A great 4 day stay that can be extended if the opportunity arises.
No breakfast on rent.
Nothing, everything was perfect. In addition, a very friendly owner and a spotless studio, very complete and modern. Really good as advertised. So I highly recommend.

Enjoyed
The parking space next to the front door is very nice! A small outdoor area for eating (possibly barbecue) and relaxing. The location of the studio itself, no noise.

Very good communication with the hosts. Quiet studio very well furnished and in very good condition. Reserved parking in front of the entrance. Terrace with greenery for peace and quiet. Go there with your eyes closed!

Ideal for 2-3 people. Equipped, nice. Small garden terrace at the foot of the mountain. Even in bad weather ... beautiful, calm, warm.
The only drawback is the time to get hot water.

A satisfying stay, especially thanks to the kind owner.
Very nice little studio, well located, very practical. The equipment works, everything you need is there. The owner is attentive, very helpful. I highly recommend it!
I am ashamed to add the price for the bath and the sheets ... when one day a week I found that 10 euros was a little more expensive, so I had to bring my sheets ... Cleaning to see me again on the last day ... (a lot of hair on the floor and in the sink)

Great place for cycling. Close to Cluses, very quiet place.
Private entrance, terrace and garden and private parking right in front of the door. The bathroom is good, the shower is good. Very well equipped kitchen. An abundance of dishes, pans and kitchen utensils.
It was clear in advance that everything should be done in one room: cooking, eating, sitting and sleeping. The lack of a bedroom in practice was a bit disappointing. We cannot blame anyone for this, because it was known in advance. It was also the only thing we personally didn't like. In the future, we probably won't be choosing a studio anymore.

the ad states, "This apartment has a bedroom and a living room," which is not too misleading. So, although the title says “Studio,” we were counting on a more divided space.

The owner is very friendly and very flexible. Autonomous arrival and departure with confidence. Private parking in front of the front door, very practical. Everything is close at hand in the studio, only food and bed linen are expected. There is coffee and tea. Very quiet and peaceful place. The equipment is very functional and the decor is pleasant. Pretty well appointed studio. Location close to shops and main roads. A small garden that should be very visible on sunny days.
Hot water didn't work in the shower for no particular reason. I would love to have bed linen included.

Breakfast is not offered. The cottage is quite nice, but in poor condition!
Lack of meeting with the owner (even if we can understand his working hours restrictions), no heating in the room before our arrival, lack of cleanliness, provision of a linen toilet and a bed for 10 euros per person in addition to the price of the reservation, knowing that the bed was not made, sewer smells coming from the kitchen sink knowing we're sleeping right next to it.

Very clean. Well equipped. A place to park your car. The owner is very nice and approachable, he lent us a sled.
For 4 people in total (3 adults and 1 child). Suitable for 2-3 people.
