The aparthotel next door was cheaper with more services (luggage storage, daily cleaning)
without breakfast
The location and the common areas of the building are not pleasant. This should be specified on the site. In fact expensive for the location because no luggage storage possibilities. Otherwise well equipped.

Nice and comfortable apartment near the center
Very close to the center. You can walk everywhere. The apartment is nice and cosy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Good value for money.
In front of the apartment there is a hostess club and two more in the next streets. Being in the center parking is paid

good place, location not very nice for families
close to the center and public transport
the area is not very good for families. lots of sex shops and some people who look like sex workers all day long standing on the street

Nice apartment to spend a couple of days in the city.
New apartment, everything is very clean. 5 minutes walk from public parking and 10 minutes from the city center. All kitchen and bathroom utensils are in good condition. The entry code didn't work and the host was punctual at the agreed time to give us the keys. Very informed and communicated at all times.
We spent two nights and we were four adults. For a few days it's ok, but the apartment is just the right size. It is perfect for a couple.

Nice apartment in Toulouse
The apartment was ok, very clean. There was good food there. They had a welcome detail, there were coffee capsules, tea and sugar.
The main room was small.

Very well equipped apartment (towel dryer, dishes, Netflix, etc.) Close to downtown and Toulouse train station Beautiful decoration
You can't hear what's going on on the street when people talk to each other on the street

The apartment is in a great location, clean, very well equipped, very comfortable and with very good customer relations!
The only drawback is really soundproofing, at night in the bedroom you can hear everything that happens on the street, and in a big city it often leads to restless nights, but you get used to it.

Great stay
Ideal for a business trip, many very practical amenities, very warm apartment close to the train station and hypercenter, approachable and very friendly host. I highly recommend it.
