The building is old, it smells damp. The lock, the day before we left, got stuck and we couldn't open it. The agency did nothing to solve it, they didn't answer our calls but in the end I was able to talk on WhatsApp, I insisted saying that I was with a small child. Luckily my friends and I managed to push open the door and insist a lot and "fix" it provisionally. It was dirty, the mattresses were uncomfortable and dirty (dirty blankets...) and the cleaning material was in poor condition, even the dustpan was broken... we moved the bathroom mat away, it was sticky and very dirty. The kitchen is very old, rusty and dirty, the bathroom is old and the water came out in the bathtub with very little pressure, the heater is electric and small, you have to control it so as not to run out of water. We found it expensive for what was offered. I left the apartment cleaner than it was. When I returned the keys before leaving, they didn't even care about what happened, not an apology, lousy customer service. Nobody came with us to explain anything to us when we arrived either). Due to the state of the apartment there, no one has been going to supervise anything for a long time. We will not repeat or recommend the rental with this agency

The apartment is tiny (the bunk bed is in the corridor) and a bit old, the mattresses thin, the shower curtain too long, the sink is dark in the corner of the toilet and some silicones in the kitchen come off. The bottom shelf of the fridge door had a broken support so you couldn't put bottles upright. The corridors of the building are very dark, the timed light lasts very little and the push buttons are in questionable location.

I have never seen such a dirty studio when I arrived, dust but thick dust everywhere floor walls ceiling under beds in closets, greasy kitchen, not clean dishes yellow mattress toppers and dirty pillows... very disappointed with the concierge reception who gives keys, no inventory fixtures or arrival or departure, despite repeated calls, so I have to do a two-hour cleaning on my arrival at the studio.
