The attention from the staff is the best I've ever had in a hotel.

Excellently run and well-kept hotel in a very good location near the Croisette. Tastefully furnished rooms with a pretty balcony facing the street. Very good breakfast, aperitif in the evening and very good recommendations for restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our favorite hotel in Cannes.

All liked it. The air conditioner is powerful and not noisy. Linen and towels are changed every day.

Very satisfied with the breakfast. You got more breakfast than expected and everything good and fresh. We could have breakfast outside which was nice. The room with balcony was fresh. Kettle and coffee/tea are great in hotel rooms, not all have them. The staff happy, pleasant, helpful. Beach towels were provided free of charge.

Cool hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the location is excellent, warm welcome, comfortable bed, 3 minutes walk to the Croisette. You will feel more like not in a hotel, but at your aunt's house on the Cote d'Azur.

Finally a hotel that does what it promises. A small oasis among the hustle and bustle of Cannes. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are decorated in a French style and are modern at the same time. The outdoor area is very nicely designed and the small garden is lovely. The staff is very pleasant and cordial. French breakfast is delicious. The location is amazing, 450 meters from the Croisette, on a quiet street parallel to rue d'Antibes, Cannes' main shopping street. The beautiful old town is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff are lovely and do everything to please you. The rooms with balcony are simply adorable. Small house 4 minutes from the beaches .... and the world. Evening degustation of Provencal wine. An address that I love and where I will return as soon as I can!

Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail

The hotel offers all necessary amenities. We really liked the room with a small balcony, in particular I have never slept on such a good mattress. In the morning you have breakfast in a wonderful garden, and in the evening a glass of rose wine is served in the house. You really feel welcome! We will return anyway.

Very nice hotel, a bit away from the street, entrance through the garden. The reception is very friendly. The room has a large bottle of water, enough to make tea and coffee, small chocolates on the balcony. Bed linen is good, bathroom is very clean, bath accessories are in order. The place is calm, very pleasant.

Ideally located in the center of Cannes, close to the beach but a bit out of the way to enjoy the tranquility of the street. Impeccably supported by a team that listens and goes above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Joy ! A hotel to which we will return without hesitation on our next visit to this city.

Everything is fine, I suggest a room in the garden with a view of the palm trees. Caring staff. I would go back there with my eyes closed.

Excellent welcome and also the night staff of great kindness. Breakfast is served very kindly and check out is very nice. The room is small but very clean with a nice little patio to work at the end of the day. The bed is excellent.

Hôtel de Provence is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in its category! Close to the Croisette at the Marriott, next to Rue d'Antibes (just behind), the train station is a 3 minute walk, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the balconies overlook the extraordinary garden! very well located stylish hotel with good room and great service

This was my third visit here and we four experienced women with high standards are so satisfied! We had rooms with their own terraces, one of which was in the hotel's penthouse with a view of the rooftops. All the employees are super service minded and the owner couple stopped by every day and made sure we were fine. Last but not least, the hotel is located a few minutes' walk from both the Croisette and shopping.

The kind staff and owner are very attentive to meet the needs of the customers, quality breakfast, beautiful garden, comfort and services in general are closer to a 4 star hotel than a 3 star hotel. Great job!
