Fantastic view
The balcony was a dream with this view, the bed was good. Underground car park directly in the house with elevator.
The kitchenette offers too little storage space, especially after washing dishes you don't know where to put the dishes. Furniture is a bit worn.

Location basically.
The garage is a bit cramped for a van or SUV. You may wish to ask for this information when booking.

Sorry very disappointed! Dirt everywhere!
The view was just gorgeous. You can relax on the balcony.
Unfortunately the apartment was completely dirty. There was hair and stubble on the sink in the bathroom. The sink was terribly dirty. Everywhere there are stains and dirt from their predecessors. Not to mention the kitchen. All dishes are disgustingly greasy and dirty. We have never seen anything like it. We have never been in such a dirty apartment or vacation rental.

Great location with great views - everyone has breakfast on the balcony!
Great location and great views. That alone was worth the trip. Parking space in the house.
They pulled out the stove cap - it was necessary to find it first. Then the fuse went off again and again when the stove was turned on.

The apartment is highly recommended
This is a highly recommended apartment with great views and an ideal location, you can walk everywhere and the nearest sandy beach is just 10 km away.
The only complaint is that the underground car park is only 2 meters high and therefore very poor for large family cars. But there are other solutions as well.
