Nice hotel and good location for a city trip to Cologne.
Location close to the train station and therefore in the heart of Cologne in 15 minutes. Car could be parked on the street (free). Supermarket nearby as well as some dining options.
Actually everything was fine. They were doing renovation work but that didn't bother us. It can only get better.

The breakfast was rich! A very large selection of food and drinks. The staff went out of their way to ensure the well-being of the guests.

the underground car park is very small no direct access from the side car park to the hotel especially with a baby it is difficult the main door closes at 10 p.m. so no elevator

It's ok for one night
Breakfast was good, only the filter coffee was too strong, strict, with an aftertaste
So, we weren't allowed to put 2 tables together, even though it was registered that way. Parking lot 2 is much too narrow, very difficult to park

If money is no object, gladly again.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast and the rooms are very clean.
The price is way too high, but the location makes it acceptable. The bathroom is very small and there was little space to put anything.

Gladly again in Cologne
Breakfast delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and sausage and cheese selection. Very friendly and concerned about the guest staff, good location in Dellbrück, in the immediate vicinity of an S-Bahn station (in less than 15 minutes you are centrally at the main station) and 10 minutes to the subway.
Beverage fridge is no longer accessible when reception is closed...which was a shame when coming home late. Otherwise everything is fine.

The room was very clean and tidy. Good breakfast
When checking in in the evening we were received so very warmly. That was very different in the morning! unfortunately the staff couldn't even get a good morning. I really did not feel wanted by the service staff during breakfast! won't be booking this hotel any time soon.

Very happy and happy again.
The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Recommended stay!
Friendly welcome, nice accommodation, ideally located close to an S-bahn and train station. Nice breakfast, nice breakfast room. Neat rooms, nice bathroom with fine linen. Private parking available.
It was very hot in the room and hallway. We had noisy upstairs neighbors.

Bad reception and rooms
Allws was very clean, comfortable bed and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the service was very attentive.
The reception went very smoothly. Upon check in we were told our room was on the 4th floor but the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. As we are in our 60s we requested a room up to the 3rd floor due to luggage. This was rejected because the hotel was fully booked that weekend (but we didn't want to book at all, we just switched places and by 4pm we were sure not all the guests had checked in yet!). In the room we noticed that there was only 1 bedside table. The front desk explained that there was no second bedside table in the basement. The boss came an hour later and she could ask him again (unsuccessfully). I had to make do with a writing chair (photo). In addition, we booked a room of a larger category (25 sq.m). This can only be true, if at all possible, if you ignore the sloped roof.

Very well equipped rooms. Super hotel on the main street of Dellbrück.
The breakfast was sufficient for all needs. Meats, cold meats, cheeses, omelets, hot dogs, several types of bread, rolls and pastries. Coffee, tea, fruit. The dining room has a very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent staff!

Certainly not the last time in Wuhu.
Despite the very good traffic situation, right next to the Delbrück train station, I could sleep here at night with the window open without making much noise. The staff were very nice and always had an open eye at breakfast so you were always taken care of.

A very pleasant village.
The hotel is great for Cologne, because every 20 minutes the train to the station Deutz Koln Messe. Good empty trains and only 12 minutes to Messe. Great restaurants in Delbrück where this hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station. Super quiet in the evening and at night. Not the masses of Cologne. Great breakfast buffet
The room is quite basic but clean. But the advantages of the hotel's location in this pleasant village easily outweigh this.

An excellent location for all types of visits to Cologne, as there is an optimal S-Bahn connection to the center/exhibition.
A bit outside Cologne city center but only 3 minutes walk from the S-Bahn and 10 minutes S-Bahn from Cologne main station. Very good breakfast and very quiet room. A great alternative to a classic visit to Cologne.

Very good hotel with excellent transport links but in a quiet location. The best service and breakfast.
UHU is recommended to everyone around. Very good service and cleanliness, excellent breakfast etc. The location is ideal for visiting the center of Cologne thanks to the S-Bahn (2 minutes).

Recommended for a short trip
The breakfast room is very spacious, the buffet is well distributed, so don't stand on your feet.
Television programs are in urgent need of updating. WDR, home program. not available at all. It is also bad if you turn on the light in the bathroom, and the lamp in the room lights up. If you need to go out at night, you can automatically wake up your roommate.

The hotel offered a good and useful basis for an overnight stay as part of the move.
The breakfast buffet was very attractive. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to evaluate it more broadly.
I would tell the staff directly if there was anything to complain about.

Family hotel in a quiet location with good transport interchange
Family hotel with good transport links. No run-of-the-mill standard hotel - we felt very comfortable here!
Everything is good. However, prices are really high during exhibitions.

Everything was perfectly clean, small but very nicely furnished. I especially liked the information that, due to Corona, cleaning is currently only done every two days. (Change requests would be possible.) No one was in the room during my stay. The staff were very friendly, attentive and attentive everywhere. Thank you so much for that.

