Great location and great staff.
The location is great and the staff is fantastically nice and helpful. Large and nice rooms.
Breakfast was good but we didn't like breakfast drinks ("juice"). They were almost tasteless and very watery. It was not possible to drink them unfortunately. The egg dishes were good but the waffles and pancakes felt too sweet.

Location of the hotel, helpfulness of the staff, and special mention for Jan present during our stay who gave us very good advice, excellent hearty and complete breakfast, in short, an ideal hotel which was beyond our expectations! !!

Prague is simply a beautiful city and worth a visit at any time of the year.
The hotel is located in a quiet side street and is an ideal starting point for walks in the old town, to the castle or to the new town. The staff at reception and at breakfast were extremely courteous and helpful. Also in terms of cleanliness there is nothing to complain about - everything was great and very comfortable. We'd love to come back.
No point of criticism but maybe helpful: Parking is obviously problematic in the old town and not possible in this side street. The hotel has an underground car park, but this is only suitable for medium-sized vehicles. The entrance and the pits are quite narrow, so larger vehicles have to be parked in a public car park nearby.

Excellent staff care
Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. I was able to order multiple hot dishes. Of course, no matter how many you order, it's free.

Cozy and very central hotel
The staff was impeccable, they met all our requests. We were also lucky as they upgraded our room from standard to deluxe for the same price. I highly recommend to all those who want to visit Prague on foot as the location is strategic: 10 minutes walk from the castle, 15 minutes from Charles Bridge, 30 minutes from the Jewish quarter.

Honest, spacious, well located hotel. Less view and skimpy breakfast buffet.
Huge and beautiful room. Good bathroom, not a bathtub for 2, bit cramped. Want very quiet, room 35. Good location, but no view at all, buildings close together. Fifteen minutes walk from the center. Prague is beautiful.
Breakfast, super service but skimpy buffet. You can order omelette, but choice should really be wider at such a hotel. Would really finish it.

Great Prague feeling
The staff are very polite and friendly.

Charming hotel in a great location
A beautiful hotel in the streets on the Prague Castle side. Totally quiet despite the central location. The rooms are very spacious and furnished with lots of charm. The staff has always been nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Wonderful!
Very spacious, elegant, tasteful rooms. Large, comfortable bed, effective curtains, many facilities. Rich and varied breakfast, flexible staff. The gentleman at the reception extremely kind, he helped us with everything we asked him. We spent a dream vacation and everything exceeded our expectations.

The door of the room kept rattling along with the air flow. The soundproofing to the neighboring room was poor.

In general, we were satisfied.
Convenient location near Charles Bridge, St. Nicholas Church and Prague Castle. Pretty spacious room in retro style. Courteous staff speaking Russian. Good breakfast and housekeeping.
The adjoining room of the other room is divided by a door and you can clearly hear the neighbors, but only a few times in the morning. So it didn't give us any problems.

Excellent in every way.
I had read very good comments about this hotel and the reality exceeded expectations. From the check in, Mr. Jan, who speaks perfect English, was extremely kind to receive me and gave me many useful indications as well as made reservations for the black theater in Prague that I wanted to attend. The room was huge (and I booked one of the smallest ones, since they offer even bigger ones). The furniture is old style but everything is in perfect condition. The very spacious room with a view of the garden, also had a small piece of furniture with a kettle, coffee, tea and a spout to fill the kettle. The very large and spotless bathroom had both a small shower and a large bathtub, all in perfect condition and with a variety of toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc. The hotel is relatively small which is very good because there are no crowds at breakfast time. The breakfast is a buffet with the addition that they have the service of very attentive waiters who speak English and several other languages as far as I could hear and who offer you a variety of hot dishes. The location is excellent and very safe at all times. It is located a few minutes from the Charly Bridge and the Clock Square, so you can come and go on foot at any time.
The reception is only open from 8 am to 8 pm, but you can enter the hotel at any time with a card they give you. It wasn't a problem for me but it could be an inconvenience for those who plan to arrive outside of those hours, but I think that in those cases you have to coordinate your arrival with the hotel. However, it is a minor inconvenience given the high quality and excellent service of the hotel.

Stylish hotel with large rooms in a prime location
The location of the hotel is great! Not far from the main sights of the city in a quiet side street. Ideal for a city trip. The rooms are very spacious.
Parking becomes a challenge;) The driveway and duplex parking spaces are very narrow and require patience and skill. Didn't need our car during our stay.

Amazing, if I visit Prague again I will definitely come there!
I liked that it was very clean! The room was also very comfortable and the breakfast very rich!
Only that the bathtub did not have a curtain! Negligible though!
