Great if you're passing through!!
Nice room with an excellent bed!! Super clean and spacious. Nice kitchenette, everything you need. Shopping center at the end of the street!
You can park on the street, but you are on a main road in an industrial estate. Not very safe with all the luggage, so I lugged everything to the room.

Can NOT be recommended!
Can not be recommended! Too soft beds, dirty floor, lousy pillows and enormous noise in the building. Difficult to sleep. The worst thing was that the fridge didn't work, which we informed the reception staff after arrival. They didn't care and said we should just adjust the levels in the fridge. We did as instructed without effect and all our food was therefore bad after a whole day in Heidelberg. We complained about the fridge before check out and were promised a written follow-up within a day after. It's been several days now. Haven't heard from them and don't expect to either. Both staff and manager seemed arrogant and neglected the problem. Find a better place closer to the center. The area is not worth a visit either.

Otherwise the stay was ok.
We really liked the room. Great facility. We thought the idea of the kitchenette was great. Since no breakfast was offered in this hotel.
Unfortunately there was no room service. The dirty towels were still on the floor in the afternoon. When you went to the reception desk, it was almost never occupied, so you couldn't ask any questions. Was not good!!!!!!

Quiet, clean, easy to reach hotel.
Room clean. Staff courteous and nice. Rarely have I had so little disturbing noise at night. Excellent. Location in the shopping/industrial area is easy to reach. Easy way into the city center. FeWo style practical and completely sufficient for us.
The hotel does not offer its own parking spaces. Parking situation despite the industrial area, a bit confusing. Leimen is already a corner away from the city center. But public transport is well connected.

Great stay, everything went smoothly
We stayed here twice as a stopover on vacation. The rooms were modernly furnished and very clean. We used the late check-in with a key box, which worked great. Without asking, we were sent detailed instructions with code in the evening.
The hotel's parking spaces are only available for guests with a longer stay. But since you can park for free on the street, that wasn't a problem.

Pleasant stay in an easily accessible hotel
The space, hygiene, light colors, accessibility. Bathroom size fine. Nice private balcony. Hotels and large supermarket within walking distance. Recommended: neighbor Gino's for food and good coffee. Also good: Foodoo, a nice restaurant within walking distance.
The neighborhood around it didn't seem good at first, but it was okay. Check the plumbing: shower did not stick, drain tap did not open/close. Door to balcony was difficult to close.

Great hotel. Nice family room. Close to highway: very suitable for overnight transit,
Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Beautiful room with wonderful beds. Nice spacious bathroom. Handy kitchenette in the room, so we could make our own breakfast. Excellent bed for our 16 year old son. Air conditioning available.
Balcony was very basic. Parking was mediocre and did not feel completely safe.

Some convincing, some not
- the bed, really slept extremely well in it - the modern style, also in the rooms. - the view (although not of Heidelberg Castle as stated, perhaps with binoculars)
- Parking deck is not available, but you can park opposite if there is space available (which was always the case for us) - There was a large charred stain on the kitchen floor - the water pressure is definitely too low. Very little water comes out when you shower - the shower head should also be descaled (it already had green deposits on it) - Communication via email was catastrophic at the beginning. It then improved over the course of the run (presumably a professional employee then answered)

For the price you get a clean, large room, albeit with a lot of signs of wear
Spacious room with great space for the baby bed. In addition, the baby bed was already made up upon request.

Excellent stay
Air conditioning in the room. It was extremely warm outside (32 degrees), so that worked out well. The bed was also wonderful, exceptionally good, perfect. It is fine for transit to Italy.
Boring environment on a kind of industrial estate. For dinner, there was a McDonalds a fifteen minute walk away. Gino's was downstairs, next to the hotel entrance. But that was closed on Sundays.

The room was very large and comfortable with a refrigerator and kitchenette, large bathroom, etc. Everything was clean and friendly, parking near the hotel was free.
It's just located in a kind of industrial area with a kind of mall nearby and not in beautiful, old-fashioned Heidelberg. But I was looking for a training course for overnight stays where you don't have to spend hours looking for a parking space or pay for it again.

The room was super clean and very practical. Kitchenette including refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and large and the room was really spacious. You can take the tram to the center of Heidelberg.

Welcome from 1300, super friendly people at reception, fantastic spacious and clean room with mega TV, sofa, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette, Super quiet at night, close to the tram (5 minutes walk) to the city center and to a number of restaurants (from very cheap to medium-expensive), also a large supermarket is nearby where you can have your breakfast from 0700. We liked the hotel so much that after spending 2 nights on the outward journey, we immediately booked a night on the return journey.
The hotel is located on an industrial estate (many car dealerships and maintenance companies), so parking is a problem during the day. But luckily the owner always knows how to find a spot for you, so this is not a disappointment but just a little less convenient.

