A fairytale place! The cabins are cute. The beds were comfortable, we rested well.
To put a but, the shower water came out and you put the floor puddled.
Beautiful environment, very quiet. Heartwarming welcome. The little houses are very pretty. They are comfortable and well equipped. It can accommodate four people on two levels, it's spacious and the value for money is good.
The parking lot is rather tight. When it rains, there are puddles on the dirt road. It has its charm, but should be better drained.
Quiet area, surrounded by nature and with good value for money. Room with very comfortable bed, Alsatian restaurant with good typical cuisine.
Note of demerit for the cleaning of the rooms, where you saw dust remained for days. We stayed 4 nights and the dirt from the first day remained on the floor, behind the bedside tables and next to the sofa. It would take very little to have a clean room! A little more gravel along the access road would not hurt, it would avoid the formation of puddles.
Heating not adjustable. It is very hot in the room, forced to open the windows even at night.
Very nice and cozy accommodation, two floors with private bathroom.
- Breakfast buffet was almost permanently emptied - Very poorly soundproofed, unfortunately you can hear other guests in the same house very well and also people walking on the small paths between the houses
access and like a family home
races
Accommodation in Alsatian houses. Accommodation for 5 in duplex. Proximity to the Ecomuseum of Alsace.
The cleanliness of the premises The environment The comfort of small houses
The capricious mixer in the shower with which we had either hot water or ice cold!
The exceptional setting where the accommodation is located. The comfort of bedding The restaurant The tavern The friendliness of the staff
Some technical problems (heating upstairs out of order), tired bathroom lamp, but responsive staff to intervene. Some omissions at the level of the household.
The lodge is very well equipped, the calm and silence is appreciable.
The breakfast we remain unsatisfied in view of the price .. certainly there is cheese and the union minimum but the only product of the corner is kouglof which must be claimed and which must have 1 week seen as it is dry .. .and all this for 12 euros .
Great stay Very pleasant staff. The lodges are great
being able to share a space with several families while being in independent accommodation
Quiet location and top hospitality. A typical Alsatian village with cottages in the middle of nature. Clean and very nice. Certainly you appreciate the location more in spring and summer (I think it's amazing in those seasons), because you can enjoy the park and the nature around
I would do a better maintenance of some small corners of the bathroom (a bit of mould) For 4 people I would have given a slightly bigger cottage
Located in the heart of a large park
We liked the accommodation, parking and catering nearby. Everything was functional in the house, it was hot. This one was clean. Our stay was pleasant; indeed we will be back.
The wifi was not great .. and it would be good if there was tea or herbal tea in addition to coffee available.
The calm and the apartment was very well heated.
The reception staff very friendly and humorous. Quiet rooms. Well heated. Good bedding. Ideal for a stay at the Ecomuseum.
Calm. The professionalism of the staff. The possibility of having half board. The kindness and friendliness of the hotel and restaurant staff.
The setting and the exterior charm of the accommodation.
The lack of table and chairs outside (for coffee, breakfast...). The lack of charm inside the accommodation (too modern).
Outside hui, very convenient location at the parking lot and restaurant with back entrance to the Ecomusee. Fair price.. Good breakfast buffet.
Inside kept very simple, no old building structure, poorly soundproofed water pipes, there are four apartments in each house, green escape route lights in the stairwell are very bright and illuminate the ground floor and first floor all night. Long waiting times in the restaurant in the evening.
Ideal location to enjoy Alsace. Atypical accommodation, to enjoy when the weather is nice
Mattress too soft. Few or poorly placed electrical outlets
the location, the site in general very beautiful, very quiet
In my opinion, it lacks a play area for children outside or inside, so that they can get to know each other.
Quiet location right next to the ecomuseum and the Petit Prince park. Close to Mulhouse, 20 minutes and 30 from Colmar. Restaurant on site if you don't want to take the car. Parking on site. The lodges are pretty in the Alsatian style. Decent breakfast
Breakfast room is quite canteen because quite noisy. Breakfast price quite high. The interior of the lodge is duplex, so the bottom is very small. Little outside light. Radiator downstairs that didn't work well so it was cold and the tiled floor didn't help.
the situation in Alsace in small typical houses! the proximity of the park of the little prince!
only 2 choices in the children's menu at the restaurant! and the second day one of the two dishes was not available and they offered nothing else instead! the frames of one of the floor frames are rotten and there is almost a hole in the frame!
Cozy ambience, just a nice place to relax.
