Mostafa is very welcoming and benevolent, he assumes the role of guide in Luxor by advising us of the places to see, the things to know, he has an incredible network: taxi service in particular as well as a typical Egyptian factory. he prepared a typical meal for us. the room is clean and spacious.
All liked it
This is a new family apart-hotel on the left bank of the Nile (the so-called City of the Dead). Important for route planning - the airport, Luxor and Karnak temples on the opposite bank! Good location, but found exactly only after calling the owner. There are no signs yet. Stayed as a group of 6 for one night (family with 4 children) The apartment was large, with a balcony, 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, really very clean. Fully corresponds to the photos on the site. Climb to the last floor, it's a flat roof, in the morning we had breakfast there, a cool view of the surroundings. The optimal cost, a bank card for booking (compatriots will understand what it is about) is not needed, cash payment upon arrival. Delicious breakfast for a reasonable extra money, the menu can be discussed in advance according to preferences, cooked for you. The owner understands and speaks a little Russian. The staff is polite and friendly. Good combination of location/price/quality. Recommended!
There are no questions about the accommodation, everything was fine.
Mustafa and his family were absolutely great. They were always looking out for us. Mustafa helped us manage our routes and our visits to the valleys and temples (I sincerely recommend that you do everything through him, he will get you better prices and better service, don't hesitate) He manages routes for us and reserves a balloon ride for much less price than what the internet or local agencies asked us for, you will save money and the experience will be much better. We will definitely be back!!
I have nothing to say about it, just perhaps as a recommendation that you should signpost a little better where the accommodation is, since it cannot be seen from the road.
A good place for those who are looking for something for a few days stay in Luxor (in its left-bank part). Large apartment, close to the ferry, shops and local cafes. The Valley of the Kings is a 15-minute drive away. 40 minutes' walk from Colossi of Mnemnon. Kind and helpful family that manages the facility.
We loved staying in this accommodation of Mr. Mustafa; He is a great host and his facilities are excellent (very spacious and comfortable). We were a group of 7 people and he guided us in everything we asked for, he was very attentive and kind to us; In addition, he recommended super cool tours in the city at an affordable price and prepared several surprises. In conclusion, they were some great days we spent there, we highly recommend it.
I recommend staying here. Firstly, it is a quieter part of the island, close to the Valley of the Kings and other attractions on this side of the city. You can get around by local ferry (5-7 minutes from your accommodation) for EGP 5 each way. Ferries run quite often, about every 15 minutes (I don't know about night time). We had booked an apartment, while the owner gave us a better room for two nights. Both were very spacious. There is a kettle in each room, we had our own dishes. Very good hearty breakfasts. The owner allowed us to have breakfast after check out hours as we wanted to explore Karnak in the morning and breakfast is from 8:00-8:30. Hot water, bathroom, not perfectly clean (a lot of dust), but you can definitely stay there for longer. Breakfast is served on the roof, from where there is also a beautiful view of the flying balloons during sunrise. I recommend staying here, good location, quiet part of the city, no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk. The owner and his wife are very nice people who will certainly help you with the organization of trips and also at any time when you need help. Thank you for your hospitality.
The hotel is located in a quiet place in West Bank, the room is very spacious, and the balcony overlooks a large sugar cane field. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Nile River. In the afternoon or evening, you can take a sailboat to Chill on Banana Island in the north of Luxor. It is recommended to go to the terrace on the top floor of the hotel in the morning to enjoy a typical Egyptian local breakfast while basking in the sun; you can also book lunch and dinner, which are delicious and hearty! I stayed here for 6 days. The owner, Mustafa's family, is very enthusiastic and you can find them for any local needs. Luxor's itineraries were arranged by him in the end, and he worked very hard, especially suitable for friends who travel independently.
Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Comfort, really an entire floor at your disposal equipped with everything you may need, together with all this, a hotelier of 10, always attentive to make things easier for you (he took us to the airport at 3:00 am). Thank you very much for everything, Mostafa.
Things are good.
Mustafa was graciously greeted, treated to tea, and introduced to his wife. He told me about everything, offered his services if something was needed. in general, everything is fine, the price is fully consistent. My husband and I loved it 😊

Great host! Nice big room, beautiful rooftop Convenient location
Everything was great
Our stay was very good, Mustafa received us very warmly, he has two lodgings to receive you, one on the river bank with more traditional rooms and other apartments, super large and comfortable, we stayed there. It had WiFi. It was less than 10 minutes walk from the crossing for the public ferry, on the main avenue, but at night it was very quiet. There was a kitchen, but we couldn't use it because there was no gas bottle. Mustafa has several tours to offer you continuously, in fact he can also guide you in English if you wish. The breakfast was very abundant and delicious to start the day super. You have many businesses nearby and we want to thank him very much for the huge gesture he had with the surprise on his birthday!! We recommend staying at Bella Vista Luxor Apartments.
