The 2nd bedroom is a walk-in room to the bathroom/toilet... not dramatic but a bit unfortunate at night

Super nice sea view. You are immediately on the beach. We immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The bathroom is large and clean. Great shower. The environment is very quiet. You are not surrounded by "bed locks". Small shops and cafes. Excellent waterfront.

Satisfied in everything
Sunshine House is located right on the beach. We could see the water directly from the apartment. Everything was in very good condition, brightly and tastefully decorated with lovely details. The small kitchen offers good basic equipment for self-catering. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Don't forget to bring towels with you. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our balance: Fully satisfied! We highly recommend Sunshine House and would love to come back ourselves.
A small hint: the bed creaks a little, the screws need to be tightened. :D

Perfect location right on the beach with sea views. The house is well located and very quiet. Ideal for listening to the sound of the sea. This area has a lot to offer besides the sea. Very good restaurants, close to the center. Contact with the landlord was very good. There are parking spaces. The apartment offers everything you need.

Nice, cozy apartment. Great location overlooking the sea, very quiet. Parking right behind the house. We were very comfortable.
The dining area in the kitchen of the small apartment was a bit cramped, as we have already seen in the photographs.

We chose self-sufficiency. Furniture and cleanliness were ok. The path to the sea was very short. The owner tried very hard for our well being.
The rooms were a bit small for our needs. But did we know in advance. The accommodation was on the 2nd floor.

We'll be back in 2021.
We have been vacationing at Haus Sonnenschein for several years now. The place is exceptional. You feel at home here. Sitting on the balcony in the evening is a vacation. We have already booked for next year.
In fact, there is nothing there. There is always something to complain about. We'll have to look.

Haus Sonnenschein deserves every recommendation!
The apartment is on the top floor and the heat is still normal. You also have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. Okay, construction work is currently underway on the dune embankment, but that doesn't detract from the view. The path to the beach is short and easy. Practically only along the embankment, and soon along the embankment of the dunes, and my feet were already stuck in the sand. The apartment is warm, cozy and practical at the same time. The most original thing is the wardrobe. The apartment has enough space for 2 people and you sleep very well on the beds. The sound of waves in the Baltic Sea is doing its job. If we are ever in Boltenhagen again, we would be delighted to stay at Haus Sonnenschein again. Thank you for your warm welcome!

Very nice host, great view from the breakfast table to the Baltic Sea. Functionally furnished room. Modern bathroom.
The mattresses on the double bed were very hard for us. The blinds in the bedrooms would be nice too. Kitchen cabinets including the REFRIGERATOR were not cleaned by the previous tenant.

Everything around is beautiful - there is a small drawback of a walk-through room, but you can easily arrange it yourself. The hosts are a wonderful family who are always ready to help with questions and the like. The view and location are invaluable. We will be back !!!

For those who are looking for relaxation right on the beach
The apartment is very beautiful, clean, has everything you need. The bedroom has a direct sea view. Very quiet and you can sleep with the window open. It's great to live right on the beach and very practical if you want to go to the sea for a while or if you forgot something in the apartment. Only 5 minutes walk to a supermarket with a bakery and about 15 minutes to the city center.
In general, we were very pleased with everything. But here you have to point out what you didn't like so much ;) The fan in the bathroom could be quieter, but fortunately it can be turned on separately from the light. I didn't find the raised toilet seat as comfortable.

Convenient location right on the beach, wonderful sea views. Parking is available. Nicely renovated, has a decent kitchen. Comfortable bed.
No good curtains / blackouts, low doors (inconvenient for people taller than 1.80m), mediocre WiFi.

Pure relaxation and rest.
The roofed apartment is small but comfortably furnished and as good as new.
The apartment should only be booked by small people as the two doors to the rooms were only about 1.70 m high and we had to be extremely careful. Booking.com indicated that resort tax is included in the total price, but according to the landlord this is not the case and we paid it retrospectively.

climb 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. Not as described online. I was uncomfortable walking up stairs as I walk with a cane due to my new hip. I got over it. There are worse. In the next selection, he should be at ground level for me, I should pay more attention to this. For the rest, we were satisfied.

Beautiful sea view
Accommodation with stunning sea views, ideal for boat trips. Very nice apartment, ideal for 2 people (with 4 people it should be noted that you have to go to the bathroom through the second bedroom (adjoining room). We felt very comfortable.

The location of the apartment right on the waterfront is unique.
A steep wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The cramped area of the dining table. There are no towels in the bathroom.

Cozy place with the sound of the sea
Great and quiet place right on the beach. The equipment in the apartment was in order, we did not have enough storage space in the bathroom and nursery. Overall we felt very comfortable.
See above (too little storage space in the bathroom) - there is no clothes hanger or clothes hook in the nursery.

The owner was very nice and very basic. This place is just a dream and perfect for couples!
I have nothing to criticize, I would only recommend the large apartment in Haus Sonnenschein for couples with children;)

It was three lovely, relaxing days ... Three more stays already booked.
The owner was very polite, helpful and friendly. The apartment has everything you would expect from a holiday apartment. The highlight of the cake was the place with a direct view of the sea ... Real relaxation. Parking on site .... very convenient.

The equipment and comfort were in perfect order. A place with a direct view of the water and closeness to the beach is a dream. The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, among other things, he offered to carry the suitcase and was always available. And again with joy that there was nothing to complain about.

Nice, bright apartment in a great location
We felt very comfortable in a modern, comfortable, relatively recently renovated and bright apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is very kind and helpful. But the location is the best! House on the waterfront, directly opposite the entrance to the beach. From the balcony and even from the living room and dining table, we had a direct view of the Baltic Sea framed by trees. It couldn't be better. :-)
To get to the bathroom, you need to cross the "children's room". But constructively it was probably not possible otherwise and - with the rest of the magnificent apartment - bearable.

Sea view from the bedroom window. Quiet location and at the same time in the center of the promenade. The space is small, but everything you need is there.
A balcony or small terrace would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.

Nice place to stay - happy again
Restaurants, shops and the like are within walking distance. Situated in a quiet location, but not far from the scene. The beach is almost right in front of the door. The sea view and the sound of the sea - more sea is hardly possible. Very nicely furnished, you feel right at home.
At a high level, it can be noted that a plentiful hot shower is not possible, because then hot water will flow out. Short term showers are unlikely to be noticed at all.The internet connection was intermittently interrupted for Netflix and the company.
