The accommodation was very very noisy. You had to pay for your own linens and you had to make your own beds. Bedding was incomplete so you still had to pay full price for incomplete bedding. WLAN was not free!!! It's absolutely cheeky that you still have to pay for Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is free all over the world! The furniture is not comfortable and rather outdated.

The accommodation was ok but I won't be booking again at this price. Some things were missing, such as baking paper, a kitchen roll or shot glasses. There were long black hairs in several places in the bathroom. The dishwasher was not cleaned on arrival and the beds were not made, although there is an additional charge of EUR 10 per person for bed linen. I find it very cheeky when the sheets are just falling apart and the beds aren't even made. Overall, there is still a lot of room for improvement. We won't be back.

Not carefully cleaned, bed linen for 2 people 20 euros to carry yourself. No sofa to sit together/watch TV. TV in the kitchen, sitting on a hard corner seat. The TV is not visible from any of the beds.

Not clean, no toilet paper

The apartment was a little older. But other than that, everything was fine. The prices in the region are generally higher, so the price is generally normal.

We were not sent information about the check-in in advance.

Garbage bags too thin; wall clock that needs a new battery.

In all other apartments, towels and bed linen are included in the rate. Outrageously asking for money. Never redeem your meal voucher. The biggest robbery. Ready meals at absolutely inflated prices

TV is not in the bedroom

Unfortunately, the apartment did not live up to our expectations. First, we drove to the indicated office address at Marienplatz 11, as indicated in the documents. After we finally found a stop and an office on the 1st floor, we stood in front of a closed gate, there was no one in the office or in the house. We then called the indicated phone number. One gentleman told us in English that the office is now located at Forstamtsweg 1. On the phone, the gentleman told me that we had been informed about the change of office. But that was not the case. I received an email 2 days prior to arrival, which still included the old key collection address. There was also a sign on the door of the apartment with the old address of the office, where to go if there were any problems. Then we walked from Marienplatz to Forstamtsweg and after waiting a little (there was a couple in front of us), we received information about key collection and parking. Finally arriving at the apartment, the next surprise came. We have booked a 2-room apartment for 2 families. However, to get to the toilet and bathroom, one had to go through the bedroom of the 2nd family. We then found out that during the 4 days booked, there was only 1¼ roll of toilet paper available. Then we had to buy toilet paper from the supermarket. When we arrived home on New Year's Eve, it was very cold in the apartment, and the water was also cold. We paid € 300 per night for an apartment, i.e. € 1200 for 4 days (plus various taxes). Despite New Year's Eve, the apartment is not worth it. The furniture is piece by piece and old fashioned. We would no longer book an apartment with this money, especially for 2 families. In the description, there is no need to go to the toilet / shower through the bedroom.

Carefully read the description, you have to pay extra for the bed in addition to the amount shown by Booking.

There is always one pair of keys in the safe in the house, we didn’t know, so we ran with the children through the snow for the keys. Please warn your guests about this, it will greatly facilitate their life.