Too bad you can no longer walk to and around the pond - That was a highlight, but the path is now closed.
environment, cleanliness and comfort
the emergency lamp which lights up a lot at night, the fact that we had reserved a cot, that we had specified it at reception when we arrived and that despite that, it had not been brought up. We were then given it disassembled so that we could do it ourselves… not all that correct. This is the second time we have been here, the first time was much better. Everything was great while here, I find that there was no relaxation. Otherwise, very good value for money.
Especially with the houses
Nothing
Quiet place
Very nice place, terrace not overlooked, direct access to a large park very practical for our dog. Direct access to the museum, very convenient
Nothing
Great location for visiting the museum
all good for our purposes
nice houses in pleasant surroundings. fine restaurant (taverna)
noisy. somewhat cramped rooms. no playground
Very nice little houses in a beautiful, green area. Ideal with children. Delicious breakfast and restaurant. Very nice staff.
-
Lack of isolation from the next room.
Location, tranquility, food, staff.
the houses are really very beautiful and pleasant to look at, rustic. comfort of bed linen, equipment of the room, cleanliness of bed linen and towels are pleasant
It is a pity that the cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom is not for its intended purpose: dust under the beds, on the sockets in the bathroom, on the radiator in the bathroom too. the price of breakfast is also quite exorbitant, considering the paucity of the buffet: no local produce except cake, orange and apple juice in a decanter, origin not specified, cottage cheese blanc in a salad bowl, small warmed croissants and defrosted? The location of the room was not appreciated: in front of the restaurant, woke up at 6:30 in the morning by a delivery truck, or a garbage truck…. reversing radar ringing, noise in the restaurant….. very bad
Quiet place.
greeting and listening
Perfect location and restaurant within a small village of Alsatian houses. The friendliness of the staff.
Seating at the breakfast table.
clean, quiet, with a garden
room breakfast comfort cleanliness great location
Everything was perfect, the breakfast was plentiful, the rooms were clean and well equipped. The setting is great.
The only negative is the isolation between the rooms, there should not be too noisy neighbors.
environment, tranquility, fact of independence the house has 4 well-separated dwellings, not too much proximity
breakfast price, 12€ for us who do not eat a little in the morning, a little expensive for 2 mini croissants and coffee
Special location, fair price, spacious. Nice to sit among the storks. Excellent breakfast.
Cleaning was a bit disappointing (a bit dusty and cobwebs).
originality of the concept. An opportunity to visit the eco-museum and learn a lot about rural life in Alsace in the past. The courtesy of the staff.
Air conditioning now seems necessary and a refrigerator would be welcome in the room.
plentiful and tasty breakfast; everything is
more chairs at the table outside on the chalet terrace. There were only 2 seats for 4 people.
good sleeping places on two floors; ideal for families with children
you are pretty close to the neighbors
easy to find, close to the highway
this is the house next to the museum in the park. the cottage is divided into 4 apartments. in the picture it looked more romantic than expected, there are several identical houses, like central parks
Small village of typical Alsatian houses with 4 apartments. The storks were there. Near the Ecomuseum and the Little Prince Park.
Outdoor table and chairs are not available in all apartments.
The welcome friendliness of the staff. General environment, room sizes Pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated Excellent breakfast Restaurant
A small fridge in the room would be a plus. There is a place for this, and with climate change, we can think about it.
Calm, Alsatian atmosphere, no cars in front of the houses.
Breakfast is poor quality (no vegetable milk, no olive oil, no good quality sausages) Fruit fair Eggs 3 varieties Discount 2,-€ at the entrance to the eco-museum is negligible, it's time to offer combined night tickets + entrance to the museum/park
Secluded quiet parking, nice staff. open 24/7. The house is clean and even had an extra bed (2 beds, 3 single beds, 2 of which can be moved together). incl. kettle, hair dryer, soap and towels. Breakfast buffet: hot drinks from the machine, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, sausages, mini croissants and chocolate rolls, cheeses, jams and corn flakes. Water, milk, apple juice and orange juice. Very satisfied and close to a small amusement park Petit Prince and an open-air museum.
Quite secluded and within walking distance from the car park to the reception.
A special and atmospheric place, it feels like you are spending the night in a museum. Own half-timbered house 4-under-1 roof in the old Alsatian style, clean, good beds, good breakfast and a lovely terrace, which we enjoyed in the evening in warm weather. Nice to pair with the Ecomusée or the Petit Prince theme park, but it's a great base for visiting the Vosges, the wine route, and other museums in Mulhouse, for example.
