It could be improved, but it's very good.
There is everything near the area, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. I already knew the area and I like it. The terrace was very nice although I couldn't enjoy it that much as it was very hot and there were quite a few rainy days and the terrace although it was covered had a few leaks and the front door to the apartment was filled with water. In general, the apartment is not bad, cozy and quiet, there is almost no extraneous noise, the air conditioner worked well after the repair, opening the door of the room cooled even the mini salon. A lot could be improved but the truth is I would go back.
the wifi was quite poor, the apartment was not prepared enough to receive a guest, as soon as we entered the air conditioner did not work, although they immediately arrived to fix it, there were no cleaning products (broom, dustpan / shovel, etc.) anything to clean the floor ) the TV was not connected, the cable was dangling somewhere .... In the kitchen, one might say, there was a microwave and a refrigerator, since for cooking there was a two-burner electric stove, which you couldn’t really put anywhere, and there were no kitchen utensils, except a pair of plates, glasses and two pots.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with excellent value for money.
I really liked the comfort of the room, it was an apartment with a spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, there was parking for one car and a very beautiful terrace which we highly recommended.
Wi-Fi signal is very low, we tried to watch Netflix on TV, but the transmission stopped every second.

Bad decision to stay here, not recommended