Good base for transit and exploration of Heidelberg.
Perfect base if you are passing through and want to visit Heidelberg. Good accessibility to the highway (and public transport to the center). Parking in front of the door. Apartment was neat, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and a good bed!
The location, on an industrial estate, looks a bit strange, but that did not bother us.

The room was nice and big and the bathroom was exceptionally large for a hotel. It was quiet and we were left alone, according to our wishes. However, if we needed anything, we were always helped immediately. We felt very comfortable and would come back if necessary. Recommended.

Good transport connections to the motorway
Unfortunately the furniture in room number 8 was very worn. The imitation leather of the sofa was very worn, partly split, wooden furniture was swollen (table, bathroom mirror) and unfortunately the bathroom, especially the shower and the wall heater, was very dirty. Apparently other rooms where cleaning work was taking place appeared to be much better equipped. It's a shame because the pictures looked promising when booking.

Short break in Heidelberg
Hotel is in an industrial area. We were there at the weekend. There was no noise at all and there were plenty of public parking spaces available. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and is ideal for self-catering. The rooms on the top floor all have a large balcony.
The fact that the artificial leather on the headboard of the bed was very worn, this somewhat detracted from the good overall impression.

Perfect hotel for business stay in Leimen / Heidelberg
For me the best option for a stay in Leimen / Heidelberg. Large and quiet rooms with private kitchen and good bed. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but the shopping center with bakery is around the corner. No reception in the evening. Because I arrived later, the staff stayed to hand over the key. Very friendly.

the location was good for us. Located in the middle of an industrial area

We travel a lot, but the friendliness, cleanliness and size of the room in this hotel really impressed us! It's really rare to find something like this these days! Good layout of the room, small but it doesn't feel that way at all. Very equipped kitchenette, spacious and clean bathroom, good bed. Roller shutters available! Very handy and easy system to obtain the key outside check-in hours
The shower was not that good. Not much pressure and difficult to hang properly. Also dangerous because it can be very hot The machine in the hallway downstairs does not have much choice and can only be paid with cash. .

Unfortunately, the stay was absolute horror and the customer service was non-existent. A pity !
The room was new and modernly designed. It was relatively large and brightly lit.
Unfortunately we only received a duvet (approx. 90cm wide) and a pillow even though we booked for two adults. This meant that a restful sleep was not possible. Unfortunately, the night service, which we only reached after calling several times, had no interest in solving our problems. We also only received one shower and wash towel each. When we checked out we complained again to reception. She had assured us that she would get in touch during the day. Unfortunately, this didn't happen today after 7 days.

+Nice, bright and comfortable room with a small kitchenette. +The bathroom was very nice, bright, modern and renovated. +small balcony with seating +very uncomplicated check-in +very good transport connections (tram) into the city, as it is a bit out of the way. +own parking spaces and plenty of free parking spaces on the street +very friendly person (young man with mustache is super friendly) +We accidentally damaged a glass while washing it. This was accepted without hesitation. +Subway, Turkish supermarket, a fast food restaurant right next to the hotel. The fast food restaurant is awesome and highly recommended -Check-out is also super relaxed and uncomplicated
-Room was clean at check-in, then floor wasn't cleaned. Only towels were changed -Rooms are very noisy. Towards the evening we had to listen to the people in our room having sex. The old woman also moaned a lot, as if she had had the act of her life, the walls were so noisy (thank God it was only for one night) -more intended for guests with a car, as it is located quite far away from Heidelberg's city center. You have to rely on public transport, so if you don't feel like that, you should go by car. By car about 10-15 minutes to the city -I would have expected instant coffee and a few tea bags from the kitchenette -The rooms didn't smell fresh or aired when we first entered

The location is ideal if you have things to do in Rohrbach or Leimen. It takes a good 35 minutes to get to the city center on foot or by tram.

Our stay was completely carefree and relaxing!
We immediately felt very comfortable in the hotel and were warmly welcomed. The room was really very spacious, tidy and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner and breakfast and we found everything our hearts desired in the supermarket, just a few minutes' walk away. Luckily we slept very well in the comfortable bed without waking up once. All in all, the short one-night stay was very relaxing!
Unfortunately, the room we booked with a balcony and mountain view was no longer available when we arrived. But we got another very nice room and the extra charge was immediately and completely refunded to us without any problems. Unfortunately, the hotel's own parking space was no longer available. However, even at the late hour of our arrival, we were able to park on the street in the immediate vicinity. It has to be said that we booked at very short notice.

