Pleasant cocoon in the heart of Epernon
Small studio ideally located and very well equipped. Everything you need is available, the possibility of preparing a coffee or tea is appreciable. A clean and functional apartment recently refurbished, tastefully decorated, in which you feel good.
The shower cabin is not great, its door is complicated to handle.

Quiet, pleasant, we will gladly return. Good value for money
Cleanliness, decoration, housing equipment, excellent bedding. Substantial parking nearby.
- Climbing the last staircase with no railing or rope to hold on to (we are seventy). - I would like a quick guide to the coffee machine (thanks to Google) - indicate the site on which we connect to Wi-Fi, I found it by accident (there are 10 possible lines)

Stay in this average apartment for all these inconveniences
Comfortable bed but the room is too small
No storage space or hangers and the dining area is too small for two. The shower head leaked and the toilet seat was broken. Parking was wrong because 20 meters but everything is in the blue zone

we liked the rather beautiful decoration effort. short but good breakfast with coffee and tea.
a gloomy entrance, a steep staircase, soundproofing with neighbors, the smell of tobacco smoke from a neighbor who smokes all evening.

steep stairs. The bed is sandwiched between three walls. the only skylight overlooking the tops of some trees. The most minimal equipment in the dishes, for example, 3 cups and no bowl. the complete absence of a closet, hanger or even a simple nail to hang clothes. No table, no chairs, only 2 bar stools. Wobbly toilet seat.

Perfect? Not really.
Well, a fantastic bakery on the corner?
From the facade to the door of the apartment on the 2nd floor was a mess. We thought it was an abandoned house, but it was a very dilapidated house that is being renovated. The attic was "done". There was an apartment there. With the key to the safe, we were able to enter. We only had 2 Velux windows on the roof so it was very stuffy. There are no windows in the bedroom and bathroom, and the 150 cm wide sofa bed was impossible to sleep on (hard stone and with bumps), ... and a leg fell out. WiFi didn't work.

quite a cozy nest... the small apartment is very well arranged and very functional. Very clean, go there with your eyes closed it's a very beautiful quiet place thanks to the owner for his kindness.

the apartment was not upstairs, not recommended
compared to the photo, it didn’t seem to me that the apartment was very small, and the room was like we were in a closet, inside the apartment it was very hot like in an oven, there was not even a fan to cool down, a small hole so that you could breathe a little air, the toilet bowl was broken and the stairs are very narrow.

There is no breakfast, the owner leaves buns and crackers in the open air. No breakfast so breakfast is a scam. Not enough towels. The facade of the apartment is gloomy. Repainted inside
Stop putting breakfast on if you can't cook it. And put more towels.

Small cozy apartment in Epernon
The apartment was clean and comfortable. 5 minutes from the place where the wedding took place. Offline access is very convenient. Kettle, microwave and some food to prepare breakfast were also very valuable. The bed was comfortable.
Not recommended for families with small children due to open stairs.

Excellent recommend
The apartment was really super comfortable, exactly like in the pictures.
The only point that could be improved is to create a repository, otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Very nice surprise
Very comfortable apartment and very friendly owner. We only needed to spend one night there, but all the amenities were there. I highly recommend.

Clean and functional. It is possible to arrive at the desired time.
Apparently, they have barely finished it: the hanger is not yet screwed to the wall, but lies under the cabinet under the TV. Very simple breakfast. Tip: Consider putting mattress toppers on top of your mattresses to keep them clean. A general switch is welcome next to the sofa.

There is no value for money ratio at all.
location relative to my final destination quite large bathroom with heated towel rail. Big screen.
no office space. Wi-Fi almost no milk roll and jam in the morning. Very small accommodation with very straight staircase access. burnt out lamp on stairs The bed was stuck on 3 sides in the room (too small).
