Good idea for 1 stopover in a nice village
The 2 separate bedrooms, the location in the heart of the historic village and the good breakfast at Café Dees.
The spaghetti carbonaras were heavy and swimming in oil as were the salads and Spätzle. We saw no one to check out and no lockers either.

Located in the middle of an old half-timbered house in beautiful Ettenheim. Large beds with a good mattress, plenty of space, very clean, very nice, courteous staff. Ice cream parlor in the house 😍.

Spacious, clean apartment, but had little sleep.
It was a clean, spacious apartment with two large bedrooms. Clean bathroom with shower. In a cozy village with a very good bakery. Close to highway.
A party was going on across the street and we had a lot of trouble with music until the early hours. Then woken up at 6am by loud bells. No baby bed provided and unfortunately due to staff illness the restaurant was closed.

Nice accommodation for families near Europapark
After some back and forth, we received two double rooms connected via a separate hallway from the caretaker, since the shop was closed and nobody else was there. The accommodation is completely okay and was almost ideally located for a visit to Europapark.
Taking breakfast is a bit complicated (in a café about 300 meters away).

Sleep well
Apartment or family room was a good size, clean and was enough for sleeping. Great accommodation for little money
Entrance, stairway to the guest room wasn't that great, stair railings were stuck and the hallway smelled of cooking or the kitchen because the restaurant was cooking there, which wasn't really that great

Very satisfied
The location is quiet in a very friendly village. The size of the room and its cleanliness. Proximity to europapark and much more affordable prices than in Rust. The owners are lovely
Everything was fine, only a small problem with the shower hose which was badly damaged, but the problem was not serious, we were able to shower properly despite that.

very good experience and very pleasant surprise
When we arrived we were very welcomed by the staff. It is located in the heart of the historic village of ETTENHEIM, which is also gorgeous and perfect for visiting and walking around. The rooms are above the restaurant which is also very good and well priced especially their LIMONCELLO. The room that was allocated to us, with several beds (2 adult beds, 1 bunk bed) and two bedrooms, separated by a corridor from the entrance and the bathroom. They were both spacious and equipped with a TV and an electrical outlet. The price includes pillows, sheets, a towel, a small fridge with bottles of water, a cup and a kettle. For breakfast, the hotel offers a small buffet for 8 euros in a bakery that is downstairs, but not very far away (maximum 5 minutes). We really enjoyed going there and the manager's reception was top notch. We think that running other small establishments in the village is a good thing. In addition, this hotel is less than fifteen minutes from the amusement park. Value for money ++++++++++
Due to the historic village there are very few parking spaces, there is a city color code and the one next to the hotel is yellow (parking 1 hour), we were not disturbed by the authorities because we left very early in Europaparc and we returned later (7 hours evenings). As we were in the middle of August the traffic was not too heavy and we were able to find a place near the hotel. A slight downside to the bathroom which is spacious but the window is fitted with a thin curtain leaving the night vis-à-vis (maybe a thicker curtain like in the bedrooms would be nice).

Have a nice stay
Very nice staff, big clean bathroom. Overall perfect for short trips. Free water in the room. A fan is also available.
The bathroom mirror is too low for tall people. In the evening, the room smelled of french fries. Probably because the room was right above the kitchen.

Great family room at a good price.
Very spacious rooms. 2 separate rooms with 2 beds. And the beds were very good!!
There was no air conditioning, it was quite warm. But opened several windows opposite each other, and it was doable.

nice room but no breakfast and no one to contact.
The room itself is beautiful, functionally furnished and clean. location is great, nice old town.
call impossible! catastrophe. a friend picked up the key for us. the next morning - a gaping emptiness. no one to see or touch. without breakfast! Apparently it was necessary to register the day before and in a cafe nearby!? was not explicit at registration, nor was it found anywhere in writing.

Nice discovery
Good value for money, nickel plated cleanliness, very comfortable beds, location in a charming village we didn't know.
Soundproofing in the building and outside, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

A very nice place.
They didn't cross the room at all. The morning coffee cups were still dirty when we returned to the hotel in the evening.

Ettelheim is a very pretty town with typical houses.
Friendly staff, perfect location for visiting the old town but relatively noisy and very good restaurant.
Breakfast is optional and not served on site.

Strange...
Room large and clean. It's still good value for money.
Strange stay... The family room was large, clean and comfortable. But this is not a hotel, but rooms above the restaurant. The restaurant was closed and there was absolutely no one in the building. Arriving at 10 pm, we hardly found the night watchman, who actually was not the one, and most importantly, was completely drunk! We had a hard time getting the keys. However, there is no option to have breakfast the next morning and we had to call the restaurant number for someone to finally come and pick up the keys for us....

Unfortunately I couldn't sleep well because you could hear very loud noises from the kitchen until 12 at night (an intermediate door would have been helpful). From 6 am there was noise on the street (old windows). Breakfast is not in the same house

Nice room
Good staff! We booked online half an hour before arrival. Since we have to wait a bit for the room to be ready, we were offered a cup of coffee. Nice spacious room with all amenities. In the center of the old town of Ettenheim. Beautiful village! More than we expected for this price. We could have had breakfast at the Dees Café a few houses down. Ideal! Tip: Rohan Cafe serves great ice cream sundaes!
The hotel is not easy to find through booking and maps. It is located in the center of the village on a beautiful square!

Spent 2 nights, the hosts were very helpful and the food at the downstairs restaurant was very good. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

disappointment,,,,
The breakfast saved the whole trip, the older lady was so friendly and kind that we will stay here next time. In the boarding house, we were not told until the evening that breakfast was in another house or down the street, the noise from the scenery was very loud, until one in the morning. And the worst thing for us was that the staff was cleaned in front of the guests, down to the smallest detail, firstly it is impossible, and secondly, never in front of the guests.

Ok for one night but no more
Large refurbished room. Parking available and a restaurant downstairs where you can eat.
No information about Wi-Fi code. I had to ask the restaurant staff. Unable to connect to Wi-Fi. The network did not allow. The room was located on the corner of a very busy and noisy intersection at certain times.

Large and clean room. Excellent and varied breakfast. Very good service staff at the restaurant Etenheim - a pretty German city well located for visiting Freiburg and Europa Park.

Very good accommodation combined with excellent service!
Very nice room overlooking the beautiful city center right next to the city fountain. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful! This is where I will definitely check again in the future! :)