Nothing
Pleasant stay with direct access to the restaurant and breakfast.
There is no small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.
landscape view of an isolated house
except when I realized that our dressing room was attached to others. noise from the chimneys of the houses next to our room, we hear the conversations of the neighbors. as well as full face exit alarm light.
Location and budget
Aging
two bedrooms as part of a small house in a more than pleasant environment. comfortable bed. easy parking. food on site. very pleasant and friendly staff. varied and plentiful breakfast
the appearance of the rooms is a little dated. Welcome to the 90s ;-)
The house is charming, practical, clean...private and secure car park. Restaurant terrace with garlands on trees and well-prepared dishes
There is no small refrigerator in the room. We didn't have a table or chairs outside of our accommodation.
Good transit hotel from Italy. Breakfast is normal by French standards.
The room could have been a little bigger without air conditioning.
Very welcoming and accessible staff.
A soft bed would have been much better.
Great place and people. Proximity to the Little Prince park and other activities.
The shower was not cleaned and was especially dirty, in addition, the dust in various places confirms the perfect cleaning.
Beautiful and charming facility, clean and well maintained, pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
The furnishings are simple, the equipment is a bit dated, the bathroom has a camping flair.
fantastic location in a very beautiful eco-museum location
very average food, despite the magnificent terrace under the gazebos.
home top service top number top
Accommodation nickel on the other hand tavern level prices 11 euros for a tarte flambé and 12 euros for breakfast otherwise just an abuse of the accommodation nickel
Hospitality, tranquility, comfort...
Overpriced breakfast, perhaps a cheaper option for those who want a lighter breakfast.
Very quiet. Good bedding. Good breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
You live in a small mansion next to an open-air museum. When the weather is nice, you can sit in front of the house and watch the storks nest on the houses of the open-air museum. Nothing is heard, except for the cod of storks. In the immediate vicinity there is an Alsatian restaurant where you can also have breakfast.
The downstairs bedroom is quite small with little storage space. Also, you shouldn't have a problem with spiders or ants entering through the door leading directly to the front lawn.
His originality.
cramped floor, only 1 socket…very poor lunch buffet
Reception very pleasant accommodation very quiet Restaurant well serviced and very good dish ham enjoyment
Beautiful and peaceful place, friendly and helpful staff.
the charm of the houses and the quiet place
minimalist room comfort
Very good breakfast. Great location for the Ecomuseum. Good car parking.
Unfortunately, there was no activity in the museum workshops on Friday afternoon.
Very good facility, convenient for visiting the Ecomusée (right next door on foot) as well as the Parc du Petit Prince (5 minutes by car). Also easy access to the restaurant for breakfast/dinner.
The breakfast served its purpose but was somewhat chaotically organized (plates were often missing, there was no milk in the coffee machine, no water in the egg cooker, etc.).
Accommodation in a typical Alsatian house. A complete change of scenery in the midst of flowering trees. Pleasant awakening in the company of storks. Ideal duplex with a pet. Nice terrace for a restaurant. Attentive and smiling staff. Decent breakfast.
Nothing
All! A place surrounded by nature.. Close to Vin street but isolated from the chaos. Even with nests of cygnes on the roofs. From a fairytale!
Exaggeratedly noisy children with parents who did not care and let them shout at 7 in the morning in the village. It will take a rule with hours of silence to be observed.
Atypical and warm place, very friendly staff, very good restaurant on site, greenery and silence, we were surrounded by storks. We had a great time and we will be back with great pleasure!!! Thanks to the whole team :-)
Nothing in particular
Very welcoming staff, especially the Sunday evening waiter and breakfast lady. Bed linen is very good. The breakfast, although pricey, is full and well presented. A small tray with a teapot. External decor.
Soundproofing allows you to hear your neighbors well. Atmosphere rumpapa disco on a Monday night in the restaurant, the music was too loud.
Room, structure and buffet breakfast
Nothing special.
proximity to ecomuseum, car museum and train general setting very good very friendly staff parking closed at night
the paths separating the houses must be covered, because. in rainy weather, the entrance to the apartment quickly gets dirty (this is a minus of the floor relative to the place)
The site is very good, the rooms are small houses, not very big but comfortable and with everything you need, very friendly staff ready to help you.
