Not a new apartment in a very good location
The location on the outskirts with great views of the fields and the dam is very good. The kitchen is well equipped. We had, so to speak, a free upgrade, namely not an apartment on the starboard side, but a living room and ducks with a winter garden and a sauna.
You sit relatively close to your neighbors and notice a lot, especially on the terrace.