Exceeded expectations
Above all, the price-performance ratio. Complete facilities (with kitchenette, sofa, dining area, large bed) for the price of a simple room. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out.
The room was a bit noisy, luckily it was quiet soon in the evening, but in the morning there were engine noises from outside... which means the night was over at 6:00 a.m. (not so bad if you have appointments and have to get up soon).

Beds were dirty (hair from others) and partly damaged. The zippers on the covers of the beds were broken. Other people's hair in the shower. Ventilation didn't work (cold air came). You could hear the footsteps of the others, and sometimes even their speaking.

I can recommend this to others
The apartment was about 6.5km from the city of Heidelberg and therefore in a quiet location. A shopping center was directly accessible, and an S-Bahn to the city. The parking spaces were free was great, the staff welcomed us very nicely and gave a good answer to every question. The apartment itself was very modern.
The parking spaces were free, but in front of the hotel there was a subway and a car dealership where cars from just not the hotel were parked, so finding a parking space was usually difficult. Otherwise everything was top 👍🏼

Couch was dirty with stains and very old. There was also a direct door from the bedroom to the neighboring room, which was locked, but you could hear every little noise; when the neighbors were talking, you would have thought that they were in the same room.

Always Glade!
The concept of mini-apartments is simply very practical if you want to cater for yourself but don't want to rent a holiday home. I like the simple but tasteful furnishing style. It's always impeccably clean! The receptionist is always extremely friendly. That's why I was in the boarding hotel for the 5th time.😊
The fabric sofas in my room had some dark stains from other guests. But during my stay two new beautiful light gray leather sofas were delivered. So if something is destroyed by careless guests, then they take care of it here too. So I find it positive again.

From Friday to Saturday it sounded as if machines were running one floor below. If you sleep lightly, you should take oropax with you. The hotel is located in an industrial area. There could be a mat in front of the balcony door, it was wet outside and you carried the dirt in with you

The room was a nice size and had a small kitchen with seating. The temperature could be regulated via a fan on the ceiling. Heating in the bathroom was fine, towel rail heater
The fan often came on at night and was very loud. or the heating. The mattress on the bed is very cheap. Unfortunately, restful sleep is not possible here. The snack machine in the hallway could also be replaced. The commercial area is very noisy. It is also over 30 minutes away from the city center. Not recommended for a visit to Heidelberg.

Nice short stay in Heidelberg
The rooms were very large and bright. A bit spartan but you have everything you need. The kitchen was also easy to use, at check-in a small coffee machine was added on request. The mattress on the bed was extremely soft, you have to like it, but everything was fine for us. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, I haven't experienced that in a long time. Street parking available.
The rooms are clean, but you could renovate again, then z.Bsp. the stains on the walls would no longer be visible and it would be even cozier.

Invoice had to be requested twice, noises at night could not be localized by the operator. Hypocritical, untrue statements were made. "Gas has been turned off, so the noise is gone." The problem was acknowledged in a friendly manner, but it was not dealt with. Ultimately we found the cause and stopped the noise ourselves. Location is underwhelming.

Great well furnished room with large bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony and full kitchen. Unfortunately, I was late due to a bad traffic jam, the key box worked well, but my card was coded differently and the door didn't open. After ten minutes someone drove up and took care of everything. Very nice and uncomplicated! There are several shops in the area.
My room was a bit noisy and you could hear people walking outside but no problem with earplugs and I slept pretty well,

My partner and I agree that it has been a very good experience. A very clean, quiet and at the same time cozy place. good internet In the kitchen there were all the necessary utensils for cooking. It was fantastic, we will keep a very good memory.
Everything has been great and quiet, but we think it would have been nice to have some sheets and a blanket together. We are a couple and there was a single blanket for each of us on a double bed. A bit strange.

Good for one night.
The staff was nice, check in and check out was very easy! Price performance was very good! Shops close by, which is practical because the room has a kitchenette.
It smelled very strongly of urine, I suspect they don't mop there often. The furnishings were extensive and no expense was spared on details (embroidered towels, for example), but all in all it was very cheaply furnished. You could see that there were no professionals at work there.

Good place to stay overnight on the road
The apartment is very suitable for 1 night in transit. Not very attractively furnished, but everything is there. Quietly located on a kind of business park and the center of Heidelberg is easily accessible by tram.
The 2 bright ceiling lights with a motion detector about two meters behind the bed are quite annoying if someone has to get out of bed at night.