I didn't like the breakfast, very basic and not very good quality and little variety... 12 euros per person, definitely not worth it. When we arrived everything was very dark, it was not clear where you were going, we had to turn on the flashlights of the mobile, but they were but turned off
The house is very beautiful and well maintained. The park setting is well thought out. Convenient parking next to the accommodation. Spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed linen. Functional bathroom.
Heating! The radiator in the bathroom did not close, but this one constantly warmed. The upstairs bedroom was very hot, as was the rest of the room.
Rich breakfast, varied, good bread, excellent kougelopf
We had to go to the restaurant outside and it was raining. The trails were muddy and suddenly our shoes were too!
Atmosphere of old Alsace Tranquility Cleanliness Safe for children
The beds are very cramped (70 or 80 cm wide). Access to the cabins was muddy, earthworks or small stone are welcome. No big mats at the entrance to clean the dirt from the shoes, suddenly the first floor gets dirty Impossible to adjust the temperature, thermostatic valves only allow regulation of the flow of radiators (smart systems such as Tado Netatmo can be a solution)
RAN. Very well
It would be fair if there was a microwave. It might be helpful
the beds are comfortable, the wifi works well, it was warm. It's not extraordinary, but the value for money is good.
I look at the sheets and bed through a magnifying glass and unfortunately the mattresses and sheets were not clean.
The location is great. Next to the eco-museum of Alsace, which presents the most representative of its cities. It's like being in the middle of nowhere, all the houses/apartments are in the original style of typical Alsatian houses, and it's like being in the bosom of nature. Last.
There is no bathroom downstairs and another one upstairs as it was a bit inconvenient for the 4 of us to only occupy one toilet and use the one downstairs. The place seems wonderful to me, but if you come without a car, it’s a bit difficult.
Typical Alsatian house, good breakfast, excellent bread, adjoining the eco-museum, very nice to visit this holiday season, beautiful illumination at the end of the day.
Breakfast, a lot of people, had to wait a bit for replenishment. Room very good. In the evening we ate at the restaurant, very good
There is no sign for the hotel on the side of the road, but we quickly found it.
Spacious, quiet room and the charm of having these rooms in small houses
Lack of outdoor lighting and dirty path in rainy weather
Space,
rain... The paths of the park are quickly impassable
Friendly staff at dinner or breakfast. Lack of response to the request due to a problem with the number. Proposal to move against the odds and a small sympathetic gesture
Reaction: In the morning there were signs of clogging of drains, in the evening the problem was not eliminated. Pity Varied and correct breakfast Products and dinner can be improved significantly.
Very quiet place for off-season recommend! Hard but comfortable linens. Meals in the tavern, be careful if dessert is better to take 1 for 2! There is only a kettle at the rental, towels are issued except for washcloths!
The emergency exit light is really badly placed, it's really disturbing!
Friendly hotel. Good breakfast.
The green light of the emergency exit in the rooms is very unpleasant
Bed comfort, cleanliness, idyllic setting, unbeatable value for money.
The bathroom is a bit small but nothing to bother us for one night.
Country settings
The location and value for money is very good if you want to visit the Ecomusee d'Alsace. The atmosphere is practical, clean, there is a kettle, the houses are nice. In the evening, the pedestrian restaurant serves traditional dishes. Reserving a table makes sense.
Unfortunately the breakfast is a bit boring. Personally, I would like to work together with the Ecomuseum, for example, jam or honey that is made there can be offered and maybe sold. Muesli and / or cereals could be offered in bulk containers, then disposable packaging would not be needed here. For example, in the case of sausage and cheese, the labels also provide information about what you are actually eating. It doesn't really take much, just a little love. You can boil your own eggs in a bain-marie to make them just the way you like them, which is a plus. As for the other hot dishes: the scrambled eggs were too stretched for my taste and therefore had a strange texture, the fried ham was a bit stale unfortunately, only the fried sausages were ok. Conclusion: I would book accommodation again in the future when I stay at the Ecomuseum because the location is great for it and the restaurant in the evening is also ok, but if I booked again I would probably choose a room/apartment with a kitchenette and that bring your own breakfast.
The Écomusée d'Alsace is the largest open-air museum in France, a museum village in a very underdeveloped region, so to speak. We really enjoyed sitting and eating in the sun in the evenings and mornings in front of our own house and never cease to be amazed during the day at the museum. you experience no commercialization but an authentic representation of the historic craftsmanship and interior design of the houses.
The equipment of the cottage is second hand and smells musty, but the beds are good and the bathroom has been recently refurbished.
The accommodation and facilities are great, perfect for family and kids, I will definitely be back with my son.
