The breakfast is ordinary (even a little gloomy), the price of parking is expensive, and the room was not cleaned between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., I had to point this out when I came back . This type of service does not comply with the hotel's stated standard.

For the price of 177 €/night/family room, you could have at least expected a comfortable additional bed, instead there was a fold-out, super-hard sofa bed. A disgrace at this price.

No fridge, no fan, room safe didn't work and when this problem was reported there was no solution. Staff not always available. Towels weren't changed once. Dead plants on the windows in the breakfast room.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The stay started with the lady at the reception making us wait for 10 minutes because she was still talking about her private life!! Had to continue the phone call. You feel like a piece of annoying cattle. The lady wasn't particularly communicative either; instead of the greeting we had hoped for, we were dismissed with a nonchalant look after finishing her phone call. In the suite only 2 of the 3 beds booked were made up because there was probably an error in the booking. The bed was then quickly made up (after a discussion at reception), towels and toilet paper had to be requested again. There was only one room card for three people. The breakfast is a joke for a supposed 4 star hotel. The dishes tasted like cleaning agents, the coffee was undrinkable, the selection was very poor, sausage and cheese were already sweating or dried out (see pictures). You can't speak of a fresh breakfast. No alternatives to milk, cheap rubber buns and not even sweet pastries. The breakfast wasn't even worth €5 per person (the buffet can be seen almost completely in the attached photo, plus there were two types of muesli and rolls), a joke. The breakfast tables were not newly set, although the dishes were cleared away and new cutlery was put down, you could still see the crumbs left by the person in front. No air conditioning in the rooms, which heat up from the morning sun through the curtains. How this hotel managed to get 4 stars is a mystery to me. The breakfast was a complete rip-off and the hotel staff only spoiled your mood with their non-existent attitude. A pity.

For 4 stars I would have expected air conditioning and a small refrigerator. Unfortunately it was very warm and the windows can only be darkened with curtains. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very soft and not really comfortable for us. In our opinion the price wasn't appropriate either.

Breakfast a bit sparsely equipped

The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep all night. The room was also not cleaned properly. Remains of dirt were still on the floor. The breakfast was so so... the sausage was already greasy and not very attractively prepared, and there was no staff anywhere to be seen to refill the coffee or to help.

Saggy mattress, limited breakfast selection

I had to pay 13.00 euros to park in the yard, as I said in the yard not in a garage.

Unfortunately the mattress on the bed was completely worn out (room number 15). The ventilation in the bathroom is very loud and cannot be switched off independently (runs automatically 15 minutes after you turn on the light in the bathroom). Loud ventilation noises can be heard in the room from 6:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, despite the windows being closed, the room was very drafty and it was fresh. The costs for a dog are enormous because you don't really have to do much extra cleaning and the breakfast isn't quite worth the price.

The breakfast was a real disaster - EUR 22 per person (we paid EUR 44 for two) and wasn't worth EUR 10. Loveless breakfast room, cold and without any decoration (we were there on the 3rd of Advent), tables not set up, there is only a beer mug with cutlery in the middle of each table. There were the cheapest baked rolls, mostly food (jam, yoghurt, sausage and cream cheese) only disposable packaging like in a motel and there was very little choice - a cheese plate - here the cheese was already dark yellow at the corners and dried out from lying around, tomatoes were overripe and so on soggy, the scrambled eggs were oily and brown, inedible and then the old coffee from a thermos flask to squeeze topped it all off. During the entire time there wasn't even a waitress in the breakfast room, it was lonely and deserted there. Good hotel - you can book it, but you shouldn't book breakfast, it's better to have breakfast somewhere else and save yourself the expensive money. The breakfast is really a rip off and borders on physical harm.

Small drawback: the cost of breakfast is a bit high.

The cook was a bit gracious and brought his private problems to work ;), but still made an effort to prepare something. PS when I go to a restaurant I expect the food to taste better than I can prepare it myself at home. Super rude staff, when complaining about noise the hotel manager response was that she is not responsible for what happens in the hotel. We found a glass with shards of glass in the room, reception response "Didn't put it there"

Receptionist was taciturn. View of the single room against a garage wall, breakfast prices overpriced (22 euros), parking space overpriced (13 euros). There is free street parking! Breakfast room looked like a large hall.