Easy boarding with a bit too poor value for money
Had a double room with a balcony, which I would definitely recommend if you stay longer than 1-2 nights. The bed is quite large, but the mattress/topper is too soft for me. For a double room, i.e. for/with 2 people, I actually find the room a bit tight. Especially in relation to the price - I actually expected a little more. Especially since nothing edible is offered there, not even coffee - there is only a vending machine on the ground floor. The kitchen pantry is equipped with the bare essentials, really only the bare essentials... D
Kitchen pantry equipment could be better (e.g.: toaster, some kind of coffee machine, etc.). The maintenance of the hotel, rooms, balcony... leaves a bit to be desired :-( A little more attention to the equipment would be an advantage! (e.g. privacy screen on the balcony flaps, flaps in the wind and is not exactly quiet)

Very large room with kitchen (practically a studio apartment). Welcoming and helpful staff. Very quiet place in a suburban area. Parking available around the property. There are restaurants and shopping center within walking distance. It is convenient if you have a car (otherwise it is about 30 minutes by public transport to reach the center of Heidelberg).

Great ending to a beautiful trip!
The location was good for us as an overnight hotel. Parking space in front of the door. 15 min drive to it center where we had a delicious meal at the Italian in the center. The beds were wonderful and air conditioning was already on when we came in after a long hot ride. Very clean. Great for the latter night!

Apparently the previous guests had disrupted the air conditioning. It took me some time before my complaint was taken seriously. Then they worked hard to solve the problem and it worked. Quite a hassle, but solved.

Suitable for a short break.
The room was really spacious and had a balcony facing the inner courtyard. The box spring bed was more than comfortable. With the air conditioning we were able to get the temperature in the room down well. The kitchenette was also well equipped.
The stairwell smelled like the Turkish snack bar that is downstairs right next to the hotel entrance. You could also see that the hotel was getting a bit old. In the bathroom the silicone on the shower was partly moldy.

The staff was really very accommodating and friendly. The air conditioning was very pleasant in hot weather.
The walls of the first room were very thin, so all the activities of our roommates could be clearly heard. The kitchen was not fully equipped and cooking was therefore complicated. Unfortunately the floor wasn't very clean. For a hotel that advertises sustainable travel on Booking.com, we expect that you can at least separate the waste. This was not possible here and was therefore very disappointing.

I would give the Boardinghotel Heidelberg a second chance, but there is still room for improvement.
The apartments/rooms are equipped with good box-spring beds. Big shower which is good if you are a bit bigger. There was a large balcony/terrace. Particularly good, especially at the current temperatures, was, of course, the perfectly working air conditioning. In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center - about 400 m walk - which has several fast food restaurants, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, Kaufland for groceries, etc. There is also a large Rewe supermarket a few kilometers away (which also has a deli, a large bakery, etc.).
The pension is located a few kilometers from Heidelberg in the Rohrbach-Süd district, which at first does not make a good impression. Free public parking spaces can always be found close by, but there were probably issues with our own secure parking not being usable at the moment. Another downside for me was that there were problems with the water supply (i.e. sufficient water pressure/water) when showering at certain times when there were a large number of occupants in the apartments. maybe Was it just a temporary technical problem?

Good, even for several nights…….
After Corona it is difficult to find an affordable hotel, no matter where, no matter when. Here I was a bit lucky with the rate for under 100 euros for one night near Heidelberg. I was all the more surprised that a spacious room with a kitchenette, large TV and large bathroom awaited me. Bed and linens are very comfortable. Everything is very clean. The hotel is probably intended more as a fitter's accommodation, it is located in a small industrial area. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity. Shopping and trams are within walking distance. The staff are very nice. The rooms also have air conditioning, toasters and coffee makers are provided upon request.

Large room, kitchen, daylight bathroom, balcony (roof terrace style with seating). I think roller shutters darken the room almost 100% if necessary, which is good and important! There is no breakfast, I didn't care. The location in Rohrbach-Süd is of course not Heidelberg Castle, but there are 3 fast food restaurants directly at the hotel (pizza, kebab, subway) and a large shopping center (Kaufland) 4 minutes away. (Here are more restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) Public transport connection is approx. 5 minutes away. Travel time downtown approx. 18 minutes. You can park relatively safely everywhere around.

Website vs reality
The room was large, modern and clean. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels were brought, even on weekends. The small mini kitchen with two hotplates and a refrigerator is practical, so you can take care of yourself. Various shopping opportunities within walking distance, two snack bars right downstairs. The staff was nice, but also brushed you off if you had more than one question. Sometimes there was simply no one available at reception.
The website advertises things that are not true. Above all with soundproof rooms, which is a joke. The walls are made of cardboard and you can hear EVERYTHING!!! And unfortunately this also happens at night: every walk across the hallway, every word spoken in the next room, people repeatedly dropping things upstairs and the doors being slammed shut. EVERYTHING!!! Restful sleep on vacation is non-existent. The supposedly fully equipped kitchen was missing the advertised coffee machine. We only received these when we asked at reception. Also two slightly larger coffee cups. However, we were offered these used with dried coffee residue. But then it was noticed that this might be a bit disgusting and they were briefly swung under the water. We then found her wet and with a thick black hair stuck to one cup. Well then enjoy your meal... And unfortunately the in-house parking deck wasn't usable either because it had probably been closed for a long time - for whatever reason. But then you can't advertise it on the website! You can look for a parking space on the side of the road, but that doesn't always work. And the car is not protected in this industrial area. All in all, the disadvantages outweigh the disadvantages for us, so we will no longer go to this hotel and cannot recommend it.

