Dirty, dilapidated apartment and equipment, broken refrigerator that smelled of gas throughout the apartment, partially broken and rusty stove, old clothes from previous guests found, toilet flush did not drain urine and feces, etc. Despite complaints about shortcomings and the feeling of anxiety (gas leak in the apartment!!) to the owner, we were not given the possibility of a refund and early departure to another hotel. We were charged an additional $20 for a late check out to the airport despite our complaints.
