Very good location, very nice host

We were very comfortable.
Very central location with great views of Lake Constance
The corridor and elevators were dirty (no complaints about the owner as it is a brothel).

Recommended for a few romantic days on the lake.
Great location and very clean, modern, well equipped apartment.
The building was noisy and people who are light sleepers or have trouble falling asleep should look elsewhere.

An ideal base for exploring the city and the lake.
The location is perfect, close to the port, train station and shops. Thanks to modern thermal insulation (and location on the 7th floor), there is no noise. Marseille is very professional in communication and organization. Great job!

Very nice owner and very nice, clean apartment. Located right in the center of the city, in 2 minutes you are already on the shore of the lake. We will come again!

Was in Friedrichshafen again for a family holiday. Instead of an anonymous hotel, I would have a more personal vacation apartment this time, and it was a direct hit. The apartment is not only very conveniently located in the city center, but has also been meticulously renovated. The fact that you can see the lake from the window and the mountains in the background is of course an absolute advantage. Greetings, was very friendly and competent and a small gift with fresh mineral water and a small bottle of Piccolo made you immediately feel like my heart is coming. I can only highly recommend this apartment. Everything was simple, friendly and professional ... So I can only give a very good rating and recommend this house without hesitation!

Clean apartment in the best location and with a very friendly owner
Since the apartment is located in the center of Friedrichshafen's old town, there are many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The facilities are excellent as well and the host spares no effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The background noise is a little stronger due to the location, for people sensitive to noise I can recommend using earplugs or something similar. It also gets brighter quickly in the morning, so I can recommend an eye mask for people who are sensitive to light. However, these are things that the host cannot influence and therefore are not deducted from the points.