On arrival we were told that because of Corona, guests are having breakfast in shifts. We were told that our "slot" is only open from 7.30 am to 8.15 am, otherwise breakfast is not possible. This annoyed us a lot. The next day I complained to the reception, where we immediately apologized.

A very pleasant hotel, nice staff who will round off a business trip.
The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the venue - it couldn't be better. Parking spaces were available, check-in went smoothly, the room was clean and comfortable, although not very exceptional. Very good :) The room was as quiet as requested, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very balanced. Soon again!
nothing to change in the time of the Crown. Unfortunately, masks had to be worn, which interferes with some of the comfort. Unfortunately, it was not possible to have lunch at the hotel either, but I knew about it even before my arrival.

Have a nice stay
Since we were here a year ago and loved it, we were happy to return. Despite definitely difficult times for hotels (Corona), we felt very comfortable again.
Only the coffee was not to the taste, but this is individual.

I can only report positively. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were very pleasant, polite and absolutely friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks for that, I will definitely come back.

Absolutely great hotel over and over again
Corona has excellent breakfast at times and room service is available. The staff are very friendly. It is great that a parking space is offered at a price of € 7.50 (subject to availability). The house can only be recommended. City rail connection to Cologne, class. 15 minutes by train and you are at the main train station.
Nothing, stay as you are. It's great.

Too expensive for a night in a hard bed!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good.
The room was very small, completely overheated and the bed was narrow and too hard. If you have a large car, you should really avoid underground parking.

A solid city hotel with excellent transport links to the city center
Ideally located right next to the S-Bahn station, from where you can reach the center of Cologne in 12 minutes. Very friendly and courteous staff. The room and bathroom are very clean and there is enough luggage space.

It was neat. The breakfast was plentiful and clean. The hotel is located 25 minutes from the center.

Also the big TV was a surprise and good to watch from the bed! Nice, warm and quiet in the hallway and rooms. I was very pleased with my stay, thank you Wuhu residents!

The room was very small and sloped. We have a normal height of 170-180 cm, and we had to take great care of our head. The bathroom is also very small.

Excellent breakfast, housekeeping daily, 100m from Köln-Dellbrück platform. Quiet area, friendly staff, cozy room with everything you need.
Came late in the evening, wanted to eat and did not find the opportunity to warm up food and make tea. The reception is closed after 22.00. It takes 20 minutes to get from the center by train.

Unfortunately, I discovered the hotel just now and the proximity to the AXA headquarters.

Good and inexpensive hotel with naturally pleasant staff.
The rooms are bright, modern, W-LAN and TV no problem, the bed/mattress is very good. Everything is very clean. Breakfast with a good offer. The wide range of fresh fruits, peeled and cooked (e.g. oranges, pineapples, kiwis) is particularly positive. There was no problem with the dog (although our dog was very clean and traveled with his own bedding :-)) Of particular note is the almost amazingly friendly staff. If you are not already used to it at this level... We will be happy to stay there again and this is already foreseen today.

All in all a very good holiday. Would recommend the hotel at any time.
A very nicely designed hotel in the perfect location for my purpose. (Gourmet restaurant right in front of the hotel entrance.) Very friendly young service staff. Very good breakfast. Narrow but manageable underground parking.
Arriving by car, you need strong nerves, since there is no preferential passage. The four parking spaces right in front of the hotel are always occupied, so you will have to park in the second row.

good if you want to explore Cologne during the day or want to go to the trade fair.
Clean room, nice staff in the dining room, enough space for a 4 night stay but not longer, ideal if you want to go out during the day (like Gamescom in my case), good transport links.
Beds are a bit hard, shower water leaks onto the bathroom floor when the doors are closed. Every half an hour there is a loud noise from the movement of the train at the neighboring station.

The breakfast was great, great offer and enough. The staff also brought it to the table, very attentive, very pleasant and accommodating.
Unfortunately it is not possible to use the lift from/to each floor. There is no way to sit with several people: there is not enough space in the room itself and not enough in the hallway.

This is whining at a high level, But as a regular guest, I have long dreamed of a pillow menu, as is sometimes the case in other hotels. Unfortunately, the neck pillow doesn't always fit in my suitcase. Of course, only people who depend on such a pillow understand this problem. 😉 Next time take a bigger suitcase and a pillow.

It was just great.
The staff welcomed us very well. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was more than plentiful, the rolls were fresh and crispy.
From 22:00 the reception is no longer open and the reception area is no longer available to guests, which is a shame because the drinks machine is right there. Therefore, it is advisable to stock up on drinks before 22:00.

Great hotel very clean
First some information about the location: it was perfect for us because it was less than 5 minutes drive from the old mill wedding venue. No statement can be made about the distance from the center of Cologne. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The size of our room is very spacious. Beautifully and modernly furnished. All service points such as dishes, drinks in the room, good wifi and what you can expect from such a house. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The service at the front desk and in the breakfast room is courteous, courteous and attentive! With pleasure again and again.
