the guest house is run by an elderly couple, they try very hard to please the guests as best they can. in the off-season, it is not easy for them to see, there are few tourists, it is difficult to survive. having learned that we had an early check-out, the hostess got up early to prepare breakfast, although we refused.
everyone has very different requests, if you are used to European 4-5 * hotels, then this is absolutely not the place where you should stay. Booked on the move in a hurry to almost the first place to sleep, spent only one night, so good for an emergency, but nothing more.
The room is clean, the bed linen is amazing: gentle, lush, pleasant, the bed is soft.
A large room with high ceilings of 3.5 meters, cold tile floors, because of the large space the room does not warm up, it's cold, salvation is only under a blanket. The shower is slightly warm, but it will not get warm in it. The toilet and shower are a single room without partitions, the shower fills the entire floor in the bathroom, the water on the floor immediately freezes, you sit in the toilet, and your feet in cold water are “high”, you brush your teeth exactly the same. The shower floods everything around, leaving clothes dry will not work. The water doesn't dry out because of the cold. In the morning you stand in the same water as before going to bed. Water is scattered throughout the room, mixed with dust, and dirt is obtained. Wi-Fi is neither alive nor dead. Barely catches throughout the hotel. In booking, the price of the hotel was 3880 rubles. We came to the Hotel, gave 5000 rubles. The hostess said that supposedly in Lari, I said that booking indicated prices in rubles. She said that she would go and think about what to do, in the end she brought 20 lari = 440 rubles. we spat, took 20 lari and fell asleep. Feeling unpleasant, greed and deceiver.
spacious room with mini kitchen and bathroom. separate entrance from the street. Very friendly hosts.
Nothing.
Very bad hotel. The rooms are dirty, the floor is not cleaned. Disgusting bathroom rug. The room is old. Unfortunately there are no balconies with mountain view, only entrance with mountain view. If we arrived later (although it was possible on Booking), then the mother of the owner came and did not speak a word of English. Breakfast is quite late.
attentive hosts - helped to find a night transfer to Natakhtari
there are few sockets in the room, old furniture (a nail sticking out of the back of the cabinet broke the bike), there is a broken road nearby, along which cows walk (in fairness, they walk everywhere there)
Clean, with a kitchen, where everything is there for self-cooking, refrigerator, clean dishes, kettle. Comfortable rooms. The rooms are small but renovated, clean and comfortable. Balcony with amazing views of Kazbek where you can sit and read while watching the sunset. An excellent dining room where you can not only eat, but also work at the computer, which was important for us. It should be borne in mind that if there is no car, then go downhill to the center, but you are generally in the mountains :)) Very pleasant hosts, hospitable and friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place (spent two nights there).
Peace and quiet. Small hotel almost 600-700 m from the center. Roosters wake up in the morning. Horses are grazing in the meadow nearby. Friendly and helpful lady who looks after the hotel and prepares breakfast specially on request.
Everything was OK.
The location is not bad. Decent bedding. Breakfast
Cards are not accepted, only cash. The name of the room "with a balcony" is not entirely fair: the balcony is shared on the floor, in fact it is not even a balcony - it is a passage to the rooms. Booked a room with one bed, sat in a room with two beds. The toilet did not drain in the room. The number was changed. In the second room, the lock was jammed and the key broke in half. There were also problems with plumbing: water accumulated on the floor, possibly from the toilet.
Clean and new hotel, has a window overlooking the Kazbegi mountains. The hostess is friendly. Homemade breakfasts are served and the shared kitchen has the necessary facilities.
Of the minuses, you can note the road to the hotel. Construction work is underway in front of the hotel, so it is temporarily difficult to get there. There were also difficulties with the lock, it was difficult to enter our room.
Very nice and welcoming hosts. We were surrounded by attention and care. Delicious and very hearty homemade breakfast! Everything is clean, comfortable, at night it was warm even without heating, because the blankets are very warm. (May) Many thanks!
All perfectly!
Very good hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly hosts, great location
A gorgeous view of Kazbek, very friendly owners, a large kitchen with a fireplace and everything you need, brand new rooms with a clean renovation, comfortable beds.
Outside the temperature was about -4, the rooms were quite cold. But warm blankets helped to keep warm, but it was not very comfortable to take a shower.
The hotel is new, the second floor has been completed, and the first one is still being renovated. The furniture and renovations are fresh, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is white and clean, the blanket is warm, the pillow is comfortable. Pleased with the presence of a balcony and a view from the window. On the second floor there is also a kitchen where you can make tea / coffee, warm up food. Shower, plumbing are nice, there is a heated towel rail. Hot water was available all the time. The hostess is friendly and sweet. Unobtrusive.
1. The hotel is located quite high, walking up from the stop for 15-20 minutes. (The navigator leads at random. I recommend moving along the asphalt road of Baratashvili St., following the signs for "Rooms" to the T-shaped intersection, then turn right and continue on the asphalt to Stepantsminda St. The rest of the roads are without asphalt, rocky.) 2. The shower cubicle has not yet been completed completely, because of which water splashed on the floor, and there was no cloth to wipe. 3. It was cold in the room, despite the presence of a hot battery. Apparently, the building is not insulated, there is a lot of heat loss. Or the heating was just turned on, and the room did not have time to warm up. 4. Another disadvantage is that you have to go to the kitchen across the street, respectively, in the cold season you have to dress in a jacket and boots. But this is an inconvenience that cannot be corrected - you just need to take it into account.
A very warm elderly couple of hosts could only speak a little English, but they tried very hard and everything we wanted to know or needed worked. The rooms have been completely rebuilt. The rooms offer a beautiful view of Kazbegi, but it is a 10-minute walk from the center along the hillside. A typical Georgian breakfast was sufficient, but that is also a matter of taste.
Due to the newly created accommodation, the name of the hotel has not yet been written, so we hardly found it. An asphalt road, but the last 20 meters to the house are steep and impassable (but can be reached by car).
Everything was wonderful!
The breakfast was very good and the furniture was new and very nice.
The guesthouse left a great impression! Found easily, the location is close to the center, and at the same time on a hill. You can walk on foot. The terrace offers an unmatched view of Kazbegi. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and hot water. Separate kitchen with all amenities and dining room. I want to mention the excellent bedding. The guesthouse provides a hearty and delicious breakfast for a very small fee. Smiling and respectable owners. And we just fell in love with Manoni .. Feel free to book, from us the best reviews.
