It's good that we got a kind-hearted person - a taxi driver. Instead of leaving us to the mercy of fate, he decided to bring the matter to an end by calling the declared number of the owner of the hotel. The phone was not picked up the first time. The owner apologized and said he would call the security guard who would open everything. (In case anyone needs it, the guard lives to the left of the entrance to the liquor store in the unfinished part of the building). The guard apologized and said that they were waiting for us much earlier. Quickly provided and escorted us to a free room. The room was terribly cold (outside it was about zero, January 2020) the heating was turned on as soon as we entered the room. It took a couple of hours for the room to warm up more or less and you could sleep.
