Everything is correct and corresponds to the description.
It simply would lack a small air conditioner, because in hot weather, which I did for three nights, it was not enough to leave the skylight open (only light and vent point).

no pillows no towels (but maybe I lacked organization when reading the description)

The studio is very well located, centrally but quiet. Good bedding, good equipment, good value for money.
Three floors to climb with heavy luggage ... but I was warned.

very prominent location in the city center. Cooking activities.
The bed is comfortable, but unfolding from the couch at the bottom of a (well) furnished loft may not be suitable for everyone.
