Great days in the big city
Very good facilities, clean, modern, perfectly equipped with everything. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the two good balconies. Key handover went well and smoothly. The area has all the shops right around the corner. The apartment is located at the back of the building and the front courtyard is guarded by automatically closing iron gates, so you can feel safe in the complex itself.
On the one hand, the location next to the train station is ideal for walking to the airport bus or train station. But we were traveling with two women, so the situation in the evening when you come home alone is a little uncertain. This is a colorfully mixed quarter, where there is sometimes a merchant or a prostitute on the corner. The street further is a normal shopping area where you can find everything for everyday needs. If you are at home early in the evening or traveling as a couple or as a man, there is no problem, but for a woman traveling alone late in the evening, it is a little difficult.

Very spacious and well located accommodation. Very good relationship with the agency. Highly recommend
The accommodation is really very good. Large, with good rooms: large bedrooms, decent kitchen, very large living room with dining area on a very large table, and a fairly spacious living room. 2 small terraces. Well located in the city center and close to the hypercenter. The relationship with the agency is very good and the person who greets us is very nice. Huge +: the room has been refurbished! Everything is on site! Several dishwasher tablets, several doses of detergent, 4 bottles of water in the fridge, spare trash bags. 5 or 6 toilet paper rolls. Several rags/dishtowels in the kitchen. Several doses of shower gel and shampoo. 2 bath mats. 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person. The beds are already made upon arrival. Housekeeping is taken care of at the exit. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and in sufficient quantity.
There is a deposit (which is normal) that has to be made through a site specialized in depositing deposits (which is reassuring)... but there is a fee of a few euros for it, not mentioned in the ad... But a simple telephone exchange solved this "problem ” by giving my card number directly to the agency (this is less secure, but it avoids fees).

My stay was very satisfactory.
Good location between metro Marengo and Jean Jaurès and therefore close to the center. South facing apartment with balcony and easily accessible parking space.
An espresso machine would be nice. It would also be necessary to add a medium saucepan and fruit juice machine, as well as a strainer.

Great apartment, very clean. Very pleasant and available host. Very well located.