The restaurant didn't seem very good to me, it lacks variety and recipes that are a bit healthier for kids.
A very beautiful corner, directly connected with the eco-museum and the Little Prince Park. Accommodation in small houses of the Alsatian type, very well planned. Very beautiful open space.
The prices in the restaurant could be more attractive.
independent accommodation, easy access, very good restaurant and fast service (very nice with children) big +: accommodation on two levels: ideal for children and parents so that everyone has their own space!
shower room quite small and poorly planned: bathroom door open = shower access blocked, not great for a small baby shower but acceptable for one night
Small Alsatian houses, proximity to the sights of Mulhouse (ecomuseum, city of trains, city of cars). Good breakfast
You can hear the road outside. No soap in the sink. small decoration in the room
A hotel, or rather a village with pretty Alsatian houses, as close as possible to the Ecomuseum. The rooms are cozy, the linens are top notch, the welcome tray is nice. The front desk staff is very professional.
Some guests arrive in groups late at night and make a lot of noise.
Privacy even outside when we enjoyed the garden furniture. Very quiet with trees
Traditional colored Alsatian cottages with a lawn and trees around. Each cottage is divided into apartments on two levels, which is very convenient for families with children. Nice and reasonably good restaurant on site.
The cleaning could have been more thorough. The reception staff only speaks French. Advanced bathroom products.
Nice whole site..👍 Nice concept.
At night, the search for our house turned out to be difficult. As a couple, we did not appreciate the twin beds. Price difference when booking.
The choice for breakfast is not varied enough and, above all, the lack of renewal of products.
We were on half board. The meal was excellent.
The bathroom is too narrow and poorly explored.
The location is of course great on this beautiful site. Separate houses, each with 4 apartments, are also ideally planned. Even when everything is booked, there are no crowds and every party has its own privacy.
The bathroom is very narrow and not so cheaply integrated. There is a pantry for guests only on the 1st floor. The storage area downstairs is stocked with pillows and blankets. The kitchen utensils were not clean and were not provided. The staff do not have a washing machine for this and have to do the dishes by hand in the Logis kitchen. W-LAN only worked in the toilet and in the middle of the 1st floor! The TV didn't work properly at all, sometimes the channels wouldn't be selected at all or cut out at some point. The web is probably cleared only once a year.
The welcome, kindness and professionalism of the entire team were top notch! Big BRAVO to the team. Wouldn't change a thing!! The environment is very calm and pleasant, and the view is magnificent!
We stayed in one of the cottages while traveling. You share 1 house with (4?) other guests but don't notice it. Each has its own entrance. The cottage is very attractive and very clean. Had a great 1 night stay. You can also have breakfast or dinner there (we didn't). The houses are located on the edge of the open-air museum. Excellent parking.
Very beautiful place, small houses in greenery.
No breakfast because with friends... In the evening we had a drink... nice staff in the restaurant... Great location.
It is a pity that there is no connection with the eco-museum, and also there are no brochures ... The emergency exit light is too bright to sleep below ....
Then liked the restaurant (La Taverne) and its breakfast and also very quiet in a small area of cabins.
The service in the restaurant was a bit long at times, after that it can be ok at this time (village festival) much more people
Value for money, the equipment is simple and efficient in relation to the price. It's like a mini camping, each house is divided into 4 parts and has an exterior perfect for a group or family.
Again, the price cannot make us expect 5 stars. It was consistent
Nice atmosphere and good conditions. Garden table and two chairs in front of the house. Good environment. The restaurant is very easy to reach, parking is very close.
The living area is a little cramped. No wireless network. Single sheet toilet paper. Our sat nav (current TomTom map) wanted to take us to the bike path and didn't know the access road.
originality of the place, tranquility, bedding
No blinds upstairs. Breakfast without research. Slightly rudimentary housekeeping (shower room floor moldy - sheep behind bedside tables, dust) Cars parked anywhere around houses The paperwork in the room stated that we could have breakfast in the room, we were told it was old paperwork and that it no longer is being done. How are they removed...
The charm of houses. Calm. Purity. Pleasant stop after 10 hours on the way back from holiday in Belgium.
Nothing in particular
Ease of staff and their hearing. Purity. Very pleasant environment (houses in the form of a small Alsatian village) private green area. Bed dress. Proximity to the eco-museum, the park of the Little Prince and the Vosges.
Münster for breakfast.