In the boarding hotel
We really liked it in the boarding hotel. The entire room and bathroom are very spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We also found the beds and mattresses very good - we slept wonderfully! The location, even if it was a bit out of the way, wasn't a problem at all, as you can easily get into the city by tram after a very short walk. Shopping opportunities are also just around the corner. So we found everything perfect and can highly recommend the boarding hotel.

The room was big. Definitely suitable as a fitter's accommodation.
The furniture was old and cheap and worn out. The hotel is located in an industrial area and completely remote. The pictures looked nicer than in real life.

Everything you need. 24-hour check-in and street parking available. I think the small kitchenette is great and the balcony... even if it doesn't have a view :).
It was a bit poorly warmed up but that sorted itself out over the course of the evening. For some reason my room absolutely smelled like Indian food.

Great hotel for an overnight stay on the way to Austria.
The location close to the highway and the center of Heidelberg was very pleasant. It was also nice that there were shops and eateries in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The room itself was quiet and the beds were wonderful.
The site stated that you could park privately at the hotel, but the elevator to the roof was broken and so we had to park on the street. I didn't like this as much because all our luggage and winter sports gear remained in the car.

Spacious, clean and beautifully functional apartment.
Very spacious rooms with a very comfortable double bed. Pleasant furnishing style. Nice large bathroom with a large shower. Kitchen equipment is minimal, but completely sufficient. The bed linen was funny because it glowed in the dark when touched.
The position of the television was a bit uncomfortable: the television was on the side of the bed, so you couldn't actually watch television comfortably with two people. But we weren't in Heidelberg to watch TV. So it didn't really bother me. :-)

We particularly liked the contact via WhatsApp, the uncomplicated check-in until midnight, the free parking space directly at the hotel, the cleanliness, the quiet environment and the mattresses.
The hotel is very noisy. However, the area was quiet and the other guests kept the night's rest, so we were able to sleep well despite there being a few noises.

Practical accommodation at a fair price
Spacious room, clean and practically furnished with a small kitchen. Check in via box was easy. Location was also okay. We would book it again.
Overall, the furniture seemed a bit run down, the blackout blinds didn't work and the light was very bright and uncomfortable. It was a bit annoying that you received a text message at night saying that you had been warned for disturbing the peace. We were super quiet and had already been asleep for a long time. That's not good style!

Cardboard walls?
Modern, chic and clean hotel. The apartments are well equipped, everything you need is more or less there. You can go in and out around the clock with your room card, which offers a high level of flexibility. The transport connection to Heidelberg City via public transport is good during the day.
The hotel is incredibly noisy, you can hear everything that goes on in the immediate vicinity of the room. A neighboring room (probably a couple) seemed to have a lot of fun together two nights in a row - good for them [;-)], unfortunately I was unintentionally a part of it. There was also a party going on a few rooms away, which I ended up stopping myself at around 3 a.m. due to the noise and noisiness of the hotel. The ventilation and general background noise also make sleeping only moderately comfortable.

Nothing. The outside of the complex is being renovated. And there is an elevator.
Apartment is freezing. Heating via air conditioning. This is screwed shut. Thin duvet and no extra duvets available. Floor is ice cold. Layout of the apartment is illogical. Sofa in the kitchen. Very weird. All sand and dust under the sofa. There were still residues in the dessert containers. The area around the apartment is all migrants. Not recommended.

Very distressing
The staff tried hard (but helpless) and an additional blanket was no problem. The location of the apartment was ideal for our stay.
The apartment was expensive and pretty run down. Palm-sized scraping on the front of the headboard of the box spring bed (very clearly visible). Heating in the bathroom with huge stains, the wood of the baseboard broken. Dirty toaster. We pointed this out to the staff and they kindly told us that the stains were new and wouldn't come off. The solution of the problem ? No. Neither was another room offered, nor anything else. We had to pay extra for our 2 year old son, plus €20 for the cot, which came to €101 per night. I could have rented a chic holiday apartment in the city center. You then had to look for a parking space in the area if you were lucky. We are very disappointed. A pity.

Nice hotel for a short stay
The room was a pleasant size and stocked with everything you need. My room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs. I was able to sleep well in bed and received a second pillow immediately upon request. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped.
At first glance the room was clean, but unfortunately only upon superficial inspection. The table on the balcony was broken and therefore very wobbly. The pots and pans could be replaced, they are getting really old.

