3 days with children in the center of Prague
very good location 5 minutes from the market square, clean, comfortable, spacious, sunny apartment in a tenement house; elevator parking place - for an additional fee but directly in this building (we parked in the courtyard, there were also places in the garage (accessible by elevator) constantly present receptionist, door on the street side with intercom in the annex all necessary equipment plus coffee, tea, salt and sugar basic cosmetics in the bathroom; shower and bathtub towels and sheets clean windows very well soundproofed (we lived overlooking the main street) you can not hear the bustle of the city
for 4 people 3 chairs ;) but we didn't ask ourselves, I think that the matter would be solved, because the staff was positive hot - a manual for the air conditioning would be useful (we couldn't turn down the heating) the subject was probably also manageable but we were too short so we didn't care so much could you hear the hum of air conditioning/recuperation? in the night

Very nice, clean apartment in the center. Close to the center, maximum 5 minutes to the market and 10 minutes to Karlsb

The rooms on the street side are very noisy due to the music bar across the street, many people move from bar to bar around the area and therefore high noise levels, street noise from rednecks who like to show how loud their car is.

Nice apartment with perfect location but needs to do something with cleaning and linen.
Large bright apartment with great views. New furniture. Ideal location. Beautiful, clean entrance. The kitchen has everything you need and even more (in addition to utensils: several types of tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil for frying). There is a coffee machine, but the capsules for it were not found in the supermarket. The staff quickly responded to requests: they quickly cleaned the clogged sink, printed out the necessary documents. Parking. Wardrobe.
Terribly dirty floors. Didn't have time to change socks. Dust on furniture. Wrinkled unironed bed linen. Very strange little pillows - how to sleep on them? The bedspreads obviously need to be replaced - all stained with bleach. There were food/drink stains in the fridge and on the balcony table - had to be washed. Inconvenient parking. Every time you need to call the reception and ask to open. The tube was not always picked up. The bathrooms lacked hangers and shelves. Towels and things had nowhere to go. In the corridor, it would also be nice to put some kind of locker or shelf and at least a hanger.

Excellent, perfect for the family, prices are fine, I will happily come back again.
Great apartments, very spacious, facilities in excellent condition, modern and new, the apartment is clean, there is a good smell in the place, very good kitchen, good service, excellent location, a few minutes from everywhere, there are supermarkets nearby, the street is very fun and lively, I will definitely come back when I'm in Prague again .
The air conditioner did not function fully, but because of the low ceilings it was fine and we got along, if the air conditioner was fully functional I would give - 10

Great option in Prague
It is an old building, but inside it is very modern and comfortable. Great location. Very pleasant staff. They give discounts on bars. They are very helpful.
The bathroom is a bit dangerous because there is no railing to hold on to.

Great apartment for a few days, just perfect for an overnight stay. The location makes up for it!
Location is great, parking is a big plus! Beds are good, air conditioning works well. Questions are answered quickly and correctly, the 24-hour front desk is very pleasant. The cafe on the ground floor has an excellent breakfast and the best coffee.
The apartment is very basic, with little furniture, no wardrobes to store clothes. The kitchen offers several cooking options. A washing machine would also not hurt, there is a connection. Also, you can't see outside at all which is a minus.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location

Very good conditions, excellent location, friendly attitude.
Very nice and clean rooms, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
The air conditioner didn't work very well. The temperature could not be adjusted from the room but only through reception however and although they tried to check it and it improved a bit it was possible to feel hot. When I reported the problem again on the last day, I no longer had a response.

1_ The receptionist Karina, the receptionist, is very excellent 2_ The location is central and very close to: Old City + New City + Charles Bridge + Palladium Mall 3_ There is air conditioning in the bedroom, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the living room 4_ There is a parking lot located in the basement Going down to it and going up by elevator 😂 nice experience 5_ There is a water rinse in the toilet, and this is the most important thing for us to clean 6_ The presence of shutters and curtains that isolate the sunlight, and it is preferable that they be dark in color to block the sun’s rays permanently
1_ There is no air conditioner in the living room 2_ No water washer 3_ The hallways smell bad, and the reason is to spread the towels in the corridors

We had a great stay.
The location is great! You are so busy. The apartment is very spacious. Nice bedroom and nice bathroom. The kitchen is simple but good. Near the apartment there is parking, which we were very pleased with. The curtains in the bedroom were a bit of a search.
Not everywhere was perfectly clean: drawers in the kitchen, for example. Luckily, the rest (countertop, bathroom, etc.) was clean. Other than that, there was nothing that was disappointing.

Poor management, Poor soundproofing
Good location, Nice spacious apartment.
Work with complaints. There was no TV remote. It was unusable and the doors to the balcony could not be closed. This was only answered on the second request. The remote control didn't come until the last day of our stay. The manager didn't answer our whatsapp and the promised callback didn't materialize either. In the evenings the apartment was very noisy due to drunken parties.

Windows to the ceiling, no blinds or curtains. Why did the light come on at 6 am. We discussed this at the reception to no avail. There was no toaster.

I found the stay in the apartment very successful, the service very nice and helpful
apartment clean and comfortable. spacious rooms and bathrooms. A big advantage is the elevator and the garage, which is also accessible by elevator.
kitchen equipment could be better.m No. more glasses, glasses or cups and plates. the calculated amount of tableware means that you have to wash it by hand, even though there is a dishwasher.

Excellent - any time!
The location was ideal in the city center. The underground car park was very cheap by city standards and extremely practical. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both at the 24 hour front desk and the housekeeping staff. The room was very quiet although located in the center of the old town overlooking a beautiful quiet courtyard. Since we were staying on the 5th floor, the quick elevator was very helpful. The blinds were very practical against the sun and for sleeping ;-). The kitchen was large and all appliances worked optimally. The bathroom was very spacious. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. All attractions were within walking distance. We will only book this apartment when visiting Prague again as it is the perfect starting point for a trip to Prague.
There were relatively few dishes, for example, a second large pot was missing. Often had to turn on the dishwasher. The rinse tablets were sufficient. A toaster wouldn't hurt either.

The residence is located within walking distance from the old town. The underground garage for 15 euros per day is a real asset. The room is big, bed linen is good quality.

Perfect location! very tastefully furnished and very clean rooms!
Since the accommodation is very central, it is a bit noisy in the evenings, but very tolerable for young people without children. We missed a full length mirror in the room but otherwise nothing to complain about.
