Fantastically located hotel on the rocks overlooking the Nile. Reception staff very helpful
The waiter lost our lunch box reservation The room inside is a bit small
Impeccable and suggestive location. All the staff are friendly and professional. The hot tub on the terrace at sunset is something exceptional. The only thing is that not being close to the city, every time we want to go out we have to take the launch made available by the hotel and then a car to reach the centre, but the location is worth it. I will definitely come back to this magical place.
Since the hotel is not close to the center, I would suggest keeping the taxi price a little lower so that people can use it several times even in one day.
The location, the view of the Philae temple The spacious rooms which all have a jacuzzi on the balcony
RAS
The arrival at the hotel and the location are simply spectacular... like something out of a movie. The front desk attention by Mohamed Hares was impeccable, the food delicious and at a good price. We ended up fascinated with the experience.
The only thing that could have been better was a luch box that they gave us for the Abu Simbel tour... but the truth is that we didn't even care since the transportation and tour service was excellent.
well furnished, with design elements. amazing view
close to the airport but not to the city
The location is breathtaking, the rooms and the view are worth it! everything was amazing real paradise
Wifi didn't work and air conditioning was too strong
Everything is absolutely perfect, especially, magically, insanely. The atmosphere is truly surreal, surrounded by the waters of the Nile, with the Temple of Philae in the distance. In the evening, even from afar, you can see and hear the light show of the temple. The structure is really beautiful, stylish, spotlessly clean, with cozy common areas, outdoor areas with sensational views. Not to mention rooms with a pool outside, interiors with huge windows that offer views from all sides. The staff, fully dressed, attentive, kind and attentive to every need. The kitchen, really great, is open around the clock, the girls at the reception greet you with a smile of 30,000 teeth, the guys who carry the luggage do not regret a minute. We were there in August and the heat was obviously important. We arrived there hot and tired and were greeted with ice cold towels on a tray as well as the typical drinks. Another important thing: I accidentally left a precious ring, which was immediately returned to me with the help of an Egyptian friend, as soon as I realized that the item was lost. Everything is truly perfect and magical. Really go there if you are around, it deserves it, you will never regret it.
The location overlooking the Nile makes the trip unique. Private jacuzzis in each room allow you to spend time in privacy. However, the breakfast is not a buffet, rich and avoids unnecessary spending.
The in-house restaurant is especially expensive compared to other alternatives in the area (which offer the same meals). Not all staff speak or understand English and this can sometimes be a problem, especially when traveling by boat. The air conditioner in the room has a really unusual noise and affects the quality of sleep. Wi-Fi, hesitate.
Our room was great. The jacuzzi on the terrace is exceptional. The staff were very caring and the environment was more than relaxing.
nothing
setting, reception, location, room and its jacuzzi
nothing
Everything was perfect! The quality of service was excellent for Egypt where it is hard to find a level of quality worthy of 5 stars. The quality of the bedding and the view from the rooms are great and the hotel boat transfer is always a pleasure.
Everything was great, but you can't abuse the prices of the excursions... We were asked $45 to go to Philae island and come back, although the trip is shorter than the free trip if you want to go to Essuan. I understand that the trip has to be paid for, but $45 for a 10-minute return boat ride is too much...
The setting is exceptional, calm and relaxing. The staff is caring. The hotel organizes free shuttles that will take you to the old dam. The view from the jacuzzi terrace of the Philae temple is breathtaking. Thanks to Rovida and Mohamed at the front desk, Ahmed at the restaurant. The spa is expected to open soon. A wonderful place not to be missed!
Nothing
location, service, design, food, comfort
absolutely nothing, everything was perfect
beauty of the place peace haven one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. lovely staff
everything was great.
Great location and architecture.
The only downside was the food preparation which was not the best and also very slow. The pizza that just looked at it was not a pizza, was not good, on the contrary, it was bad for us too.
The hotel is beautiful in a magical location on an island overlooking the Nile in front of the Philae temple. Absolute calm. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning is done every day with pleasant little things. The restaurant is good. Nothing to say, everything was perfect.
The hotel is on an island so we are dependent on the hotel's boat and transport which is more expensive.
An extraordinary establishment! The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are magnificent, as is the whole hotel down to the smallest detail. The room is comfortable, the view of the Nile and Philae Temple is breathtaking. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is complete. It is located on the island (the establishment provides boats 24 hours a day) and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Aswan.
The staff is very polite and attentive to our needs. The hotel is really very beautiful and the view of the Nile is very nice. The private jacuzzi is also a great addition to the bedroom.
It was a bit far from the center but offered interesting tranquility
We liked everything. Fantastic welcome, fantastic staff, very attentive. I'm allergic to eggs and they always asked what I always wanted and in several places I had it. They made us a cake when we arrived on our honeymoon, very good and on top of that no egg. They gave you water every morning when they changed rooms, perfect jacuzzi, perfect balcony... Unbeatable views. They unexpectedly put us in a better room than ours, which they also appreciated; we had a view of the Nile and Philae temple. Perfect restaurant. I will always remember the "beef burger" burger: a delight! Two super nice girls at the reception, always with a smile. They took you to a boat room with a golf cart so you don't have to walk around the island...because it's really tiring. It's very steep and for people with walking problems it might be a problem, but for us it's not a problem. The person who took care of us, Rafaelo (as he said: Mohamed), is very nice and always available. Even the people who took you by boat to the city are very nice and attentive. I don't complain about anything. Even fantastic tours. We visited Philae Temple + Nubian Village, great value because at least you know you're doing it with people who know the place. We were 4 days but could have been much longer. I don't give more than 10 points, because it's impossible.
