Quiet and comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of friendly Ruhpoldin in beautiful surroundings.
Especially the hosts; also equipment with kitchen utensils, TV, etc.; see individual answers for more upvotes.
Only this: there was no midday sun on the terrace of the apartment; however there was a friendly workaround. (But of all the hosts' apartments, she was the only one with this slight flaw, and there was morning sun for breakfast.)

You come as a stranger and feel at home with friends :-)
Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the city centre. Hosts Rebecca and Peter are always ready to give advice and take action without being intrusive. This does not mean that they are not ready for a quick conversation. The house is designed in such a way that the hosts can feel alone in the house. Pure relaxation ;-)
Bicycle storage is a little cramped and highly dependent on the mutual attention of the guests, which, as you know, is not always shown. Peter is aware of this fact and is already working hard on a solution. I'm sure something will come up with him.

I came home rested.
Convenient location, very close to hiking trails and attractive sights of Bavaria. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Great apartment in a good location
It had everything you need for a holiday with children - from bed linen, enough towels, oven, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, including filters and powder, cleaning products (including dishwasher tablets), to soap, clothes hangers and clothespins. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment itself was very quiet and quiet. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves special attention. The hostess is very nice and gives good tips.

Wunderbar
Speckhouse is really special and my colleagues and I really enjoyed it! The location was convenient and the wifi worked great that the three of us could work. Speckhaus is a bit outside of Ruhpolding and the walk back and forth is very pleasant. Rebecca and Peter are very friendly and always ready to help :) I don't think there are better hosts! We have already talked about our second stay and look forward to returning to Speckhaus and this beautiful area!

Just feel good and enjoy the wonderful nature
The hostess made us feel very welcome and gave us some tips for excursions. Our apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. From our terrace we had a beautiful view of the mountains. beautiful and perfect for starting excursions. Unfortunately, 5 days is too short, but we will be happy to return. We will give you a clear recommendation and thank you again.

Pure relaxation
Everything was clean, everything was accessible for everyday use, very quiet, but many things were easily accessible. The hosts are very nice 😊 We had a great time and will be back again.

Cleanliness and furnishings. The sofa bed could have been a bit bigger, but it was enough for two young people. Very well included voucher for the cable car.
There are no self-service laundry facilities in the village.

Quiet place, gladly again
Communication prior to arrival was friendly, timely and informative. We were received warmly and personally. Our apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Ms. Shinagel was available at all times and I received good advice for hiking. Gratitude

Everything is perfect! We'll be back in winter...
The apartment was in a very quiet location. The apartment itself was well equipped. There was plenty of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. Usually this is not enough at the end of the stay😉. The hostess was very friendly and open.
There was no baker in the immediate vicinity. The bed could be a little more difficult.

Good choice with very nice hosts in Ruhpolding
Very friendly and helpful hosts who are always ready to give advice and always ready to help; comfortable beds; quiet environment, small garden + terrace; there are of course more luxurious rooms, but here you get very good value for money at a reasonable price
Nothing to complain about; If you're looking for downsides, you could mention the somewhat remote location in the village, but if you can easily walk (as in the case of hiking/skiing), then the city center can still be easily reached with walking. And the fair price absolutely outweighs this small downside.

Great apartment in a beautiful area. Highly recommended!
Speckhaus is located in a quiet residential area. There is a supermarket nearby and various hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the hostess is very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom is too small, like almost everywhere else, especially if you are staying with 4 people like us.

Good place for family vacation.
The four of us (2 adults, 2 kids 9/12) had a great holiday. The apartment was beautifully decorated and we really liked it. The location is a bit out of the way, nice and quiet and the village can be reached on foot from a nice walk. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the hosts were very nice. Even a forgotten game was sent for us, thanks for that! We would like to return someday.

Had a good time
Location. Very central location
The shower was a tub against a sloping wall. We were on the top floor and there was barely enough room for us to stand in the shower. Or keep bending over. Shower curtain stuck to you while showering. Wasn't perfect

Pleasant short stay (biathlon weekend) with everything you need in an apartment for 2 people.
Self-service, shops nearby, quiet location, easy access to the center on foot. The apartment for 2 people is well equipped; I can recommend accommodation! Good communication with the landlord regarding the early arrival.

We liked everything very much.
Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, comfortable, there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms.
There was no lid for a large frying pan, it was inconvenient to fry omelettes in the morning)
