard.

humble food

The hotel is unfortunately a bit old and is by no means a 5* hotel. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of leeway when it comes to sustainability - at breakfast the water only has to be drunk from plastic cups and the towels are always changed every day - even if you don't put them on the floor. Unfortunately, the hotel allows the annoying reservation of sunbeds, which often means that you don't have a sunbed either at the pool or on the beach. It is therefore not surprising that the hotel is now almost exclusively reserved for package tourists. As a non-package tourist, the price/performance ratio does not fit at all.

- The children's pool is dirty (example: yellow traces of water on the entire surface of the tile) - All sun loungers are occupied from 8 am and all day - while there is no one on them, the administration must quickly work out this moment - The mattress is not comfortable enough - Chain operation (example: for the day before departure we receive a paper under the door with a proposal to pay the balance before the end of the day)

The buffet was not worthy of 5 stars, all the donuts are in oil and the breakfast never changes. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. In general, given the service, the buffet and the rooms (bed linen was not changed in 2 weeks, the floor was cleaned very rarely), this is not 5 stars at all, but I would say a small 4 stars.

The restaurant, where you could sign up for a multi-course dinner, was inferior to the current buffet. The service there is ok.

the air conditioning in our suite was not powerful enough for the size of this suite, suddenly 30* in that room and impossible to have the air conditioning work to cool the room when we were out because the door opening card cut off the electricity as soon as we checked out. so hard to sleep at night with such heat. And, as always, vacationers who, from 8 in the morning, are sunbathing squatting by the pool and on the beach with their towels. a truly national and deplorable sport. I feel sorry for all these people, the hotel did nothing to remove all those empty towels. It is a pity that this spoils the idyllic setting of this establishment a little.

The unsmiling staff especially when you are on half board

The beach was not a sandy beach as described by Booking.com, but a pebbly beach with large rocks in the water, which makes normal bathing impossible. Booking.com made a wrong description of beach and non-smoking hotel for this hotel, it is a smoking hotel with ashtray and odor in all rooms and also in free areas. To make matters worse, Booking.com refuses to correct the incorrect description of the offer on the homepage. Unfortunately, nobody at Booking.com is interested in customer satisfaction either. The hotel made an effort, but cannot change such circumstances.

Hotel where everything is long and really not big. Book a sea view: this is a pool view + side sea view. Any small beach also in length with pebbles and small pebbles (buy special pebble shoes) with in addition a huge rock in length in the water makes swimming impossible and dangerous. If you want to take advantage of the deckchairs by the pool, which by the way are much more comfortable than those on the beach, you have to wake up very early (at least 7 a.m.) in order to reserve them because there are too few of them for the number of guests at the hotel. (Build another pool???) The quality of the food is really poor. Far too repetitive and tasteless. Coffee included in the all-inclusive undrinkable, ditto for all juices. Paying bottle of water in the evening at dinner (5€!!!) Dinner that ends at 9:30 p.m. (But 9 p.m. he stops delivering dishes) Too early for a vacation... The servers as a rule are not very welcoming or smiling and especially not trained in 5 * service except Irina who was extremely kind and made us have a good time (the contrast...) Maids who recoat the surface… our terrace was not cleaned for 4 days (out of 10) and our room was forgotten one day but was cleaned as soon as we notified reception. Deposit of 5€ per beach service so it only covers half of the deckchair.... and EXCHANGEABLE at the spa only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.... not practical at all. Towels too often stained, Bathrobe wash and wash and rewash until it is all rough and shrunken. Bedding and pillow too hard for my taste. THE CHERRY ON THE STAY: the safe paying (?!?!) 3€ per day. Never seen that or in a 3.4 and even less in a 5 *. It really makes the hotel very cheap while naming PALACE…

When we arrived we were not given the room we had booked. I then had to show the front desk photos of what I had booked on Booking. who is booked. Refurbished room with shower instead of bathtub. My partner is over 2m tall, so at first they said the bed would be shorter in a room with a shower. I still wanted to inspect this room, and we saw that the bed had not become shorter, as we already thought. It is bad if you try to deceive guests. There are more beautiful stretches of the beach.

