I'm exhausted and disgusted that I rented out this property.
localization
disgusting state of housing sticky floors everywhere dirt crumbs empty bottles on the floor and under the beds still in the refrigerator on the shelves dirt in the toilets bathroom kitchen on the refrigerator you can eat, etc…many photos to support . after 7 hours of driving and putting my entire budget into this accommodation, I had to come to terms with sleeping there because I couldn't afford a hotel anymore. how can you rent a house in such a state? no one deserves this...it's shocking and unacceptable

Geographic location, design
Cleanliness but that's because of the previous tenants who were pigs and lazy. For long stays and people with babies or people with limited mobility, the 3rd floor can be complicated and in the summer there is no balcony

Housing that seemed closed, housing was far from the car park, the landlord did not often answer.
Housing that smells of imprisonment, 3rd floor apartment, parking too far, not suitable for people over 50

Good flat
The place is quiet, by the lake. The apartment is furnished and functional. Entering or leaving the apartment without any problems. Managers are available and respond quickly to messages. The apartment only has single beds ... for a couple it is not very practical. Regardless, you can easily fold two beds and glue the mattresses, even if this is not the most comfortable. For the price, you couldn't even dream of more.

Perfect
Very well equipped and very clean apartment! The lake view is a real plus! It is located very close to the port and a beautiful walk leads to the beach! We had a great stay, thank you very much!