Mostafa is the best host I have ever had! So nice and available!! You can trust him 😉 He offered us a personalized tour for less than offered elsewhere, and the activities were superb The food is excellent (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Everything else was perfect
It's quite warm in the apartment
Great location 5 minutes walk from the public ferry. Mustafa, was always attentive to our needs. We recommend you ask about the breakfasts, lunches and dinners it offers, the food was delicious and well priced. We will definitely be back at some point.
As a small detail, air conditioning was only in the main room of each apartment, due to the extreme heat it would have been desirable to have air conditioning in the entire space.
The apartment has everything you need and the tub in the bathroom is great for relaxing.
The toilet was good, but there is room for improvement, we didn't find any towels and we didn't have internet access.
Incredible experience thanks to our host Mostafa who always takes care of every detail and makes sure you have a great time!
Everything is very good!
Long chose a quiet place to stay. Well... it was quiet here +- (you can't hear the mosque, the roosters don't crow)
1. OWNER. Having met us at the airport, he immediately began to tell how much he loves Russians and that he will do everything for us at the best level. We arrived early in the morning, slept only a couple of hours at night, so we felt just awful. Already in the transfer, the owner, simply beaming with a smile, began to sing again about his love for the Russians and that he would show us several places where you can stop so that we could choose. Considering that we practically did not stand on our feet, he was immediately and several times told (both in Russian and in English) that we do not need to show ANY other places and we want to go where we booked. I seem to understand and agree. As a result, 50 minutes later, we were brought just to some kind of HOOK, a meter from the SWAMP! At first we just fell into a state of shock, began to urgently check with the photos in booking and it turned out that this was not the right place at all. To which the owner also began to tell with a smile that this is a very good, quiet place, and he still decided to bring us here, because he loves Russians very much (this phrase and similar ones were repeated all the time). In general, he nodded, smiled and still did his own thing. 2. TRANSFER. In short, it's just TIN. I think this machine dates back to the reign of the pharaohs. Even a 25-year-old Zhiguli would be better than this ... Of course, there is no air conditioning in such a rarity. When I wanted to buckle up, they told me that the seatbelt didn't work. With grief in half, they still fastened me ... after that, I also saw that the belt had soiled my clothes. The PRICE for IT just killed. 20 dollars. Despite the fact that back we found ourselves a car (modern, comfortable and safe) for $ 25. To take 20 for this trough should be simply ashamed. I would recommend to anyone who needs a transfer. Find in Google any sites where you can order a guide to Luxor (they all have whatsapps and many speak Russian), write to the guide and say that you need a transfer, they will organize it for you. We did just that. 3. old bedding, for two they gave 1 towel (kitchen size)
Mustafa is the best host we have met! He picked us up at the ferry station in his car and brought us bottles of cold water, for which we are very grateful. The apartment is quite complete with air conditioning and very clean. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of it, perfect for a tour in this heat. Mustafa and the whole team adapted very well to all our meal schedules etc. He has other hotels in the area so he invited us to the terrace of one of them on the banks of the Nile where we met other travelers and the company didn't could be better. We are two young female travelers who went alone and they made us feel right at home. When we arrived at the hotel, we were received every day with lemonade or cold water, they treated us very well. They even took us on a motorbike to see the local market and the small town around it. He was very attentive to us throughout our stay. He offered us all kinds of tours and activities during our stay there to make our stay in Luxor more enjoyable. We took a felucca ride to see a delicious banana plantation! Without a doubt recommended for all types of travelers!
The host is a very educated person, an expert in Egyptology, who treated us with care and offered us a great evening with very good stories and a great dinner on his fantastic terrace. He also gave very good recommendations to visit the Valley of the Kings.
Our apartment only had air conditioning in one room, so we couldn't rest because of the heat and mosquitoes. The location on the west coast of the River Nile leaves the hotel far from the center, although close to visitors.
The constant availability, the services provided and the great kindness of Mustafa and his wife, who always offer homemade fruit juice. Mustafa's wife cooked and offered me food as soon as I arrived late. Mustafa goes out of his way to help and get you where you need to go. He offered me a studio on the side of the courtyard, and not on the side of the street, so that it was quiet.
The photos on the site are not quite true anymore, it dates back to when everything was new. Things break quickly and it's not always perfect. The roof terrace is a mess. Breakfast is served between 2 corner tables in a private part of their apartment.
The authenticity of the place and the friendliness of the owner
Nothing
It has great views. Excellent attention. Mustafa recommended the taxi driver to tour the Valley of the Kings and other temples and everything was very good.
There is no curtain or screen in the shower, causing the bathroom to flood when you take a bath. There is a very small and hard to see sign to find the hotel so we had trouble finding it at first.
Nice apartment with authentic vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, three large beds, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dressing room. Everything a big family needs on a trip. Great view of the Nile Valley and the banana plantation. Upon request, you can buy a delicious breakfast, so plentiful that it will remain for lunch :) The owner Mustafa is a very friendly and decent person.
