The owner was on vacation, it was impossible to go down the elevator, because, according to the owner, the door was jammed. So we had to walk around a private apartment, which for some reason always made us uncomfortable. The elevator doesn't make a very reassuring noise when going up. The door upstairs didn't close well, which I didn't like at night. We had to leave the key in the elevator so that anyone who went to the outdoor garden could go up at any time. We took the key with us. The refrigerator door did not close, so it was not possible to store food in the refrigerator. Ugly stains on the sink in the bathroom. In general, not everywhere is clean. I had to climb behind the bed because the lamp had fallen. Then I saw a lot of dust. I think the apartment is too expensive for what is on offer. The owner was on vacation so there was no handover of the keys. There was no information in the apartment. For example, there is no explanation of how the TV works, no information about the WiFi password. The host was always quick to respond to emails, but a little info sheet would have made things easier if he wasn't around to ask about things like this. The beds were ok. There is a softer, harder and very hard bed with a very thin mattress. Good for two people, there should be something for everyone, but if you are traveling with more than one person it can be tricky. The location of the apartment is ok, although one room is right in front of the nursing home and at night I was awakened by the noise from the rooms (radio, conversations). You can be in the city center in 5 minutes by car. I think the ratings are too high.
