Excellent stay in Sète with great sea views
Excellent accommodation with a large terrace and great sea views. The different rooms are quite spacious. I liked that the owner gets news from the client to ask if everything is ok, very friendly and also the staff is on site.
Shower and a bit too cramped for me but you have to deal with that. Underground garage at a height of 1m 90, too bad for cars with a roof box, but there are parking spaces outside.

Magnificent panorama Serenity Zero compared to Large living spaces Impeccable welcome from Fabrice and Yoli
The apartment is cold The setting would only benefit if it was a little thoughtful and less spartan. Considering the price of the night, it would be nice to find one or two coffee capsules rather than a reusable filter that gets old. In conclusion, the price requires little personal investment, warmth and special attention.

Perfect for comfort, equipment, view, terrace, cleanliness, parking, hospitality ... etc.
Everything is very good; a little far from the center for those who live around the city on foot. This is not a mistake, it is a choice.

Location. Near the Theater by the Sea, music is well heard during concerts. 5-10 minutes walk to the center, port, museums and historical monuments. Atmospheric. An interesting residential complex, which is built literally on the mountain, the view from the terrace is stunning, all sunsets and sunrises will be yours.
The pool is not individual :(