When we arrived around 10 p.m., the baby bed we had ordered was not available and no one could be reached at the telephone number provided. The floor was very dirty, so our baby had black knees after crawling for 5 minutes. When we informed us in the morning, the staff was friendly, but we were not offered any compensation.

Never slept so bad.
The mattress in the bed was sagging and uncomfortable. It urgently needs to be replaced! I've never slept so badly. No oven in the kitchenette. The view is supposedly nice with a view of the mountains, I looked at a radio mast and a plastic balcony border.

The house is relatively new and has large, clean and modern rooms/bathrooms. The small kitchenette has all the dishes you need for breakfast/dinner or a small snack. Check in/Check out hassle free. A 5-minute walk from Kaufland with a few small restaurants around, a baker and a butcher. So no problem in terms of food.
The mattresses......well. The balcony is not a balcony but rather an arcade. No privacy as the sides are open to the neighbors and only have a half-hearted privacy screen. A lot of commotion caused by other guests in the house at night. Very noisy. The small fridge gurgles for a few minutes every 15 minutes. Nothing works without earplugs.

The location was good for me, close to the hospital I had to go to. Rooms nice and big and new. Bathroom new, kitchenette clean and equipped.
Couldn't find the hotel that well, a bit confusing because it's so narrow and there are so many shops around it. There is no shelf for accessories in the bathroom.

I would say "NEVER AGAIN!", but I had no intention of doing that either way.
Everything is very "clean" and clear, the furnishings are tasteful, the staff are polite and helpful; For that matter, the price is also reasonable.
If you like it loud, I can highly recommend THIS hotel to you! I would like to ask the architect what he was thinking when he built the building! Like living in a drum! Is it all made of plaster or what??? Not the slightest attempt at noise isolation, e.g. B. in the form of carpet or at least impact sound insulation (or perhaps solid ceilings and walls...?); When someone takes a shower somewhere, you feel like you're in a car wash! High heels in the next room and in the hallway - you get aggression! I generally sleep with earplugs, but you can't put that many earplugs in your ear to block out the noise. It's like simply painting over a completely rusted car instead of applying a proper primer first...

Great accommodation for city visits.
Reception reception informal but enthusiastic, involved, helpful and friendly. Parking is easy on the roof of the hotel with a lift and then you can walk a few hundred meters and then take the tram for €2.70 to the old center in 20 minutes. Parking in the area is difficult on workdays, a business park and a large supermarket are a 7-minute walk away. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean with an outside terrace, large flat screen, refrigerator and kitchenette. The rest of the building was also clean and tidy and the WiFi is good.

Clean and cheap, good value for money
We liked that it was easy to get to the center of Heidelberg by public transport from the hotel and that there were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as opportunities to eat out.
Overall, everything was great, the only thing that bothered us was that there was only a small privacy screen between the balcony sections, which therefore offered less privacy.

The room was very easy to reach with the elevator. There were enough parking spaces. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Shops (shopping center / Kaufland) were within walking distance in about 10 minutes. We'd love to come back.
There were no cushions for the chairs on the balcony. A parasol would have been good too.

Way too loud and noisy! Not again!
We liked the size and brightness of the room as well as the ability to darken it completely. The air conditioning was also very useful and made sleeping much easier when the outside temperatures were high. The large, easily adjustable television monitor was also pleasant.
The most unpleasant thing is the location in the middle of an industrial area and the poor soundproofing of the building. Already early in the morning you can hear the noise of the delivery vehicles and the pallet trucks for onward transport for the grocery store and the fast food restaurants on the ground floor. In the building itself you can hear the intense noise of the other residents from the neighboring rooms and especially from the upper floor. The parking situation is also difficult! During the day, the streets are parked with vehicles and the access to the in-house roof parking lot is also blocked throughout by a parked vehicle. Upon arrival we found several long black hairs scattered throughout the bathroom and living room of our room. These definitely didn't come from us! That was uncomfortable. A coffee machine was only brought to the room upon arrival according to the information at reception upon request. The dishes and cutlery were mixed together. The cups didn't fit on the saucers and the cutlery was different shapes. Since guests are asked to wash their dishes before departure, ours was still clearly dirty. Given Corona aspects, we had to assume that it had not been washed hygienically at at least 65 degrees and so we started a time-consuming washing spree. The height of the mattresses was too low for the depth of the beds. When sitting down and lying down, you had to rest your back thigh on the bar, which was a bit painful. During the 8 nights the sheets were changed after the sixth night but not the bed linen. The towels were changed once upon request. It happened that there was no toilet paper. The cleaning ladies wore their mouth and nose protection clearly visible primarily under their chin, rarely over their mouth. The TV remote control had a "sometimes" function and the reception was not consistent.

