Good address but without breakfast!
Comfortable accommodation where nothing is missing at the material level for 2 people. It is also located in a very good location.
Too bad, the breakfast much too basic. No dairy (even milk for chocolate is non-existent), no fruit or fruit juice, 1 mini butter, a few crackers and a bad micro-pastry in plastic. In this case, it is better not to offer breakfast and leave it up to you to bring what you need yourself. The soundproofing of the partitions with the neighboring apartment leaves something to be desired. Not pleasant to hear the flow of water.

good, but could be better!
The apartment is very small, it seems larger in the photo… in general, everything is fine, but I asked for a crib for the child, it was not there… the pillows are very small… a few hours before arrival I asked for the code, they didn’t answer me, they drove up to the house, again asked for the code and again they didn’t answer ((they sent the code only after the call ... breakfast is one name ((our family of 4 people - in fact there were 2 coffee capsules, 2 gingerbread, 2 sugar cubes and a pack of crackers ... it’s really desirable to improve all this!

Enjoyable family stay
Clean and well maintained apartment.
Breakfast included in the price was quite light: basic products (tea, coffee, jam and crackers). Plan to go and buy breakfast at nearby shops.

Superb practical and well equipped apartment
Well laid out, tastefully redone, all necessary equipment, well informed about appointment times and speed of response. Affordable breakfast and coffee is a plus.
Apartment with poor soundproofing; You can hear the neighboring water pipes. The shower was a bit clogged.

Great stay, we will be back.
The location was great, from Nice and now in the face of the heat, the fresh air was more than pleasant. The apartment is very bright (generally very clean) and very well planned.
The refrigerator was not cleaned, and the vacuum cleaner would not have been abandoned.

Ideal when you are just passing through.
small apartment well maintained and well renovated very pleasant.
There are no complaints about the apartment itself. The only problem is that all the parking spaces around are blue zones. So from 6pm to 8am there is no problem, but after that you are theoretically not allowed to stay more than 30 minutes.

Great vacation. We recommend this accommodation!
Ease of communication with the owner. Very easy key recovery; Parking in the blue zone right in front of the hotel. Very clean accommodation. Good decor. Bed linen and towels are provided. Photos correspond in all respects to the apartment. The small courtesies offered on site (buns, chocolate powder, milk, etc.) were much appreciated, especially by our children.

This is the perfect accommodation.
The studio is well located. There are several parking spaces nearby. Access to the studio is very easy. The studio is very clean and very well equipped. Breakfast is not included but there is a minimum which was very noticeable. (milk, butter, crackers, jams and small breads)
- Replacing the pillows with better ones will be a big plus. It would also be great to add a pillowcase. - plastic coated mattress topper (crumpled plastic noise) - the sound of the refrigerator motor running regularly all night. - Flushing the top floor

nice well appointed apartment
the apartment adjoining ours is very noisy! the old building is so poorly soundproofed, the doors creak... and our charming neighbors came home in the middle of the night in a baruf that lasted 45 minutes... we were 4 adults and were warned: the table was set for two, only chairs for two for breakfast, 2 pieces oils for four, very spartan breakfast…

Excellent stay
Small apartment, very clean, well located, well equipped, with a good mattress, we slept well ... it was almost like being at home ...

Great holiday at all levels

Lack of electrical outlet Shower too small (especially for large riders ..) And access to shower too. This is a little tricky.