There is really a lot to do here, from my point of view the hotel is far from 5 stars: - The air conditioning is already hopelessly overwhelmed in June. Only those who leave a card permanently plugged into the room system have a pleasantly tempered room, so that the air conditioning runs continuously. The first two nights I didn't have a second ticket and I slept modestly and sweated profusely - The doors slam shut with a deafening bang, even at night, including those of the neighbors, of course. Depending on how considerate they are, the night is more or less restless, since the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. - Curious: there is no holder for the toilet roll, it stands on the ledge and can then be held in the hand. There is a water hose next to the toilet if you want to wash yourself with water and your hand instead of paper. With predominantly (Eastern) European guests, there is certainly little demand for this, I only knew it from Asia so far. - Breakfast buffet of high quality and medium selection (why, for example, no walnuts or similar were to be found is a mystery to me). Fish was good, but the front cooking station for eggs etc. was completely overwhelmed most of the time. Apparently there is only one pan e.g. for omelets. This takes time when several guests want one! Espresso from the machine apparently instant, tastes terrible. Better: Have a pot of filter coffee brought to the table, it's okay. - ATTENTION: The advertised sandy beach is not!!! It is a pebble beach with rocks in front. Little fun. Bathing shoes are recommended. - All inclusive drinks are poured into neutral plastic bottles, so there is no chance of seeing what is being served. From 11 p.m. everything is subject to a charge, even still water! Luckily I hadn't booked all inclusive, I would have been annoyed. - The loungers by the pool are apparently occupied with towels all day - why doesn't the hotel enforce its own rules here?

It was difficult to get sunbeds by the pool, everyone put down their towels and left. Nothing was done about it, it was very frustrating. The food in the buffet was not very interesting. A few things were delicious, but of course it's a matter of taste and preference. The room was a bit small when you also have a cot standing up, but it's okay when you don't use the room that much anyway.

History to write something: stretch of beach on the seafront very reduced (the sea comes very close), presence of rocks in the water making swimming difficult and as so often, troops of tourists who will squat the deckchairs in front the sea AND the swimming pool from 8 am. Painful to find a vacant place for the rest of the day.

The buffet was not varied enough, we were fed up in a week. Too fatty desserts should be offered, in summer - light fruit desserts, sorbets, frozen desserts. Always the same flavors for ice cream, add new fruity flavors: coconut, mango, melon ... For grilled meats, also offer red meat and more often local dishes such as kebabs and squid. Sometimes pancakes and waffles, as we remember 6 years ago. Beach towel collection time is not too late in the morning and too early in the evening.

Really bad food, but I'm not that picky! In addition, there is no right to free water for dinner with half board, while for breakfast, yes. The cocktails in the bar are really expensive for the quality ... Hard bedding The room is very poorly soundproofed, for relaxation do not take the one with a sea view!

On the other hand, we requested a sea view and had too bad a pool view not to tell us on arrival. Fortunately, the hotel was not overcrowded, otherwise I would not agree.

What's scandalous is stopping dinner at 9:30 pm in a Mediterranean country in the middle of summer! Besides, the food here is mediocre! The location is interesting, the beach is unfriendly. In short, very expensive for a little entertainment! Especially take his tours and car rentals OUTSIDE the hotel, which charges exorbitant fees for the same services! I really do not recommend this place!

I have been coming to this establishment for 3 years now because of its location which lives up to my expectations. The staff is really great. Management by itself does not cope with this task and does not make sense in business. Very sorry .

The fish is not devoid of quality, leaves a bitter aftertaste. To be honest, the ham was good. Dinner drinks are overpriced: bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water 5.60, self-service tea / coffee bag 3.20. The beach is just like that. Sand only 1/3 of the area, otherwise fine gravel. Such a stone step blocks the path to the sea. The umbrellas are very low, you always have to bend (and then proudly 1.70). They are not even the most comfortable. As are the beds in the room - mattresses and pillows are too hard. Nowhere to walk, just down the street. It doesn't work very well on the beach either. Surface texture.

Disgustingly dirty dishes in the dining room. The food is not very tasty, the assortment of dishes is not varied, on average it is a good three, not 5 stars. The entrance to the sea is a solid slab. during the period that I was resting, there were two fractures in people. For good, you can break your head. It is necessary to write about this and warn people that such an entrance to the sea. Because looking at the photo, it seems that everything is incomparable.
