Quite small apartment with a great location
The location is excellent, very close to the city center but still quiet.
We were missing two comfortable armchairs for longer stays in the room. So we only had the choice between the bed or the two rather uncomfortable chairs.

Beautiful, well-equipped and clean apartment in a perfect location.
Optimal location on a quiet street and just a few minutes walk from the city center. There are residents' parking zones everywhere in the immediate vicinity of the house, but there are plenty of parking options on the other side of Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, about a 5-minute walk away. Nice pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. We were given three key cards, which was very convenient. Very friendly reception. Impeccable cleanliness. We would come back at any time.
Unfortunately, like almost everywhere, the pillows are a bit too thick. Quite slippery floor tiles in the shower.

We were completely satisfied. The accommodation and the service: absolutely recommended
Optimal location, very short distances, many sights are within walking distance. Parking available (for a fee) directly in front of the house. Despite the central downtown location, quiet at night because of good sound insulation.
In one of the bedrooms the window was difficult to reach. Please don't overestimate...

A very nice, clean apartment. Very centrally located. Everything important was there.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately the accommodation does not have a balcony, but that is due to the property. There were no brooms, vacuum cleaners or anything similar to be found in the accommodation. This is unfavorable for a holiday apartment that is not cleaned in between.

Exactly what we were looking for.
The accommodation was very central, so that the most important sights could be reached on foot. The apartments were as pictured and very, very clean. The service team was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing to complain about 😊.

The large bedroom should be rearranged so that you can get in and out of the large room-filling bed from both sides.

I and my grandchildren really enjoyed it.
There was no breakfast offered, but there was a bakery nearby with the possibility to have breakfast. We liked the whole apartment, it was very well equipped.
Unfortunately, when I had breakfast in the nearby bakery, I had the feeling that the rolls or pastries that I bought were from the day before. But that doesn't apply to you as a landlord. The roof windows should be cleaned. I missed a pair of scissors in the apartment and a bin for organic waste in the yard, as we are used to in Bavaria. I then took the organic waste home with me.

A great quiet location, bakers and Norma around the corner and everything within easy walking distance in the middle of the city. We
Huge bathroom with plenty of storage space, closet, enough towels and a bench to sit on. In the kitchen everything is there for 6 people, large table, the only drawback is no oven, but a microwave. Rooms and beds great, no closet in one room, but one in the hallway that can be used. Wonderfully quiet and green and great view on the 3rd floor.
The sleeping places in the kitchen area and connecting room to the bathroom were unfavorable, you need a good night's sleep

The car parking space cost €15 per day. In the immediate vicinity was a parking garage at a daily rate of €6.50.

Ideal for a Leipzig city trip.
The location of the property was great. Very short distances to the old town. Bakery across the street. Also a very good German restaurant. Quiet and central location in the middle of Leipzig. Parking on the premises.
At check-in we were asked about the cleaning of our apartment during the 4-day stay. We wished for a cleaning after half the time, but unfortunately this did not take place. It would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with salt and pepper, filter bags for coffee or, even better, a pod machine.

Nice, quiet, clean and large apartment in a prime location. Gladly again.
Optimally quiet location on Dorotheenplatz, restaurants, bakery and supermarket nearby. Large, brand new and very nicely furnished apartment with all the trimmings, exemplary soundproofing, first-class accommodation in terms of location and space.
It was not clear from the reservation confirmation that the check-in was not at the hotel, but at the central office 1.5 km away (it was of course my fault for not reading the other emails carefully). In my opinion the price for parking is overpriced at €15 because there are parking garages nearby where 24 hours only cost €6.50 and €10.

Unfortunately, it always smelled a bit in the evening when I arrived. I suspect the source of this is in the bathroom. Unfortunately there were also ants. The walls were very thin, so I could always hear my neighbors singing.

Great apartment in Leipzig
Very clean apartment, modernly designed and in a great location (walking distance to the center). The bedrooms were well soundproofed and everything was available in the apartment (there was also a dishwasher).
It would have been handy if there had been a few more kitchen utensils such as cutting boards or salt/pepper.

Little decoration Hard mattresses No extractor hood and if there is smoke (no extractor hood), the fire brigade will come immediately. So you don't dare to cook. Very small sink and no dishwasher Luckily we went out for dinner. Still, we think it's a great apartment! We would come back again.

Very quiet location near the historic old town.
The location in the quiet residential area near the old town was perfect. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The apartment is cozy and the reading and TV room on the gallery is very pleasant. The bathroom is very big and comfortable. We appreciated that it had two toilets. Practical is the bakery directly opposite with coffee and croissants TO GO.
The apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. It is advisable to arrive with light luggage. The kitchen is in the sloping roof, which could be problematic for tall people.

