Truffle and Oil

a corner of paradise, ideally located away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from Carcassonne, where we enjoyed this magnificent fireworks. A clean, spacious room, tastefully furnished like breakfast, wonderfully prepared by Stacey, an excellent chef who knows the art of pairing produce from the garden, from the chicken coop, drizzled with excellent olive oil.

A generous breakfast prepared with organic products from our guests: eggs, olive oil, jams, not forgetting the hostess' Cordon bleu cakes. Finally, conversations with friendly and caring hosts for us. We will be back, we look forward to truffle hunting!!

We loved everything from the large bedroom to the very comfortable bed to the hospitable hosts who were accommodating and willing to share their experience! By the end of breakfast, we forgot that we weren't just sharing a Sunday morning with friends!
