Unfortunately, this cannot be called a holiday home. Called the kitchen, one of them had a tiny kitchenette.
Unfortunately, only the location
It's dark, cold and it's not a full kitchen as advertised! The front door was difficult to open.

Very clear recommendation
It was very clean, lovingly furnished, the owners were very nice and the location was perfect. 50 m and you are on the embankment. The price of money.
The mattresses were too hard. But it can happen. There is no reason to give a negative rating. Everyone feels it differently.

We felt very, very comfortable.
An absolutely brilliant starting point to explore Sassnitz and enjoy the feel of the Baltic Sea in a short amount of time. The best location for a bakery, gastronomy, waterfront, in the center of the old town, in calm traffic. Vershina Super nice hostess, who immediately responded to our requests.
There were no small parts in the kitchen equipment. Corkscrew, different glasses. It also works without it, but is a piece of good hardware.

Traumatic shaft
The location is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly and extensively furnished. This means that you can also take care of yourself.
Not enough ceiling height. Pay attention to tall people. For strong types of showers and the stairs are a little cramped.

Okay, but not the second time.
Proximity to the sea and cleanliness. Decorated with love.
There are no outside windows in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The only window in the lobby on the first floor overlooks the pedestrian area. Since there was a lot going on, it was always noisy outside until the evening. What was described as a fully equipped kitchen was more of a student kitchen, very cramped and small (see photo). The kitchen and bathroom are all tiled to the top, like in a pool. The kitchen and bathroom can only be controlled by a general light switch. Either all off or all on. The bed was already worn out.

Very clean, as good as new apartments with very good amenities. The bathroom is very new and clean. Very nice hostess. There are no complaints.

Recommended for a short break, no mobility problems
good location. Short distance to port and sea. Quiet location was impressive, no traffic noise etc.
Access to the apartment via a steep staircase for me, as a disabled person, was disadvantageous. You can point this out, then you will book another room. At the same time, the distance to the parking lot is too far. Loading and unloading was difficult in front of the house.

Very nice apartment in a good location and at a good price.
The apartment is located right on the harbor in a beautiful side street. From here you can easily get to the bus and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.
The ground floor apartment is on a small street that many tourists walk down to the harbour, so sometimes it can be a bit noisy when the window is rolled back.

Very nice hostess. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern style. The best we had in 9 years of holidays on the Baltic Sea.

Nice little apartment in a great location - perfect for 2 nights
The apartment is in a great location, furnished with love and you can find almost everything you need. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
Unfortunately, the mattress urgently needs to be replaced, it is very worn out.

Nice place to stay in the old town of Sassnitz
Check in and check out were easy and the hostess was very nice! The setting may not be 100% to our taste, but it was very clean and tidy to make you feel comfortable.
The bedrooms had only screens, but there was no possibility of blackout - this is especially unfavorable in the summer months, because the rooms are as bright as day.

The hostess was always in touch and took good care of you. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, very clean and well maintained.
The shower is too small for tall people.

Sassnitz in autumn
Clean, well equipped apartment with a very good location in the old town of Sassnitz.
- The windows could not be darkened, so the light of the street lamp illuminates the apartment at night. -Toilet room without heating. - Payment by card on the site is not possible.

Rest on the Baltic Sea
With the exception of the listed details, which I did not like, the rest is the love for detail and the region in all housing and design.
Small bedroom with two single beds, no coffee maker, no oven. Otherwise, everything was quite enough.

With pleasure again in Sassnitz and then safely to the villa!
The location is fantastic: Less than 100m to the lake front! The view from the French balconies in the living room and bedroom is breathtaking! There is also a bakery with a good cafe. The hostess was very nice, contact with her went smoothly on all issues. Our bikes were safe in the closed yard.

Super "playful" accommodation, very nice host .... Welcome bouquet in the apartment :-) ..... less than 100 m to the waterfront ...... good restaurants in close proximity ....

If you want to relax, you have come to the right place!
Villa Altstadt, as the name suggests, is located in the historical quarter with many white villas in the very center of Sassnitz. As aptly described, a beautiful bakery is only 20 meters away. Either you get buns there, or you sit down to have breakfast at the bakery, because it is right on the Baltic Sea. However, every morning we spent a lot of time in our beautiful, very tastefully and practically furnished apartment before going on a tour. The hosts are very friendly. We really enjoyed the days on the island of Rügen. We will definitely book here again.
The kitchen could be a little bigger, but on vacation you don't want to cook a four-course meal. It has everything you need to prepare breakfast or simple meals. In any case, everything is as described.

