Passable for sleeping, only partially acceptable as a holiday apartment.
I was glad the apartment existed because at the time of the trip all the hotels in the pot had raised their prices by 500%. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and tidy. Towels and sheets were there, the fridge was on and the temperature was right. Dishes, cutlery and pots were available. But that was it with the positive impression.
The apartment needs a refresh. I already had a holiday apartment when I arrived, so I may be a bit biased, but the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here. The red sofa in the living room is worn and has cracks. The sofa bed in the bedroom shows moisture marks. The door on the advertised washing machine is defective and is only held in position with cable ties. The smell in the machine is more than unpleasant due to the lack of usability. The shower curtain in the bathroom only covers 75%, so the bathroom has to be dried after each shower. The showerhead is calcified and sprays in all directions, compounding the lack of coverage by the shower curtain. But maybe this is all normal, and I'm just being picky.

The price might be too expensive for the ratio, other than that it was great.
The location was perfect for the HypeFestival.