Highly recommended if you want space and want to stay quiet but still central.
The apartment was central, walking distance to downtown and there were many choices of restaurants nearby. It was very spacious and had enough facilities to make your own breakfast or to heat something up if you didn't want to try one of the many restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. I slept very well as it was also very quiet despite being so central. I will gladly book again when I come to Leipzig. What is also great is that there is a reception nearby (approx. 800 m) where someone can be reached 24 hours a day.
The information that I didn't have to pick up the key elsewhere, but that there is an alternative and I could get the key directly from the accommodation. In addition, the WLAN password on the information in the apartment was not correct and I missed the information that the password is on the envelope of the key card, but since I arrived very late on Sunday and the lady at reception didn't know her way around that well, I think that things are going better otherwise.

We'd love to come back.............
We were very satisfied and would definitely book the apartment again. The location is very central but quiet.
There were only two of us and the dining table was just enough for working with 2 laptops. I don't think that there 6 pers. can eat.

The location was great. I like having my own apartment (D11) and not living in a big hotel.
I'd like to have coffee just as if I hadn't stayed at D11. And I wouldn't dare to cook if the fire alarm was connected directly to the fire brigade. I would like to be able to hand over the keys on the spot at Dorotenplatz (is it possible with a safe?), so as not to travel back and forth ...

Nice quiet stay in good beds and within walking distance of the city center
This is a self-catering apartment. A supermarket and a bakery are nearby to satisfy yourself. Location in a quiet residential area away from the main roads, but 10 minutes from the city center.
The rather comfortable bed takes up most of the room, so there is no room for a bedside table with a lamp on one side. This can be improvised by placing a chair from the dining area next to it.

The accommodation was very clean and everything was well organized. It could have been more timely Booking a parking space right before Checking in the parking lot.
One room was a bit cramped. The double bed just fit into the room.

We still loved it, the apartment was great and we will visit again.
The equipment in the kitchen was kind of spartan (no coffee machine, but filtered coffee like grandma's), no salt, 2 bags of sugar, minimum utensils. Waste separation is not possible.

Great location, clean room but you have to be a good walker and not too tall.
The location was very central yet still pleasantly quiet and the size of the apartment was just right for our family. Air conditioning was also very good, especially in the summer under the roof.
Walking up the stairs was a bit tiring after a few days, and next time we'll probably go down a floor or two. And for our size, sloping ceilings could sometimes be a problem.

Okay, but I wouldn't book it again...especially with the parking fee.
Size, cleanliness, amenities... Everything was ok. The apartment was also furnished with modern furniture and there was even tea and (instant) coffee. Oh yes, with an outside temperature of 37 degrees, ready-made ice cubes were great! ;) There was also Norma on the corner and, of course, Gottschedstrasse!
Clear place. I thought it was quieter here (because it's a side street), but it's not. It was very loud outside and we would have liked to open the windows when it was 37 degrees outside. Plus, the apartments on the 2nd floor don't have air conditioning... And to my annoyance (I admit, I'm very picky) the knocking/stomping above you is pretty annoying when vacationers run back and forth to the Apartment. The old building is noisy. If you know... I also find handing over keys inconvenient...

Memorable
The location was perfect (Bach Festival) and the apartment is very comfortable for three people. The staff has always been very helpful.
The mirror in the bathroom is so high that a woman cannot see herself in it! There are several pots and kitchen utensils. Dishes and cutlery are in abundance.

Compact, clean apartment in a central but quiet location

The kitchen towel was missing. The room is quite cramped: no space to store suitcases, little space around the bed, only a nightstand + light on the bed - but acceptable for a city trip/resort stay. Unfavorable: refrigerator in the bedroom (noise interferes with sleep). As a pregnant woman, I couldn't sleep well - the bed was too hard for me and various areas of the mattress and slats were missing.

Overall, I would happily recommend the accommodation.
Handing over the keys was easy, the room was clean and centrally located. The bed was comfortable to lie on. I was surprised because I didn't know that the kitchen is in the bedroom and living room. bathroom was ok.
Everything was available in terms of equipment and utensils for cooking and breakfast. I skipped a few simple spices like salt, pepper and oil.

Wonderful holiday in Leipzig with our children
We had a wonderful stay with two children at the Central apartments. The location is amazing as there are cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped, the keys were handed over quickly and easily.

Again!
The location is amazing, right around the corner various delicious restaurants and breakfast options [Cafe Louise!!], 2x long stop at Thomaskirch, once again the market square and Barfussgasschen. The facilities are perfect [a napkin in the kitchen would have been great but that was the only thing missing] and the place was perfectly quiet.
For me, as a frequent booker, it would be helpful to find the reception address in the description of the property, and not in one of the many messages.

