Wonderful stay, happy again!
The accommodation was right on the hiking trails and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful hosts, really great! We felt very comfortable and would book there again at any time.
Better kitchen knives would come in handy, but that's about it.

Quiet and very clean, a bit out of the way
The house is in a district of Ruhpolding, so it was nice and quiet there. The layout of the apartment was very suitable for us. For an apartment everything was there, what you expect or not. From the oven, stove, TV, hair dryer, to the toaster, everything you need was there. I especially want to praise the cleanliness. There is information material for the guest as well as the spa card, which was already ready in the apartment. We felt very comfortable.
Honestly, I was overwhelmed by the feather comforters, I'm not used to this anymore, but my daughter loved the comforters. Due to the high number of apartments in the house, you can of course also hear the toilet flushing or the mechanical blinds. But all at a very reasonable level.

Functional and clean accommodation with 70s charm
Functional apartment with everything you need. The furniture is a little scattered, but everything is clean and functional. Passing keys through the key safe worked wonderfully. Those who travel a lot and need clean housing search technologies are in good hands here.

Quiet apartment for walkers or car tourists
Very quiet location on the hill to the right of Weißen Traun. Hiking trails pass in the immediate vicinity. Very nice balcony to relax. The house is very well planned, so you don't even realize that there are 9 holiday apartments besides the owner's apartment. Despite full occupancy (even with small children), the house was always very quiet. Each apartment has a parking space, public parking is a few minutes walk just below. The center of Ruhpolding and a grocery store can be reached on foot in just 30 minutes.
The holiday apartment in a 1970s house consists of a bedroom and a kitchen-living room and is therefore only suitable for two adults with a small child, less for three adults. All necessary furniture is available, but the room is not in perfect order. The equipment of dishes and glasses can be more extensive, at least if more than two people live in the apartment. Extreme downside: the bathroom and bedroom door seals stick to the door frame, so the doors can only be opened with effort and a LOT of noise (especially great when you walk from the bedroom to the bathroom at night). It is incomprehensible and annoying that there was no second key to the apartment, which always meant consultation, planning or waking up the other person(s) - a pity. Unfortunately, the free village bus advertised by Ruhpolding Municipality only passes through the area shortly before 9am (and three times in the afternoon for exit ONLY!!!) so using a car is a must. (of course you can't blame the holiday apartment for this, you should just be aware).

Quiet and comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of friendly Ruhpoldin in beautiful surroundings.
Especially the hosts; also equipment with kitchen utensils, TV, etc.; see individual answers for more upvotes.
Only this: there was no midday sun on the terrace of the apartment; however there was a friendly workaround. (But of all the hosts' apartments, she was the only one with this slight flaw, and there was morning sun for breakfast.)

You come as a stranger and feel at home with friends :-)
Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the city centre. Hosts Rebecca and Peter are always ready to give advice and take action without being intrusive. This does not mean that they are not ready for a quick conversation. The house is designed in such a way that the hosts can feel alone in the house. Pure relaxation ;-)
Bicycle storage is a little cramped and highly dependent on the mutual attention of the guests, which, as you know, is not always shown. Peter is aware of this fact and is already working hard on a solution. I'm sure something will come up with him.

Wunderbar
Speckhouse is really special and my colleagues and I really enjoyed it! The location was convenient and the wifi worked great that the three of us could work. Speckhaus is a bit outside of Ruhpolding and the walk back and forth is very pleasant. Rebecca and Peter are very friendly and always ready to help :) I don't think there are better hosts! We have already talked about our second stay and look forward to returning to Speckhaus and this beautiful area!

Great apartment in a good location
It had everything you need for a holiday with children - from bed linen, enough towels, oven, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, including filters and powder, cleaning products (including dishwasher tablets), to soap, clothes hangers and clothespins. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment itself was very quiet and quiet. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves special attention. The hostess is very nice and gives good tips.

Nice area, nice people, we would love to come back.
Speckhaus is about 15 minutes. Walking distance from Ruhpolding. There are 2 bus stops nearby. In Ruhpolding itself, you can eat from Bavarian to Hungarian to Turkish. Advance booking is recommended.

Just feel good and enjoy the wonderful nature
The hostess made us feel very welcome and gave us some tips for excursions. Our apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. From our terrace we had a beautiful view of the mountains. beautiful and perfect for starting excursions. Unfortunately, 5 days is too short, but we will be happy to return. We will give you a clear recommendation and thank you again.

Pure relaxation
Everything was clean, everything was accessible for everyday use, very quiet, but many things were easily accessible. The hosts are very nice 😊 We had a great time and will be back again.

Cleanliness and furnishings. The sofa bed could have been a bit bigger, but it was enough for two young people. Very well included voucher for the cable car.
There are no self-service laundry facilities in the village.

Quiet place, gladly again

Everything is perfect! We'll be back in winter...
The apartment was in a very quiet location. The apartment itself was well equipped. There was plenty of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. Usually this is not enough at the end of the stay😉. The hostess was very friendly and open.
There was no baker in the immediate vicinity. The bed could be a little more difficult.

Good choice with very nice hosts in Ruhpolding
Very friendly and helpful hosts who are always ready to give advice and always ready to help; comfortable beds; quiet environment, small garden + terrace; there are of course more luxurious rooms, but here you get very good value for money at a reasonable price
Nothing to complain about; If you're looking for downsides, you could mention the somewhat remote location in the village, but if you can easily walk (as in the case of hiking/skiing), then the city center can still be easily reached with walking. And the fair price absolutely outweighs this small downside.

Have a nice holiday
Very friendly hostess. The location is perfect. There's a lot you can do in Ruhpolding, but you can also get to Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, or the Chiemsee lake in no time.
The apartment we booked was a bit narrow due to the sloping ceilings. We would have liked to have cushions for hard chairs on the balcony.

Speckhaus is located in a quiet residential area. There is a supermarket nearby and various hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the hostess is very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom is too small, like almost everywhere else, especially if you are staying with 4 people like us.

Good place for family vacation.
The four of us (2 adults, 2 kids 9/12) had a great holiday. The apartment was beautifully decorated and we really liked it. The location is a bit out of the way, nice and quiet and the village can be reached on foot from a nice walk. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the hosts were very nice. Even a forgotten game was sent for us, thanks for that! We would like to return someday.

Location. Very central location
The shower was a tub against a sloping wall. We were on the top floor and there was barely enough room for us to stand in the shower. Or keep bending over. Shower curtain stuck to you while showering. Wasn't perfect

Pleasant short stay (biathlon weekend) with everything you need in an apartment for 2 people.
Self-service, shops nearby, quiet location, easy access to the center on foot. The apartment for 2 people is well equipped; I can recommend accommodation! Good communication with the landlord regarding the early arrival.

We liked everything very much.
Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, comfortable, there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms.
There was no lid for a large frying pan, it was inconvenient to fry omelettes in the morning)