Cleaning ladies didn't clean the floor, toilet or shower the entire stay. Extremely disgusting, we had breakfast in the room and when we came into the room in the evening the breakfast leftovers were still on the floor. Despite multiple complaints, nothing happened. The hotel is located in the commercial area, but it doesn't bother you to easily reach the center by bike or car. A tea warming pot would be good in the kitchen equipment.

Spacious apartment with some drawbacks
The apartment is divided into three cleanly separated areas (bathroom, kitchen/living room, bedroom.
The kitchen was equipped with crockery and cutlery and was ridiculously small with 2-3 pieces of each. Multiple rinsing per day guaranteed. Balcony not usable for non-smokers because of smoke from neighbors. Night's sleep was severely disturbed by the air conditioning on the outside of the apartment.

Very spacious balcony, modern room with kitchen corner and bathroom. Extremely comfortable mattresses, generously sized apartments. Good WiFi reception, even on the balcony.
In our case, the air conditioning did not cool, but warmed. The advertised Mexican restaurant in the building turned out to be a disguised kebab shop with a broken pizza oven.

Very practical for self-catering!
Air conditioning available. Fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator but without ice compartment, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots, kitchen roll, salt, pepper). Very suitable if you want to look after yourself. Modern bathroom with hairdryer. There is also a Mexican restaurant right next door with very friendly staff. There is also a subway next door for food and a grocery store. There is also a large shopping center not far away. Parking is not possible on the roof (there are lots of garbage cans), but you can park for free on the entire street.
Unfortunately, I could only turn the air conditioning on or off and change the temperature, but not the fan intensity because the panel was closed with a screw. There were stains on my bedsheet that stuck to it, as if there had been chewing gum on it. But I was able to turn the bed sheet 90° so that the stains were no longer where I slept.

Very "central" - everything was right around the corner or at least not that far. The room was clean and cozy.
Room 16, directly opposite the office, was probably very noisy from 7 a.m. onwards, as the door slammed 20 times every other minute. Someone was probably unable to use the door handle, very annoying to wake up so early on vacation!

Great value for money and lots of space.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and equipped with a kitchen including a stove and refrigerator as well as dishes and cutlery. A kettle and a coffee machine are also available. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the couch seems to be a bit old. Although clean and not damaged, the springs were clearly noticeable. The key handover was possible after 8 p.m. thanks to the safe outside. I would be happy to come back at any time.

The apartment is really big and the price-performance ratio (€63/night) is ok. The connection to the city by tram is optimal. The balcony doesn't have a nice view, but it's nice to be able to step out. - Service with keybox was totally great. Very comfortable mattresses (hard but yielding)
Unfortunately the shelves in the bathroom were dirty. But that was the only thing. At least a decent knife to be able to cut fruit and/or bread would be great. Strange smell from other apartments. - But only partially smellable in front of the respective door.

If you are traveling by car and are in Heidelberg for a few days, more than fine.
The apartment was modernly furnished, beautiful contemporary flooring, luckily no carpets. Large smart TV screen. Fast internet (WLAN). Everything very clean. The photos correspond to the equipment. Parking space on site
Unfortunately it was quite loud in the evenings due to other guests. No possibility to have breakfast. A little far out, about 15 minutes to the center by car (but I knew that)

Everything was super good.
I spontaneously looked for somewhere to sleep and was very excited about this hotel. The host and staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and modern. There was plenty of parking space around the hotel, even free. Can only recommend it

The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff was very attentive, helpful and courteous.
The noise that some guests make when they are sleeping at night... We had asked for a quiet room, but the guests on the floor above us were rumbling.

The hotel description states that the rooms are "soundproofed". That's not true at all. The rooms are so noisy that you can hear a Flo coughing. In the next room there was such a noise until 3 a.m. that you couldn't sleep. There is supposed to be bed rest at 10 p.m., but there is no staff on site.

The hotel staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
I called reception in the evening on the day of the overnight stay to let them know that I wouldn't be arriving until around 10 p.m. I was only then informed that I would receive a code so that I could get into the hotel. In my opinion, the information should definitely be announced in advance.

Absolutely fine for 1 night.
The bed was large and comfortable and there is a pull out couch. There is a large television. The room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean
Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy and at 6 a.m. we have to endure the loud screaming of children from the neighboring room. Despite the door being locked, the cleaning lady stood in our room without even knocking. At 10:30 a.m. she rang the bell to let us know that checkout was at 11 a.m.

not for people who need a night's sleep
It was very loud at night due to other guests partying and rowdying, even though there were signs everywhere that it was quiet after 10 p.m. The reception was only staffed until 9 p.m. We and other guests tried to reach the reception via the "hotline", where there was a mailbox. Addressing the grievances had no effect. In a personal conversation the next day (departure day) it was claimed that there had been no call. Unfortunately we had already paid, otherwise we would have kept something for lost sleep in 2 out of 6 nights.