The entrance to the apartments is located on the exploited roof-terrace. Its arrangement is not finished, not well-groomed, dusty. On the roof - ruf, you can have breakfast and admire the balloons. The view is beautiful. But the problem is the same - the arrangement is not finished, and it is very dusty ... Apparently affects the presence of the desert nearby. However, the dust on the terraces is compensated by the presence of a working washing machine, in which dusty children were washed safely. :) It is also worth noting that the apartments themselves are quite clean.
We have stayed in a lot of places in Egypt, but this apartment is UNREALLY exceeded our expectations: - purity! (which is generally not typical of a local service) - equipment of the apartments (there is everything you need) - incredible view from the window, you wake up with birds singing from the Garden of Eden - quiet safe ideal location (nearby there are restaurants, shops) - Panoramic rooftop with library, antique furniture and views of EVERYTHING (Nile, Temple, plantations, city and sand mountains) and incredible sunsets - area of apartments - professionalism of the owner. more about this: if you need breakfast / dinner, bike / moped rental, hookah, a second set of blankets, a balloon ride, a restaurant, a trip along the Nile - Mostafa can EVERYTHING! - price
Large apartment at a very right price and in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Great breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the Valley of the Kings. Mustafa was very friendly. He gave us good advice for our stay and was always willing to help us. A special mention to his very friendly and very helpful brother who was our driver while visiting Valley of the Nobles.
Nothing, we had a very good stay.
Welcome and cleanliness of the apartment
Noise from the street
Good reception and cleanliness of the place, especially Mr. Abu Omar, a gentleman and yes
nothing
Very hospitable and responsible host Mustafa, with whom you can speak both in English and in Russian. Excellent location of the hotel, three minutes from the ferry to the other side and close to the main attractions. Nice rooms. Ours was overlooking the banana plantations and had a lovely balcony to sit on. The rooftop is a very beautiful and cozy space overlooking the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. There were small questions about the cleanliness of the room upon arrival, but Mustafa immediately corrected everything. We also got a wonderful free breakfast. In general, a classy hotel, comfortable and with its own soul, we highly recommend it!
For a very modest price, we got a cozy 60m apartment overlooking the banana garden. The host arranged an unforgettable hot air balloon flight over Luxor, a good driver through the valley of the kings and queens, a sumptuous breakfast at a low price, helped to find a good currency exchange and overall made our stay in Luxor as pleasant as possible. the owner speaks good Russian, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the ferry pier across the Nile and not far from the antiquities. there are shops and restaurants nearby.
Price, comfort, personal attitude of the owner.
There were two nights in April. All liked it. Friendly host. Purely. A decent breakfast is brought directly to the apartment. Walking distance to ATM, shops, restaurants. To the Nile 15 minutes at a slow pace. Local flavor.
Very nice apartment. The owner of the apartment is called Mostafa, a wonderful person. We arrived / checked in late, but he was waiting for us and made a delicious dinner especially for us. He answered the questions that interested us and gave a lot of useful advice. Thank you very much, kind person! السلام عليك
I can describe all the advantages of this hotel for a very long time, but I will write the main thing: The owner Mustafa is a very friendly and caring owner who helps and solves any problems and whims. His wife prepares excellent national breakfasts from fresh products. We did not expect such hospitality. The room is spacious and clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Recommend
Mosquitoes. Take protective equipment with you
Mustafa is very welcoming and approachable. He makes an effort in language {French, English} The studio is reasonably well equipped
Very warm welcome, good advice from Mustafa on tours and daily life. If you want to hang out with fellow travelers or Mustafa's family this is a great place - you can chat for hours. Location very close to shops and ferry. Hot water.
Room 205, side of the road - very noisy. Very hard mattress.
The hospitality is top notch! I really liked Mustafa's, although we stayed only 2 days, but managed to enjoy all the delights of Bella Vista and the city of Luxor. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner are offered on site, I advise you to try it, Mustafa's wife cooks very tasty!
It is very cool at night, but warm blankets save
Warm welcome, spacious apartment at a great price, walking distance from the river, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.
Unpleasant noise due to the proximity of the street
Very well coordinated, tidy, clean and excellent hospitality
I recommend this place because it is really safe and comfortable
I recommend this place because it is really safe and comfortable
The apartment was very nicely furnished, its location was stunning, the balcony had a wonderful view of the banana fields of the region. The location is fantastic as it is right in the Valley of the Kings. There are many shops in the area. Overall we settled down very well and felt very comfortable for 3 weeks. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Mustafa.
The Luxor Bella Vista apartment was a great option. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, with a lot of privacy and security. The building's terrace is perfect for sharing Egyptian flavors and experiences. Our stay was 3 nights and it was second to none. Mustafa, the owner is very kind ... he gave us good advice and speaks fluent English. We recommend 100%.
The kindness of Mustafa and his wife, warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness in the apartment, it is a good location and close to the site of the tourist valley of the kings and medinet habou and the temple of Hatshepsut.I recommend the Bella Vista apartment to anyone who wants to come to Luxor. Thanks again, Mustafa
