Too expensive considering the small space without air conditioning and the price in the same place by the agencies, very disappointed
The apartment is too hot, there is no wardrobe, the toilets are cluttered with the owner's personal belongings.

Ground floor by the sea
I really enjoyed being on the first floor by the sea! And a terrace where you can eat in the morning at noon in the evening overlooking the sea. The studio is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The refrigerator is very quiet.
Despite significant efforts to limit noise pollution, the parties on the nearby beach continue into the late night. But my kids didn't complain about it. And I put on my earplugs.

It is a very pleasant place for a couple who are not too old.
A friendly and quiet place out of season.
Three flights of stairs to access the car park ... And I can hardly imagine four people in this small space this season (end of March), where we still live quite a bit inside, but in hot weather the terrace gives new life to the area.

Good location on the beach, Port Leucate itself is not very special
A bit dated, not very clean, very small.