We really didn't like anything! The cleaning staff could not speak German and could not follow our requests (e.g. refill soap or bring fresh glasses)! We should pay money for a parking lot that doesn't belong to the hotel or wasn't signposted accordingly!!!

There are only little things to complain about (for example, the hair dryer didn't work properly). And it would be nice if you could make coffee in the room (there were only tea bags). We didn't order breakfast - 22 euros per person was too much for us.

The room was only ready for check-in at 4pm (cleaners didn't know about it), staff not very friendly, overpriced breakfast - not much choice for the price!

The shower/shower cabin needs some updating. Breakfast is very minimalistic and uninviting, poorly stocked or not at all, tables not cleared, missing or unclean items, coffee only made on request, which definitely needs to be improved as breakfast is quite moderately priced too high. The service staff in the breakfast room could do with training in terms of friendliness and overall service.

It was very dirty, for 3 nights they did not vacuum. Last night we had a cockroach on the wall, it was not pleasant at all. The mattress is ugly and not comfortable at all.

Disgusting staff behavior. We complained that the only employee at breakfast was completely overwhelmed. She barely had time to replenish her stock of food and drinks for breakfast. A slight disadvantage is the distance from the subway 15 minutes on foot, but the area is very quiet even in the evening, so in general this was not a problem.

Unfortunately there was hair in the bed, the safe could not be opened or reprogrammed. The soap and shower gel were also empty in the dispenser. Unfortunately they were not filled after a friendly request. Otherwise a good hotel with good facilities etc.

As soon as we arrived at the room we found that the toilet was clogged, when we pointed this out at the reception we were told that they did not have other rooms and if we wanted we could find another hotel. In the end, we found a plunger and made it ourselves.

The gym was supposed to be included in the price for the booking, but when we asked about it, the staff stated that it would cost SEK 100/person who wanted to use the gym. Too bad it wasn't shown on the booking page as it was one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel during our driving holiday.

The bathroom is very very small, if there is someone at the sink, the shower is not available. There is no storage space in the bathroom. After 2 days, the shower gel bottle was replaced.... 1 set of towels was missing.

The room was not properly cleaned on the day of arrival. The hygienic bucket in the bathroom was full. But was devastated upon notice. On the second day the bucket was not emptied again. The floors were not properly washed. There were no glasses in the room. After 22:00 you have no more drinks. This is to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast does not match a 4 star hotel. The bed in the single room was too small. The bed was a maximum of 1.80, it was not possible to lie comfortably.

The fact that parking costs an extra €13 is actually a reason not to stay there again.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I expected more from a 4 star hotel. The coffee maker in the room was new and unused. The glue was still on it! So they didn't even wash it! Even worse, it didn't work. We had two pods generously and it's in a costume that wasn't cheap! The fridge was set to minimum so we had warm drinks at over 30 degrees!!! When it came to the coffee machine, I was told that the technician would come the next day at 11 am, which is not good for me, I need coffee in the morning, not at check-out! at 7 am I wanted coffee in the room but that was not possible either. The kitchen only opens at 8am and there is no room service!!! Get it yourself!!! From 8. You can’t stand it in the rooms for a long time, because even there is no air conditioning! I've been to a number of hotels in my life but this is definitely not 4 star, the service leaves a lot to be desired but amazing!!!!

No information about paid parking. Not at booking, not at check-in, only at check-out. This is not particularly good practice. In addition, the cost of parking should be included in the price of a 4-star hotel.

The service for hotel guests in the restaurant was pathetic. Opening hours until 22:00 - but after 21:40 nothing was served or you were answered snotty. The breakfast buffet was quite basic for the price compared to other **** houses.

The hotel has a restaurant which closes at 22:00. One evening it was 21:35 when I was returning from the city that I went into the restaurant for hot tea and beer, the waitress looked at me and said that it was closing and that she could no longer serve me. So I asked a second time and said that I was sitting on the terrace, but he did nothing, except repeated that he was about to close, that he would not bring me anything. The flooring needs to be improved, you can hear every step of the guests both next to the room and on the second floor.

Since the hotel had very few visitors (due to corona), the heating in the room was turned off and therefore the temperature was quite "fresh".

Unfortunately we missed a small fridge in the room. In the cold season, you can still do without it, but in the summer it becomes a problem.
