We would come back here any time
The only thing that wasn't nice is the stairwell and the elevators, but the landlord of this accommodation can't help it. But the apartment is TOP

Pleasant days, good location played a big role (embankment, bus, train, boat, everything is nearby

The apartment was beautifully furnished. The skyscraper in which it was located was not so big.

Very nice apartment in the city center
Very clean apartment with a beautiful renovation in the heart of the city. We were greeted with some gummy bears and nuts :-) The host is very friendly and easy to get in touch with.
The corridor/stairwell of the building has not been renovated and contrasts sharply with the apartment. Due to the central location it was a bit noisy outside on the weekends when people were partying.

We will definitely return to Friedrichshafen and Marseille.
Already the various text messages that took place beforehand, from using the garage and arranging a parking ticket to a video of how the door lock works, were sensational. It's well thought out and almost professional. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Something wonderful has been created in a small space. There was even a bottle of water, a small bottle of champagne, tea bags and coffee capsules and something to eat. We liked. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants and the lake. Although we unfortunately didn't know Marseille personally, the communication is incredibly friendly and courteous.
It's not Marseille's fault.......it stinks on the stairs, and it's not very tasty in the elevator either. While this is a known issue... don't let that put you off. Since the apartment is in a pedestrian area, it can be quite noisy on a Saturday evening. Take ear plugs with you, then there will be no drama :).............

Well made and almost as expected.
Location although views of Lake Constance are limited.
The house is open to the public and looks a bit rundown. This also spoils the landscape - but that's another topic.

We were very comfortable.
Very central location with great views of Lake Constance
The corridor and elevators were dirty (no complaints about the owner as it is a brothel).

Recommended for a few romantic days on the lake.
Great location and very clean, modern, well equipped apartment.
The building was noisy and people who are light sleepers or have trouble falling asleep should look elsewhere.

An ideal base for exploring the city and the lake.
The location is perfect, close to the port, train station and shops. Thanks to modern thermal insulation (and location on the 7th floor), there is no noise. Marseille is very professional in communication and organization. Great job!

Very nice owner and very nice, clean apartment. Located right in the center of the city, in 2 minutes you are already on the shore of the lake. We will come again!

Was in Friedrichshafen again for a family holiday. Instead of an anonymous hotel, I would have a more personal vacation apartment this time, and it was a direct hit. The apartment is not only very conveniently located in the city center, but has also been meticulously renovated. The fact that you can see the lake from the window and the mountains in the background is of course an absolute advantage. Greetings, was very friendly and competent and a small gift with fresh mineral water and a small bottle of Piccolo made you immediately feel like my heart is coming. I can only highly recommend this apartment. Everything was simple, friendly and professional ... So I can only give a very good rating and recommend this house without hesitation!

Clean apartment in the best location and with a very friendly owner
Since the apartment is located in the center of Friedrichshafen's old town, there are many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The facilities are excellent as well and the host spares no effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The background noise is a little stronger due to the location, for people sensitive to noise I can recommend using earplugs or something similar. It also gets brighter quickly in the morning, so I can recommend an eye mask for people who are sensitive to light. However, these are things that the host cannot influence and therefore are not deducted from the points.
