Nothing
Dirty apartment, rotten or downright disgusting terrace, dirty bed linen... inappropriate. Disgusting shower. I couldn't sleep, we left as quickly as possible. To flee!!!!!!!!!!!

disappointing house and neighborhood
bathroom was ok
Kitchen utensils were dirty, no toaster and other essential utensils. It advertises that it has a coffee maker and I brought coffee, but the coffee maker is a capsule and there were no capsules. There was used oil stored in the oven and there were no sheets on the bed, I guess everyone covers themselves with that zebra blanket that appears in the photo, since it was the only thing we had. There were no towels either. The mosquitoes ate us.

Housing to flee; too expensive even to sleep especially in a dirty environment
I put 2 stars for the location and we were able with my companion to have breakfast at the port of l'estaque. Quiet night despite being disturbed at midnight by the neighbor on our return from the restaurant who asked us to move our car from the place where we were told to park...
dirty house; sheets not suitable for the bed and doubt about cleanliness because torn pillowcase; we were also able to get sheets, blankets and cushions from local friends; entrance airlock door handle broken and owner aware; exterior boundary closure system; no possibility of ventilating the room in complete safety, not to mention the terrace which cannot be used; do not expect to leave early from the accommodation to enjoy your day in Marseille because you will have to wait (midday in our case ..) for the goodwill of the owner's family, whom we have not seen elsewhere; frankly to flee and prefer to go in 1 formula 1.
