We had a room WITHOUT a window or balcony, we felt like we were locked in the room, the air conditioning didn't work and, as I said, there was no window for ventilation, there were only two skylights - it was terribly bright and hot from 6:00 a.m. onwards - We thought it was pretty cheeky to give up a room like that for the money, we won't be coming back

The hotel operation seems to be of secondary importance, the focus is probably more on the fitness offering. Therefore the atmosphere is more like a transit station, not in terms of volume, but in the general atmosphere and the way the guests are treated. Unfortunately, especially at breakfast, it is not pleasant to be led into the day by a gentleman who is obviously not very passionate about his job. The small buffet was pretty well worked through and no refills were made. Egg dishes are only available as an extra and cost an exorbitant 5 euros - perhaps as a trick so that you don't order them and save yourself some work? Avoid room 211 at all costs. It's an imposition. It looks like an intermediate building between two houses that have been merged. It is very cramped, and maybe 20 square meters in total, as stated, never the room itself. It has strange skylights that look like chimneys and a window to the inner courtyard. There is only one blind, so it can't be darkened enough and it smelled like smoke.

The hotel was undergoing heavy renovation (demolition of partitions), so until the evening there was noise (next to the room). there was no mention of the reconstruction, otherwise I would have chosen another hotel. we had also ordered an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, we only had one cot ready in the apartment. they added an extra bed upon request.

Bed or mattress unfortunately really uncomfortable

At the hotel, according to the reception desk. This is manifested by waiting both on arrival and departure, and insufficient cleaning. The sauna is for an extra charge, but without towels, etc. There is probably a partial renovation going on, which they don't point out, you will find out on the way to the room. The parking area is not lit, the corridor lighting in the room is non-functional, the other lighting is rather decorative. The blinds are unkempt, dirty and dusty. The bed looked clean, but I wasn't sure. A shower corner completely made of limescale, a flashing fluorescent light in the bathroom, … What used to be a very decent hotel has become a rather overpriced hostel. The level of service in the restaurant is also no glory, given the price policy. Damage. ☹️

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very worn, the bathroom was missing a tile, the blinds were broken, the window was difficult to open and close, the window sill in the room was missing the plaster and the handle of the sliding door was broken.

Breakfast staff very unfriendly. This was our second stay at the hotel and happened to us twice with the same person. Shower hanging in the bathroom was faulty so had to keep holding the shower head.

The window of the room was very difficult to open, so the ventilation was only difficult for precautionary reasons.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were awake a lot. The building is extremely noisy, until late in the evening there was loud music and the sound of weights coming from the gym where we were right above. We also heard the neighbors walking, showering, talking, etc. Many guests had dogs with them that were squeaking and barking at night. There were only 2 electrical outlets in the room, one of which was broken. The blinds on the windows were half a meter too short, allowing light to enter. There were still drinks from the previous guests in the refrigerator. The breakfast was meager, bread and yoghurt were not replenished, but sausage was plentiful. The beds creak and are hard. We really expected more for a "resort".

Because of the wellness, we were waiting for eight and a half in the room, but there were perfect satins, so it didn't matter in the end. and either we didn't find a fridge in the room, or there really wasn't one

We can't say we don't exactly like it, but it's really weird to have a sink by the bed.

TV only Czech channels. No storage space in the shower (shampoo, shower bath). Bathroom door wouldn't close, only with a lot of pressure.

There was a wedding party taking place at the hotel on the day of booking. That's why there was no service for us. Drinks could be taken from the machine. The hotel is located in an industrial area. The nearest restaurant (= simply pizza for take away) was a good 30 minutes walk away. A hotel employee tried to give us directions. After showering, there were other employees at reception who were not interested in our questions. We thought the pizzaria was good and the staff was very friendly.

For breakfast, there were only cold sausages and purchased cake, because the cook did not come.

The trash can was not taken out for 4 days. I just put the garbage in front of the room! No new towels (4 days) A/C didn't cool!!!! Complaining to the front desk didn't help, no one came to fix it.

The room didn't have a window, we couldn't to ventilate. The bed was not very comfortable. We couldn't pay in cash with euros because the lady could not return it.

Maybe there would be something to complain about if I stayed longer...

The mattresses were very hard, the rooms were very warm (or mobile air conditioning, very noisy) and the blinds needed to be replaced, they didn't close properly.

