The reception, contact and responsiveness of the person on the phone were very good. Friendly and pleasant person. On the other hand, the housekeeping leaves much to be desired. We had information about accommodation quite early. Therefore, we thought that if we were informed of them, then the housing is ready. We were nearby and went to see it all around 13:30, I think. Upon entering the apartment, it was not dirty, but not very clean either, the blankets were loose, the coffee maker was dirty, the microwave was the same... But in general the general view was good. So, we received immediately after the message that we will be informed when the placement is done. So, we said to ourselves: "Ok, the state of the apartment is normal, since this was not done" we waited about 2 hours for it to be ready. So far everything is fine and we returned to the accommodation as soon as we received a message that everything was ready. But no. He was exactly in the condition in which we found him 2 hours ago. So, in conclusion, we did not expect anything from a room that was not cleaned or very quickly. I have supporting photos. I don’t throw stones at anyone, maybe the household doesn’t have the time or money. I don't know and it doesn't concern me. I just want a clean accommodation and that the people who run it are treated well and with respect. It's a shame because the reception was so good.