Great apartment, back and forth between getting the keys and the apartment is inconvenient
Great, beautiful, big apartment in the city!
It is absolutely impractical to walk from the main station to the reception (to hand over the keys) and then another 1-2 km through the city to get to the apartment. I would ask next time if I can get the key directly at the apartment via the key box.

Our stay at the hotel was satisfactory to good.
we ate breakfast out, but cooked and dined twice. The kitchen is a bit small but everything was ok. The air conditioner worked well as we had a temperature of almost 30°C under the roof.
The seating furniture looked very comfortable, but so deep that getting up was difficult. An elevator would certainly make it easier to carry luggage to the fourth floor.

The location is great, you are in the city center in no time! The apartment was very clean and the beds were excellent! We had a family room right under the roof connected of course with a small staircase ;)

Two pleasant days in Leipzig
Nicely furnished apartment, very well equipped, very close to the center but in a very quiet area. Near a bakery, supermarket and restaurant. Parking space allows you to get rid of the car to walk around.
Keys must be collected from an agency located in a full capacity area. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but this contributes to the calmness of the building…

Cool apartment in the center of Leipzig - great choice for a holiday in the center of Leipzig
Convenient location, supermarket in close proximity, bakery and delicious restaurant next door. The apartment was great, clean and big enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. The road to the city was fast and not difficult.
Only the parking situation was a bit tricky once the house was fully occupied. But it affected us only because we were driving a big car (Ford S-Max).

The apartment is relatively quiet, but still very central to the old town. All attractions are within walking distance. Good restaurants and cafes are also in the immediate vicinity. We were very pleased with the apartment.
Unfortunately there is no lift and no breakfast menu. But with the latter, you should refuse, as there is a bakery with breakfast directly opposite.

Very nice quiet place. The staff were friendly. The bathroom and living room were comfortable.
Small bedroom. The mattress is worn out. Not enough kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, the furniture is unusable and has an unpleasant odor.

Tastefully decorated, central location, shops just around the corner Many attractions within walking distance. Two toilets are ideal for a family. Central air conditioning in the lower part and in the upper living area!
We had a family apartment. Not optimally equipped for self-support. Unfortunately only two stoves and no oven. A broom and / or vacuum cleaner will also come in handy.

Recommended, very cozy!
Great location, everything within walking distance, very clean, tidy and everything you need. Ideal for traveling with family or young children, as a high chair and baby cot were also provided.
The colleague at the reception, unfortunately, was not very affectionate and rather laconic. Since the house is very noisy, sometimes you get the impression that other guests are lying next to you ... on weekends you can also enjoy the nightlife in the hotel;)

The rooms were very modern. Everything was agreed. The bathroom was very large. We were provided with a high chair and a baby cot.

The location is fantastic. In just a few minutes you can walk directly to the city center; Within a few minutes you can reach bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Parking is available (for a fee) right in front of the door, which we really liked. The apartment is well equipped and offers every comfort. We had a small studio which was absolutely enough for the two of us. The area is quiet and we slept well here.

Excellent location. Within a radius of about 400 m there were 10 restaurants, the Church of St. Thomas and the market square. The area (Dorofeenplatz) was pretty quiet at night. Parking right behind the house (15 € per day).

The location is excellent for the price - in less than 10 minutes you are in the city center, in 20 minutes (with a child) you can walk to the zoo. The apartment has very good equipment - on the whole a suitable concept, no cubes. The bathroom was great, the beds were comfortable and not too soft. The kitchen is small, but everything you need is there. Because of the construction site next to the hotel, they called the day before to make it easier to hand over the keys and not go further into the city - very cool!
The front doors of the apartment are indefinable and very difficult to close. It can get loud later when "new neighbors move in". After all, our daughter cannot be saved like that :-) The fan in the bathroom mostly worked, but sometimes it failed. Noisy in the bathroom, but no problem with the door closed.

The best apartment in a good location
Large, clean apartment with all amenities. Within walking distance from the center. Good bed and lots of space.
Check in takes place at a different location that we didn't know about when booking. Communication with the company was good, but something needs to be aware in advance. There is only limited parking space. But the garage around the corner is cheaper.

The best apartment in the city.
Almost throwing distance from the most beautiful food street, just as almost throwing distance from Thomaskirch. Nice, spacious, new and beautifully decorated. Oh yeah, there is also a bakery on the opposite corner where you can buy fresh bread and park your car in front of the door. A 5-minute bike ride along the green corridors. Definitely recommended.
The only thing is, due to the fact that you are close to the center, you sometimes hear someone talking on the street at night.