The location is a big drawback if you want to visit the city, however the bus stop was very close. We were bothered the whole first day by a dog in the room opposite, they should have a reserved area. "Little things" about cleaning the room that can easily be fixed: bottles left in the bathroom from the previous living room, as well as toilet paper, there was some waste in the dryer drawer, the towel was a little torn. The downside is the shower head, which for a shower of this size would have preferred a larger one.

The air conditioner did not work for cooling, only for ventilation. The batteries in the air conditioner control panel were dead and only worked once in a while. The shower head does not hold in the holder. This is not a problem when you stop for a day. But if for a longer period - very annoying

We were totally dissatisfied with everyone! Above all, the friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired.

The rooms were a little small

I/we didn't like the fact that children under 15 were not allowed to use the fitness and wellness rooms. As a result, we didn't use the sauna.

There was a mobile air conditioner in the room, which is noisy even in silent mode. The blinds did not reach the ground after being pulled down. There is a large window and since the blinds were not floor-to-ceiling, there was no complete privacy.

A smaller shower area and water was flowing through it.. that was the only thing that bothered us.. ;)

The air conditioning did not work in the room, the air was very heavy and stuffy.

The problem is that you can't open the window :(. So it's simply impossible to ventilate. You only have a home-type air conditioner available to you, which either makes noise and runs all night, or it doesn't run quietly and it's hot and stuffy. That's really a huge minus and it is the main reason why I would not return to this hotel. Restaurant, overpriced, but when the waitstaff finally notices you, the food was good.

When we arrived, the rooms smelled like a hospital-terrible. The breakfast cannot be described as such - the scrambled eggs were inedible. The fact that the staff took photos of it was unbelievable. Except for the lady at the reception from the first day (extremely friendly and helpful), the entire staff is cold and seems unfriendly. If the receptionist can't even say "hello" and then eats at the same time, that's unpleasant.

The breakfast buffet was already poor. In short: breakfast is available.

My rating is so bad because I had to pay €70 compared to the price of €64 on Booking. Even with the tourist tax, it wouldn't cost €6 for one night. When I asked, you couldn't explain it to me either. I also found it strange that the sink was in the bedroom.

The TV in the room (satellite) did not work both days. They said that on the morning of the second day someone would come to fix it, but this did not happen. Also, the more times we turned on the fan, the stronger the smell of urine in the bathroom. Since the room was never cleaned during our stay, it was so bad on the day of departure that we couldn't even take a shower there.

Refrigerator not defrosted, hums constantly and disturbs when sleeping, slow service in the cafe, a coffee takes over 30 minutes! To order a taxi you should google it

The air conditioner did not work properly but the temperature was not a problem at the moment, in summer or when it is even warmer, it should be checked regularly if necessary. Our room had a window in the ceiling so it was very light in the room very early in the morning but as we wanted to leave early that was fine too (but we would have insisted on a different room on our next visit). The beds are very hard, but that's pretty subjective! The bar could have been open longer, there were enough visitors, and those who wanted to drink after the concert did not refuse.

The number of sockets and blinds could not go down to the end.

I have the feeling that the kitchen and the service in the restaurant, with respect to the past, went down a level.

Pretty hard beds and the music from the gym was playing at night which was unpleasant to hear. Also, the shower was past its prime and flowing out through the insulation.

The only thing that froze me is that there is no possibility to use the hot tub and sauna in private.

1. Requested and ordered a double bed, received single beds (in all rooms). 2. The floor was badly scratched. The floor moldings are also scratched and damaged (see photo Boden.jpg). 3. The furniture was relatively old. 4. There are no curtains, only a damaged curtain. The blind could not be raised or lowered to the end. The blinds were not closed, woke up at 5 o'clock, because. the room was bright (see photo Blinds.jpg). 5. Apparently got the oldest and shabby rooms in the hotel. The rooms were in the old wing, numbers 1 to 4 have been preserved. 6. Payment in local currency is problematic. They wanted to give me the equivalent of 65€. Then they accepted the booking.com price in € at the hotel. From a supposed 4 star hotel, I expect something different.

I did not notice that the hotel is "dog friendly" and we had one poodle in the room next to us. But it was our fault that I didn't check it before the accommodation

There is a shower and a toilet in the bathroom, but only in the room there is a washbasin by the beds and a washbasin, which for me is a disqualification of the hotel, unless you are alone, but with a partner it is discomfort. ... There is almost no choice of food in the hotel restaurant, but the prices are cosmic.
