All in all, it was a good stay.
The location of the house is very good, as the beach, swimming pool and infrastructure (bakery, small grocery store and restaurants) are within walking distance. We also felt comfortable and relaxed due to the good weather.
The house is beautifully furnished but has seen its better days. A few things need fixing, like the upstairs toilet drain and the patio doors. We recommend a general house cleaning.

Nice house, good location and amenities, but with some shortcomings.
The house is well equipped and in a good location. Blackout blinds are installed in the bedrooms.
The rain shower head was very dirty (dirty), we didn't use it. The hatch on the oven did not close, so we could not use it. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The spiral staircase to the top floor is very narrow, we had real problems getting our suitcases upstairs.

Beautiful holiday home to relax and unwind very close to the beach.
Very nice holiday home as described here and exactly as shown. Also the location is perfect. The covered terrace and sun lounger are very suitable for a little break, the beds are comfortable (bed linen and towels are very soft and smell good), the cozy furniture is stylish and modern, and the house is very clean. We always had a good and completely uncomplicated contact with a very pleasant host. Our questions were answered very quickly - we felt we were in very good hands.

We enjoyed the week!!!
The place was amazing!
The backyard was dirty and covered in cobwebs. My wife didn't want to stay there. No ice compartment, i.e. for frozen buns.

Very beautiful and amazingly relaxing in just a week
Beautiful, well maintained house in a quiet area. Very nice contact person on the site. Parking right next to the house, a few meters from the bakery or the sea.
The stairs are very steep and narrow. Bedrooms are noisy. We missed a freezer in the fridge. A washing machine in the house will be essential for longer stays.

Best apartment and great location
The location was great. The furnishings and equipment in the apartment were excellent.
It's pretty noisy. 😅 But this is the case in almost all holiday homes, and therefore we have nothing more to complain about.

Relaxation in the Kiebitz holiday home
The house is located on a very quiet street, there is parking right outside the house. A bakery, restaurants, bike rental, swimming pool and small shops are within walking distance. You can also walk to the dam in a few minutes. Two outdoor seating options are very good - one in front of the house and one behind it. The furnishings in the rooms are harmonious, there are enough wardrobes and drawers for long stays. There is also more than enough crockery, glasses and cutlery. Contacting the landlord beforehand and during our stay was uncomplicated and friendly.
As a family with 2 children, we would like to have a washing machine only for the duration of our two week stay. (This should be understood only as an assumption, and not as a "minus" - after all, the description clearly shows that there is no washing machine in the house.)

Very nice vacation, happy again!
Very nicely located. In the morning, have breakfast in the sun overlooking the greenery, in the evening sit in front of the house. In case of rain, a covered terrace provides protection. A short walk to the beach and then enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Beware of the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom, it's pretty steep ...

Great house for a quiet holiday
The house has been lovingly renovated and has an open area both in front of and behind the house that invites you to linger (including sun lounger and grill). We especially liked the fact that the Wallentowitz family has equipped the house in such a way that it is ideal for families: there is a ladder guard, a stove has a safety device for children, cribs, high chairs and toilet seats are available on site. Plus a great location! Even with our 3 year old daughter, we could walk perfectly to the beach.

Relaxation in absolute tranquility
The location is excellent for both short trips to the harbor and long bike rides in the surrounding area. It is very quiet and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Nice holiday home in a good location
Thanks to the good location, everything can be quickly reached on foot. The covered dining area behind the house is a wonderful thing, especially in warm weather. The house is very nicely and comfortably furnished and the equipment is really very good.
The only things we were missing were a freezer and a bread basket. The pans are badly scratched and should be replaced from time to time.

Very nice holiday home
Everything, very nice holiday cottage with 2 bedrooms and toilet in the attic and kitchen, bathroom and utility room on the ground floor. In addition, there are 2 covered outdoor areas with seating and sun loungers. The house is completely fenced. Own parking space right in front of the door. The house is well equipped with everything you need for daily use. There are spare blankets and pillows, hair dryers, detergents, salt, pepper, etc.
The only negative: there are no curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. Here the owner could possibly have refitted.

Luxurious holiday home in a quiet location
Location between a cooling pond and a quiet play street. Modern and as good as new furniture also ensures a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped.
There is no freezer in the fridge, and the windows in the bedrooms are not darkened. If you are sensitive, you should bring a sleep mask with you.

The stay was very pleasant and you felt completely at ease.
Uncomplicated handling, just minutes from the dam, bakery around the corner, playgrounds in the immediate vicinity
The spiral staircase is an exciting activity with young children - otherwise there are no complaints and you cannot complain
