The property is off the beaten track, but in the city center. Rooms clean and big, nice view from the balcony :) Staff very obliging and nice. Problem with the wifi in the room.

We took 4 rooms for 6 people for 2 nights, criterion: inexpensive, comfortable, not far from the center. There is a small parking lot in the yard, but the slope is high, gravel. On a long, low car, I had to puff. On the way, we were delayed and therefore ordered dinner at the hotel. They were waiting for us, a homemade dinner was served in the dining room. The hotel has many common areas for evening gatherings on each level. The best view opens from the roof, there is also a swimming pool. The pool was not working, probably the season is already closed. Both days another company was located upstairs and we preferred a place near the hearth on the 2nd level. It was warm and calm. Breakfasts are served in the dining room on the 2.5th level - this is a glazed terrace overlooking the Bagrat temple. Everything is simple, at home. Near a shop and a vegetable shop. 10-15 minutes to the center.

The room had a lovely large balcony where the sun was all day. The hostess was friendly. The breakfast was good. You were allowed to use the kitchen if you wanted, and you could take cups to your room to make tea there.

In keeping with the name of the hotel, there was also a large, comfortable balcony, albeit with a modest view. There was also ample parking on site. The location is also very good, walking distance to Central Square but still a bit secluded in a quiet area.

We received free coffee and a glass of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff is very hospitable, ready to help and answer all questions. Got a bigger room on Genius level 2. Very comfortable beds, quiet at night, sleep comfortably. During the day you can hear the voices of people in the corridor. There is a small pool on the roof, but it was not possible to swim, as it was raining. In general, we liked the hotel, we can recommend it.

The facility is located close to the center and at the same time in a quiet area, the service is very contactable and helpful. There was no problem with printing boarding passes for us, the lady is very nice, she even invited us for homely wine and chache 😉 I heartily recommend this place, there is nothing to complain about.

The hotel terraces offer a wonderful view of the city, ancient temples (1850), a romantic evening sunset. Separately, we note the friendly hostess Theo, if there was a free room, we were offered a room for a higher class at no extra charge. Cleanliness, order, delicious breakfast. Coffee, tea - no problem 24/7. The hotel has its own transfer, excursions. Thanks for the rest!

A big plus is the pool on the 4th floor, on the third floor you can sit and drink coffee and admire the views of the city! The hostess is a very friendly girl! 7 minutes walk from the center! Very nice and helpful hostess, fluent in English. She was in constant contact with us, and in the late evening hours she helped us by printing out our boarding passes. On arrival, she suggested that we upgrade to two large rooms for the same price. The rooms, the kitchen are comfortably furnished and the ambience is complemented by spacious, lighted balconies overlooking the city. The equipment of the hotel is as described, the possibility of washing clothes is a huge plus. We wish we had only stayed there one night before returning to Poland. We highly recommend this!