Not very good
Room has kitchen and bathroom and is relatively spacious. Enough for two people.
The facilities for such accommodation were somewhat modest. We had a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, there were a lot of young guests present at the same time, they were constantly visiting each other and constantly slamming the doors. In addition, we regularly celebrated in our neighboring room and once even showered at two in the morning. Bedding, blankets and pillows have seen better days. Cleanliness works like this... even if we hung out the sign to clean it would only be superficially cleaned. Toilet could also use a deep cleaning. There was a smell coming from the shower siphon. That actually says everything about cleanliness. The accommodation is located in the commercial area, but Heidelberg can be easily reached by train (approx. 25 minutes). Last train back from Heidelberg at midnight. Price/performance doesn't fit in my opinion.

Heidelberg and the surrounding area are worth a trip.
The integrated small kitchenette is good for self-catering, you don't necessarily have to go out for breakfast or dinner. Restaurants and shopping, tram and local transport in the immediate vicinity. We'd love to come back.

Very good with a few deductions, but these are small things.
The room was very clean and tidy. The interior was modern. The kitchen equipment could be a little larger, for example in terms of knives. The bathroom was very good and clean.
The balcony is not really worth the money as it is furnished in a rather minimalist style and there is no real separation from the neighboring rooms.

Functionally furnished apartment, large bathroom, large balcony. Very good mattress. Fresh towels every day. Waste was disposed of daily.
Construction noise on the ground floor, parking spaces in front of the hotel occupied by tradesmen during the day and access to the parking deck was rarely free, mostly only in the evening hours. The quiet time after 10 p.m. was not observed because students had apparently booked many rooms, so it was noisy in the hallway. Something like that isn't possible, but the room was too expensive, and it wasn't until well after midnight that there was peace.

Surprisingly nice and modern hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staff during check-in. Despite the fact that the hotel is located on an industrial estate, it has a modern and beautiful interior and the room was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Parking was available opposite the hotel and we were also able to enjoy a delicious meal within walking distance. You could shop for breakfast in the supermarket right next to the hotel. We will definitely come back here again!

Convenient and cheap
The accommodation was very comfortable. There is plenty of space and the small kitchenette offers the opportunity to have a nice breakfast in the morning or enjoy tea or coffee in the evening. We were out and about during the day but there is also a small stove for cooking. Right next door there is a Kaufland for shopping and other shopping opportunities. Overall, the room was very clean and seemed very new. (Room 02)
It takes about 30 minutes to get to Heidelberg by train. If you combine that with the e-scooter, you can always reach the train quickly. Otherwise you have to walk about 15 minutes to the train station.

I would definitely visit this property again!
Very large, beautiful and modernly furnished double room. Very well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and there is a subway right next to it. The staff is also very friendly.
The walls are very thin, you can hear the TV next door. From time to time it can get very loud on the street because you are in an industrial area.

Very friendly staff! Perfect location for transit. Really 5 minutes from the highway, free parking, no environmental zone sticker needed and a supermarket within walking distance that is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Nice spacious room with private kitchenette and clean bathroom. Nice beds. Very good price-quality ratio.
It's on an industrial estate. That was perfect for our transit, but as a holiday destination I would like more atmosphere in the area. Although the public transport looked good and you can therefore easily visit the city from there.

Price is reasonable. Bed is comfortable. In the immediate vicinity there is a huge shopping center and a few good Chinese restaurants that are recommended.
First of all, we weren't allowed to park in the hotel's parking garage because we were supposed to be there for too short a time - 3 nights. Nonsense...! The clairaudience of the room, which has already been mentioned several times, was also noticeable in our case. The upstairs neighbors celebrated until midnight and the noise outside the shop downstairs in the morning was like an alarm clock. The room was clean upon arrival but was only superficially cleaned the next day. The walls next to the bed should be repainted. WiFi doesn't always work smoothly.

Nice hotel with very good facilities. Fast, very friendly check-in. Room was equipped with everything you need. Very clean. We were really very satisfied. Good shopping opportunities nearby. You can get into the city quickly by car. In addition, a really good price/performance ratio. We would stay here again and again.

Really good welcome.
This was the 3rd hotel where we spent the night on our trip around southern Germany and here we were welcomed very well. Sweet and friendly staff. It was quiet in the room with a nice terrace. The hotel is very close to shopping and shopping. We wanted to rent bikes nearby, but it was obviously very far to the nearest place. So we ended up taking the car around. All in all, a nice and cozy little place.
