We had one of the floating houses, here it is so narrow that you can see that it is impossible for the neighbors to have a pot. The water was simply turned off for a few hours, it does not work at all. It's all about the money for tailoring, for the service of the agency of holiday homes and the quality of the houses, the price / quality ratio is absolutely not correct. Rather, you will be asked to pay again because you allegedly misinterpreted inclusive services. And this is what is called a 5-star resort. The specially mentioned concierge service is, to put it mildly, a joke, I think the operators do not even know what a concierge service is. But here, too, is a free interpretation of the rest house agency. We complained to the agency on the website about the claims, and Booking.com also stood up for us, no matter what, not the agency's agreement, let alone an apology. This place cannot be recommended. Stripping and poor quality, it is strongly not recommended !!!!!!