Great apartment in the city center!
Very large and well equipped apartment. The location is great, close to the market and the tram.
In the immediate vicinity it was a little scary in the evening, but not dangerous.

Perfect
The apartment is large and very clean. The beds were great. The existing linens and towels were also positive. Also, the house is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors. Everything was great and I would love to come back again as the location is great. In a few minutes you are in the city center. A bakery is also next door.
The "kitchen" is too small. Cooking becomes a challenge, as does other work, since there is no storage space. Everything else was fine.

Ideal for exploring the city.
The kitchen was very modern and well stocked. The bed is very nice. The bathroom is spacious, with lots of shelves and a good hairdryer.
Check-in at the apartment did not take place. The key cards had to be collected at the headquarters.

I would do it again anytime.
Very quiet but centrally located, no more than 5 minutes walk to Thomaskirche = city center, tram stop. Attractively designed and well equipped rooms. Bakery 50 m, also open on Sundays, grocery discount also around the corner. Handing over the keys is easy, very friendly staff.
Conditionally minus: handing over the keys not at the place of residence, by tram a small detour from the main station towards the place of residence.

Nice and clean apartment in a nice, quiet place.
The radiators in the living room / bedroom are small so it was unpleasant in winter (bathroom and hallway ok). For this reason, we will not choose an apartment for winter living again. For the summer with pleasure!

A practical studio for exploring Leipzig
Great location, not far from the center, but still quiet and cozy (the supermarket and cafe next door were also very practical). The studio (DL21) was clean and pleasantly heated. Registration at Pfaffendorfer Straße. it was done quickly; The warm welcome provided us with all the information we needed to find a home quickly. Check out was also practical (key mailbox). The cleaning service after 3 nights was also good.
Bath towels are a bit outdated and duvets are too thin for winter. Fluffier bath towels and thicker blankets for the winter are welcome. Last but not least, in addition to water soluble coffee, it would be desirable for a coffee powder to be available for a filter coffee machine. But such things are really “nice to have”: in terms of price-quality ratio, everything was fine.

Musty and noisy, but well located.
Location close to the center. Comfortable bed. Water heater. Refrigerator. Microwave.
Very unpleasant smell. Very poor soundproofing. It's quiet outside, but it doesn't help if you can hear the neighbors digesting the noise. Especially the beets in the stairwell really clap. Passable with earplugs, but you need to know about this in advance.

Very nice, recently renovated house
The apartment building is very quiet but still very central in the center of Leipzig. Apparently, the whole house was recently renovated because the staircase is not finished yet. The selection of furniture is very tasteful, the beds are very comfortable! You have everything you need in and around your home! Thank you, we were definitely not there for the last time!

A loving villa in an ideal location
We were here 2 years ago. According to the staff, the renovation was completed very recently and we believe it was very successful. The rooms are lovingly furnished and everything was spotlessly clean. We could leave the car at the hotel for 15 euros per day and explore the city center comfortably on foot. We were very pleased again and will definitely come again.

I love Kiez, it is right in the center but still quiet and everything is in close proximity, from bakery to bakery, from rustic Saxon food to sushi, supermarket and Späti. I know this villa from another stay and the result after the renovation is really excellent. Very comfortable, great furniture and cleanliness, so we will be back!

Very nice villa, very close to the center and yet absolutely quiet. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished and are in very good condition. The location is perfect! Would highly recommend this apartment, will book again immediately!

The apartment is not bad. Everything is there, cozy and clean. The apartment is located near the center, from Gotchedstrasse with many restaurants. The Greek restaurant (corner of Gottschedstrasse / Zentralstrasse) is very good; On the contrary, Letterman is cozy to drink.

Nice place for family vacation
Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment within walking distance from the center and the zoo. Many sights and good restaurants are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of good shops (butcher, bakery, supermarket).

Large newly renovated apartment
Great location! Much to walk. Beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment. Surrounding very good restaurants such as Apels Garten and breakfast at Tunichtgut are highly recommended.
Upon arrival, the house was completely demolished. craftsmen worked. There was no noise, but you were not alone and unnoticed on the first floor. By the way, there you need to go 57 steps. The toilet was not clean but was removed after a complaint. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper, there were no supplies, and the next day was a day off. So no shopping. The hallway smelled strongly of paint. The apartment smelled strongly of new furniture, somehow chemically. Kitchen equipment: not suitable for cooking for 4 people. No hood. The bathroom mirror is too high.

There should be no holes in the front door. I find the parking fee of € 15 per day a bit high.