Super vacation
Great location in the old town, walking distance to the Baltic Sea and a bakery, bikes can be parked in the yard!
Parking about 200m uphill, loading and unloading is difficult, it is difficult to turn at a dead end, especially with a bike rack.

The upper heat of the apartment is very important here!
Location, operators, equipment, atmosphere and, of course, a variety of offers for families and anglers on Rügen. We are happy to visit this apartment again ..... Our children had fun too. Sassnitz is very cozy. Just great! Thanks for a great apartment!!

Tastefully furnished and very clean rooms!
The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and very well located. It is ideal for a weekend getaway for two in Sassnitz. The kitchen is relatively small but has everything you need (dishes, two hotplates, tea and coffee maker) to prepare a good breakfast. However, it will be difficult to prepare food properly there, so you should be prepared to either eat outside or simply reheat food. The handover was contactless, the homeowners could be easily contacted by phone and were polite. In general, we are very satisfied.

It was relaxing.
The location was great and everything was easy.
Except that the suitcases had to be carried up a small narrow staircase. But that was because of the building and for us it was a bit of a sport.

The stairs to the upper apartments are quite steep. We didn't know about this when we booked.

the stay was very relaxing for us
the location was very good, just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. the calm that reigned there was wonderful.
The only downside was that you couldn't park right outside the house.

Despite minor shortcomings, we were very satisfied and relaxed. The climate is unique!
the location is great; very fast walk along the beautiful stone beach; not so crowded as there is no sandy beach in Sassnitz; many restaurants and bars nearby;
Apartment without balcony, only French. Output; The rooftop apartment is comfortable but difficult to transport luggage (steep stairs), no tourist tax discounts, unfortunately the landlord couldn't store bikes (lack of space) so borrowing was pointless; Waste disposal is poorly regulated (no waste sorting bins); Regulated parking, but not near the apartment; if you like to walk, no problem; Loading and unloading luggage is possible right in the apartment !!!

It was very relaxed, close to the water, what more could you want.
Small, lovingly furnished holiday apartment very close to the water. The stone beach is certainly not for everyone, but we just liked it. :-) Pleasant hostess, whom we often did not need, because everything was in place. Thank you for everything.

Pleasant stay in beautiful Sassnitz
The apartment is very beautiful and lovingly furnished. Everything was in perfect condition and was very clean. We even got an extra bed for our child. Key handover went smoothly. The price for parking is also very moderate compared to this. The hostess is very friendly. And the only thing left to say about the place that really needs no words: Beautiful old town with sea view, that's all you need. Maybe one more thing: a lovely bakery cafe with panoramic sea views almost next door.

Very friendly host family. The apartment is lovingly decorated and furnished, everything is there. We felt very comfortable. Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea are definitely worth a visit.

Pure relaxation
The apartment was very nice and clean. Our hostess was very nice. The food at the restaurants along the coast was amazing and the traditional Störtebeker beer was ok. You just have to experience the chalk cliff hike through Jasmund National Park. We just jumped into the car and drove Proros to a white sand beach in the waves of the Baltic Sea. Rest is guaranteed. With pleasure again.
It would be nice to get some insider tips on Sassnitz. Then you could enjoy the old town even more.

Very good contact and great location in the old town of Sassnitz. Gastronomy and the chalk coast are only a few steps away. The equipment is tasteful and beautifully designed. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well equipped!

Have a great time on Rügen!
We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything you need is there. The owner is very nice and friendly. The place is absolutely fantastic. Almost right on the water and you can start hiking from the apartment to the chalk cliffs and Jasmund National Park. The bakery is around the corner, as is the restaurant in the old town for a delicious meal. We can only recommend the apartment. 1 week was a bit short so we will be back again.

The Baltic Sea right by the sea, right by the national park, right by the chalk cliffs
Equipment, location, many small details, the relaxedness of our hosts, our glass coffee pot accidentally broke after cleaning, we had to leave only 10 euros in compensation...
If you're used to a large double bed with the ability to "black out" the bedroom, here's a little surprise for you. In the morning at 5 o'clock it was already very light in the bedroom... The bed was also "small" for tall people...
