Great joy when entering the house, pure relaxation from the beginning to the end of the holiday.
The location of the house is excellent. No highway, just local traffic. Great for kids playing / cycling. All rooms are lovingly and well equipped. Very good cycling opportunities throughout the area. Shops in the town: a small market with basic necessities, as well as two bakeries selling fresh buns that can be reached by bike.
Nothing like that :-) The house fully corresponded to the description.

The size and equipment are generally very good, especially the kitchen. In addition, the large terrace was equipped with sun loungers, sun loungers and plenty of seating. There was enough space for everyone to leave from time to time if necessary. Washer and dryer were available, which of course was not taken for granted. So, if necessary, you can come with "small" luggage. Wifi was good, satellite TV was great too. TV in the living room and TV in one of the bedrooms. The location of the house was very quiet. Fortunately, there was only one day of work and noise at a nearby construction site. Overall the house is highly recommended!
There was only one toilet. An additional guest toilet would be great.

The optimal starting point for companies. Great facilities especially for families with children. Large cozy terrace! No street noise, just the chirping of birds in nature.

Nice house in a quiet location
We love Scandinavia. And we loved this Scandinavian-style house from the very beginning. Nice decor, everything is in stock. There are enough crockery, pots and cutlery. Space for 2 cars, sun terrace with parasol and wind protection. Quiet in the alley. Not a tourist destination. The Schönhagen beach is about 4-5 km away, not far from Kappeln or Maashholm (nature conservation center). If you are looking for peace, you will find it here!
Actually, so far everything is ok. There was O. But: Unfortunately, bicycles cannot be used. There are 3 EW bikes and 1 kids bike. We wanted to pump air, but our valves did not open. The outside bathroom on the tub / faucet was still very dirty, including cobwebs. There are no mosquito nets on the windows in any of the 3 bedrooms. We had to fight many, many animals every day. It deprives you of sleep. This was actually the most "negative" thing. Unfortunately, there is no conventional coffee machine. Only such a part for capsules = not environmentally friendly in production, consumption and disposal. But there is also such a "coffee press section" Bodum. For a large pot, you can use a new one.

Perfect
We found the holiday home as described. The house is like new, lovingly furnished, clean, bright, comfortable. We found everything we needed. If we have any questions, we can always contact the landlord. We would have liked to have had an additional toilet. But this is a family problem ... and nagging at a very high level. We felt very comfortable there and we recommend this house 100%!

The house was very well furnished, everything you could wish for was there, and the pets were taken care of.
Unfortunately, the beach was too far away because you had to go by car.

A very successful family vacation with dogs in a beautiful house in a very beautiful place.
The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable. The beds are new and very comfortable. The kitchen is just great - like everyone else. The terrace is just a highlight. The property is fenced to allow our dogs to move freely. The owner is very attentive and makes sure that nothing is lost. We will be more than happy to recommend this home to others - we have already done this to our friends. Photos on booking.com are 100% correct.
Everything was great. We were all delighted. 6 people between the ages of 7 and 81 plus 3 dogs. We were more than satisfied. We haven't missed anything. The house, the location, the price - everything was great!

From A to Z: a vacation home with a comfort factor
The holiday home was beautifully furnished ... everything was in order :-) Even for five people there was enough dishes, especially in the kitchen! You didn't have to look for plates, etc. every day!
The bathroom is sometimes lacking in size - but acceptable!

Have a great autumn vacation in Dörphof
The house is very well maintained, high quality and modern. First of all, the kitchen furniture is very positive. You have no problem with counting plates, glasses or cutlery. Everything is abundant. The fireplace makes the home very cozy in the evenings. There are many possibilities for excursions around Dörphof. It is worth planning a trip to Kappeln and Schleswig. We loved the walking trail along the steep bank of the Schönhagen. We also liked the very good contact with the owners of the Swedish villa.
Unfortunately, there is a slight odor in the shower. After using the shower for the first time, the smell will disappear. So not entirely negative, it has already been complained at a very high level.