Any. We left today and already miss him.
all!!! great place with a unique atmosphere. fantastic, attentive, friendly staff. we fell in love with this place. architecture, style, view of the Nile - everything is very beautiful!!!!!
All liked it !!!
Everything, the welcome and kindness of the staff, the food and drinks, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bedding, the view and decoration, the private jacuzzi, the beauty of the place
Nothing was perfect
The rooms are large and the views are wonderful. The privacy is high in the rooms. The level of cleanliness is high. The breakfast and all the dishes are distinctive. The most beautiful 3 days I spent in the most beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone, without exception, is very helpful and welcoming. It reflects the taste and morals of the people of Aswan. It will not be the last, God willing. And Mr. Sherif, the hotel manager, you honored us with your kindness, O people of Aswan
all ! and in addition to the hotel, finally seeing a young Egyptian working, speaking perfect English, efficient, very helpful, very encouraging… thank you Sarah for your efficiency. all lovely staff Magnificent decoration down to the smallest detail
didn't stay longer
This is a great design hotel with quirky extras that immediately catch the eye. The outdoor jacuzzi is an absolute experience and the view is fantastic. It was an experience for me and I was able to relax wonderfully - I think many guests here feel the same way. :) Staff: very good Cleanliness: very good Food: very good Cocktails: very good

To be warmly welcomed, the staff remembered my name. This was my second visit to Benben and the minor blemishes of the newly opened hotel have been ironed out. The view remains breathtaking and everyone is equally comfortable. The staff is available 24/24 especially Rovida at the front desk and Chef Mahmoud Sami made my stay wonderful!
Nothing
We have done many hotels but this one is by far the most amazing. The architecture is just gorgeous, the finishes are perfect. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the view is breathtaking. The location on a small island overlooking the temple of Philae makes it a real gem away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!
The location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Even if there are shuttles on request, it is difficult to find a taxi in the port to get to the center. Don't forget to organize this when you leave the hotel in the morning, otherwise it will be quite painful.
A lovely hotel with Santorini flair and Nubian touches, just opened in January. All the staff are very kind. Especially the two young ladies at the front desk were very attentive to us. The ocean and islands overlooking the jacuzzi are wonderful. It seems that if you order 24 hours in advance, you can eat a course meal, but even the a la carte was plentiful and delicious. Since it was a trip to celebrate my birthday, I was happy to receive a big cake as a gift. If you have someone pick you up at the airport, you can go to the hotel without contacting the boat, so it is recommended. We used a local taxi, but it was a hassle to negotiate the price. I will definitely stay here next time. A nice hotel that combines the colors of the Nubian tribe with the Santorini style that just opened in January 2022. All the staff are very kind. Especially the two young women at the front desk took care of us. are wonderful. It seems that if you ordered 24 hours in advance, you could eat the course meal, but the amount was plentiful and delicious even in the a la carte. Speaking of a trip to celebrate my birthday, I was happy to receive a big cake as a gift. It is recommended that you pick up at the airport by the hotel and you can go to the hotel without contacting the boat. We used a local taxi, but the price negotiations were a hassle. The next stay is definitely here.
is not. Nichts. None.
Excited to go by boat. After landing, go up the slope and enjoy the swings. The food was delicious. All the staff were very kind. You can choose between indoor and outdoor dining for breakfast. In addition to delicious local vegetables, we ate breakfast surrounded by a wonderful view. We had in-room dining for dinner. I could see the temple lit up from the room, and it made me feel mysterious. It was a pity that there was no alcohol, but I understand from a religious point of view.
no bathtub
a beautiful hotel that gives the impression of exclusivity. the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. the restaurant is very good. helpful staff. we had a very pleasant stay. beautiful view of Philae temple and the boat ride is very nice.
nothing!
unique location, the staff is especially friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate every wish there is a Jacuzzi in every room with a great view
food quality can be improved
The friendliness of the caring staff / location and tranquility / gorgeous and large rooms with a small private pool / view of the temple of Isis / Nubian food (note that there is no alcohol here), etc.
Minor connection/timing issue for the boat
Quiet place Luxury in some parts Dealing with resort management View of the breakfast restaurant Room views
- Distance from everything, as you are in a semi-isolated place and you need a boat to go to the marina, and there is no car to take you to your destination unless you coordinate with the hotel, which is very expensive, as any trip may cost you about $30, and the rest of the transfers are based on that. For example, if you go to Aswan, the country where the Nile boats are, then go to the Nubian village, and then return to the hotel, this trip will cost you about $80. - Some employees do not have the alphabet of dealing with guests, and a very bad situation happened to me, and the administration thankfully apologized and fixed the defect - Hot water does not work in the Jacuzzi, so its presence is useless due to the cold weather
Luxurious setting! Rooms and helpful staff.
The breakfast is good, but the food could be better.
