Never again will I rent apartments from this agency!
Location. And a wonderful and very interesting neighbor, the owner of an antique gallery, Christian. Perhaps that was all that was good.
Organization of work and meeting guests is DISGUSTING. First they said that the opening hours are until 18.00 and you need to have time to take the keys from the agency that rents out the apartments in order to move in. Our arrival was at 23.00 and that was the problem. At first they did not want to settle without a deposit, then they could not figure out where to leave the key. To the question that if they cannot meet the guests, then the answer is they are not to blame - there is a work schedule. In the end, agreed, the key left. Where are the apartments located for a person who is not local and does not speak French - the quest is unsolvable. No identifying marks. Get ready to look for apartments for more than one hour and not even find them! The apartment is dirty everywhere! In a place with mold and hair. Horror. So before you live there had to do the cleaning. To which, by the way, the agency reacted with a commercial gesture, and allowed not to do a general cleaning upon departure. Also, if you decide to rent an apartment through this agency, then count on the fact that for each set of bed linen you have to PAY ADDITIONAL 50 EURO. It's been 14 days since I checked out and the deposit hasn't been unlocked yet. The check was issued for the incomplete cost of the apartment. I must say that this was the second time of cooperation with this company and the result is the same. NEVER EVER!