The site is excellent. The houses merge with the environment and are very beautiful. The bedroom is made in the style of an old eco-museum. Very atypical and fits the frame very well. Small private terrace and great view Tranquility++++
Bedroom: Layout, pantry, basic equipment... suitable for short stays. Otherwise, take more, I think. Even for 2. The health passport is very good. But it would be nice to read the directives of the government. To stay in a hotel upon arrival, 1 presentation of a pass is enough. You don't have to ask for it every time a customer enters the establishment or when they come to have breakfast. This will annoy the client less and relieve the staff. Simple breakfast, nothing special, correct price 12 euros,
Excellent breakfast and helpful staff
the village's original hut was just passing through, so not everything has been viewed/used.
Superb location Nice staff Very good Restaurant is also very good Prices are very correct
Nothing
Very good stay, nice and pleasant accomodation. It's very nice to discover this area, go to the eco-museum or the Little Prince's park or somewhere else.
varied breakfast (buffet). Welcome!
Accommodation next to the hotel and the parking lot enclose the natural area and keep it in good condition.
Cleanliness of linen stain and false information at the reception on the first day at the threshold of the reception level!
A very pleasant and relaxing place in the afternoon and evening, it's cute. The terrace of the restaurant is pleasant and shaded. The many trees around the houses allow you to play or have an aperitif in the shade. Small gazebo with houses.
There is no play area for children, and from 8 am there is noise from garbage cans, carts, etc. from the staff.
Very calm and relaxed. A good base for a Museum. Interesting stop. Sometimes apart from a hotel or a holiday apartment. (For us people who didn't know Ecomuse who just passed by, the in-room Ecomuse brochure would be helpful because it feels like it's really worth going there.)
The coffee maker serves strange drinks at breakfast, and the tea water tastes like coffee.
Nice home like a mini farm
Meals are served hot in the restaurant.
Nice Alsatian houses are scattered across the meadow, very quiet. Hearty breakfast
Several duplexes per house, the soundproofing of which is poor.
Location next to the park of the little prince.
It's okay, but it's dark. It was not super clean, hair and a piece of plastic on the bedside table, looking at the edges or under the bed, it was not clean.
Lack of 1 refrigerator, average thermal insulation
A small holiday village with small half-timbered houses, each with several residential units. The upstairs bedroom is very warm on hot days. The window could not be opened at night, as our unit overlooked the nearest motorway. Restaurant and breakfast are ok. The staff are very friendly. The dog did not have many exercise opportunities.
Unfortunately the breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs are not real scrambled eggs, and there was nothing to choose from.
Dinner was not great, too expensive for not good quality.
Small, well equipped house, very friendly staff!
There was not enough small refrigerator to chill the bottle of gewürzt too bad ....
Everything was great My children were delighted
Nothing
The Alsatian Lodges are a great discovery for families, the staff is attentive to us and the restaurant offers fast service with good value for money. The ecomuseums are very beautiful to see a lot for family children, the staff explains that they are very friendly. The Prince's Park program is super friendly staff.
breakfast is not bad, lunch: it is a pity that the children do not have enough choice
everything was great
Dinner was very good, service very friendly and efficient, special requests were met. In general, very no problem
Wonderful half-timbered houses
Breakfast buffet very good and we were very happy with the service as we had to shorten our stay as our daughter got sick. So we had to urgently return to Belgium and the front desk helped us with the cancellation procedures. We thank them
A very quiet place. Storage space, very comfortable bedding, functional and clean bathroom. Guarded parking. Close to ecomuseum and restaurant.
No complaints.
Very good breakfast. Non-standard placement. Nice little Alsatian house.
The location of the bungalow is very well thought out ... the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is very well organized despite the pandemic ...
Excellent catering The best restaurant staff Very pleasant and relaxed environment
Parking Size The emergency exit lamp is inappropriate on the stairs at eye level in the nursery.
The location and charm of the rooms in small typical Alsatian houses.
There is a little space in the bathroom to put things.
GOOD SERVICES AND GOOD QUALITY / PRICE RATIO QUIET AND SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION
The spirit of a typical Alsatian home! Our daughters loved it!
The hotel is next to the ecomuseum...so pastoral. Enchanted brackets.
The maisonettes that make up the hotel are beautiful, the interior is comfortable, clean, the bathroom is very pleasant and functional, in general, no complaints.
We liked the decor
Nothing
Setting and staff
Wi-Fi is often not very functional
The location is near the eco-museum and our friends' rooms.
Lack of light in the room. Narrow space for 4 people.
