The hosts are extremely hospitable. Met, taken to the exchange office with a good exchange rate, made to drink homemade wine. Cleanliness and order everywhere. The room is spacious, there is a large closet for things. Shared kitchen with everything you need. Separately, there is a technical room where you can wash things at any time. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the courtyard. Excellent location in the center of Tbilisi, parallel to Sh.Rustaveli Ave. It is very convenient to walk to the old town, everything is nearby. Everything is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended! We are delighted! We will come back here again ☺️

Stayed as many as 2 times in this apartment. We were in Tbilisi for the first time and guessed right with the location, just a couple of minutes and you are on Shota Rustaveli. The renovation is fresh, everything is neat and tidy. But the main advantage is the terrace with hydrangeas, where you can sit in the evening and chat with other guests. Value for money 10 out of 10

A very responsive hostess, pleasant to talk to, she repeatedly helped us with advice on how to spend our leisure time. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant interior, attention to detail is felt. The location is great. The air conditioner in the room was very helpful at almost +40. All the amenities are great :)

The place is just magical! I recommend to everyone! 1) Location. Quiet center. But Rustaveli is literally a stone's throw away. All attractions are within easy reach. There is a grocery store right next to the entrance, which is very convenient. 2) Comfort. All new. The rooms are huge. The bed is superb. New air conditioner. Large bathroom. The water is perfectly regulated. Everything literally smells new. 3) Common areas. The kitchen has everything you need - a huge refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, and so on. There is enough of everything. 4) Terrace. Just my love. In the evening, wrapped in a blanket, you can drink luxurious Georgian wine under the shade of trees. Quiet. 5) All the amenities. Need to wash your clothes? You are welcome. Prepare? Welcom. Feeling of home comfort. The hosts are incredibly friendly. Send us a meeting. We left the keys in the locker so that we could pick up our things on the day of departure at any convenient time. We will definitely come back again. After all, everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. There was no such thing that something was missing. You feel at home and fully feel the hospitality of Mother Georgia.

Excellent location - a few minutes to the central Rustaveli Avenue. You can quickly and on foot get to the Old Town, Dry Bridge, Vera district. At the same time, the hotel is in a quiet location, there are no noisy restaurants or bars nearby. There is a very cozy balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, where it is nice to have breakfast and just relax. Comfortable bed. And very clean.

There are several rooms with private bathrooms, while the common has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a washing machine and a really beautiful terrace. The room was gorgeous and clean with a bathroom with shower. The owner is very kind and pleasant, always ready to advise!

The apartments have a common and fairly comfortable kitchen with everything you need, as well as a large and cozy terrace overlooking a quiet courtyard. For large companies, it will be convenient to occupy 2-3 rooms and arrange evening gatherings on the terrace! Rustaveli metro station can be reached in less than 10 minutes, Rustaveli Avenue - two to three minutes! A couple of shops are just steps away! Before the pandemic, I often visited Tbilisi on business (and resumed trips) and usually stayed in the area of ​​Freedom Square. I liked the location of these apartments much more! In the future, I will continue to plan to stay at this place. Recomend for everybody!
